I have stayed at the Westin several times over the past 25 years. It is getting a bit "tired" and could use a fix-up but it is in a great location and I would stay there again.

The Westin Copley is wonderful in terms of service and conveniently located in the center of Boston. It is within walking distance of the major attractions. And breakfast in the Huntington is great!

Excellent hotel, location etc. Staff was wonderful...very accomodating. Only complaint - Valet (with in/out acess)parking was $42/day. That seemed too expensive. Reserved a king jr suite and was moved to a higher floor days before checking in. Room was outstanding. We had many large windows and had an awesome view of the airport, city and harbor islands in the distance.

Overall our experience was wonderful. Beautiful hotel and great location. However the parking was very expensive and I was surprised you were not offered a discount as a hotel guest. No reason not to go, just be prepared to pay for the parking.

I have stayed at the Westin Copley Place and have always received first rate service, especially among the front desk staff. In addition, the rooms are very nice, and the location is great!

Great Location. Easy walk to fenway park. Easy Check-in and Out. The room was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Great Hotel!

Friendly people, great service, location, location, location

I had reserved a Double room but lucked out in getting a King when I checked in. The Westin's Heavenly Bed is unbelievably comfortable. The hotel's location is ideal for sight-seeing and shopping!

Great Location:right near all main attractions of city. Beautiful view of Charles River. Friendly people led to a great stay.

Pricey parking and pricey room service ! 74 bucks for breakfast at 3am =( other than that I enjoyed the hotel

We have stayed at the Westin before and enjoyed it. Located at Copley Square it is in the middle of a good shopping area and near restaurants and transportation. The parking is way too expensive, though. A couple of minor flaws: as is often the case, only one bathrobe was in the room when we arrived so we had to request another. Room service breakfast was nicely prepared and quick, but came with only one juice, contrary to the order. Minor flaws in an otherwise enjoyable stay.

Pricey, but beautiful hotel. Parking $42.00. great location. If you want to slpurge this is it.

A bit pricey, but outstanding quality.

The room I had requested was not the one I received: 2 Queens vs 1 King. The room was clean, but the furnishings were in need of some repair / updating. The door staff was not friendly and was actually rude when I requested assistance with an extended wait for my car from valet. As it turned out, Westin Service Express never called the valet service to let them know I was waiting for my car. Overall, it's a great place b/c of the location and the very comfortable beds.

My family and I were so pleased the last time we stayed there that we went back a second time. the gentleman that checked us in was very nice and upgraded our room. The beds were very comfortable, felt very rested in the morning.We were there the weekend of a snow storm, but that was ok because we were able to get to the mall restaurants and food court via the walkways without ever having to venture outside. We didn't even have to wear our coats. We found it expensive to park at the hotel though.

Hotel is centrally located and conveniently accessible to most of downtown Boston and the Back Bay train station. Rooms are somewhat lackluster. It was a standard hotel room like any other non-economy lodging. View was incredible. Room was particularly dirty and not well maintained, especially considering the fact that housekeeping is beating on the door at 7:45 every morning despite the "PEACE" sign being out. One morning I left for meetings with the "Peace" sign out to return to my bed linens changed and all my personal toiletries removed from my travel bags and orderly lined up along the counter. I do not feel particularly comfortable traveling period, let alone housekeeping handling my personal items (toothbrush, contact lense cases, medications) The following day was check-out which is conveniently noon at the latest. Again, sign was posted yet housekeeping was determined to get in early morning again. The first question this raises is "Shouldn't they know I am checking out today and the room will need a thorough cleaning?" Which leads me to wonder who slept in the sheets before me when I arrived. With all the attention housekeeping was giving me, the bathroom scertainly did not reflect that, when I arrived in my opinion. Shower heads are leaking in the Westin Heavenly shower..apparently they have a different idea of heaven and it includes mildew. There was also no plastic shower curtain liner. Sink had hair in it when I checked in, scalloped edges of counter had one eighth inch of dust in the recesses. The bathroom above obviously had a problem at one point from the appearance of the yellow sewage stained ceiling near the access panel over the toilet. A little paint would go a long way in this case. On a brighter note, the water was always piping hot and they have a great anti-fog mirror. All in all, it was an OK stay..not worth full fare.

The only complaint I might have was that valet parking was very expensive. Everything else was phenomenal.

the room was great but the parking was very expensive and when i went to use the iron the rusty water stained my shirt i was very disappointed besides that i had a great trip

Located in a mall, you never have to actually leave the hotel if you so choose. and the room service is phenomenal.

Hotel was far greater than expected. The price was so good, and when we arrived we upgraded to a bigger room for a small daily fee. The size of the room was great and the view was amazing. The gym and hot tub were great and very clean. Would recommend this to friends and we hope to stay there again in the near future.

Great location for a winter getaway. Very convenient to a wide variety of restaurants and shopping and to public transportation.

This hotel is about what you would expect from a four star rating. The room was spacious, clean and in working order. The bed was comfortable. The staff was efficient. Several negatves stood out: the lobby is drab and uninteresting and the elevators are annoyingly slow.

Outstanding Hotel, great location. Great service!

While the service was wonderful and location a dream, there were some problems in the room. The appliances were out of working order (i.e., lighted mirror in bath, coffee maker). I expected these items to be working; however the prompt attention from the staff and accessibility to the mall made up for any inconvenience from the appliances!
