We were very satisfied with the customer service of the hotel staff. When we asked if there was a restaurant close by that stayed open late, they not only told us where to go, but gave us a free shuttle ride and offered to come pick us up. Excellent location.

We have 2 kids, ages 5 & 3, and were very impressed by the family atmosphere at this hotel. They showed kids movies on the side of a building next to the pool, which my kids loved. The pool is beautiful, and has very shallow areas. Our room was very clean. There were no loud noises or strange smells. We were very close to Six Flags and Hurricaine Harbor. Cowboys stadium and Rangers stadium are also very close. There are trolleys available to ride to any of these attractions. We were very impressed, and plan on staying here again.

Our recent stay was better than expected, we knew the hotel had a shuttle to the new Dallas Cowboy Stadium for the game, but we weren't aware that we could be shuttled to the restaurant we had picked out and a local shopping center that they recommended to us. Anywhere within a mile of the hotel they will take you. We did not have to drive our car until we checked out. The hotel is also across the street from Six Flags and the Rangers Ballpark. Great place, nice, friendly help. We will go back. Want to try the beautiful outside pool.

Everyone, from the valet to the hotel desk clerk, was wonderful, freindly and helpful.

When we went in our room my husband pulled off his shoes. He stepped on something sharp...a large toenail on the carpet! Yuck! When we opened the curtians to see outside the window was filthy on the inside. Get a better cleaning crew!!

Outstanding bed, typical hotel room, hotel bathroom, etc. Went to the bar for a drink around 9:30 and there was only one person working. She was awhile getting to us and taking our order. Very friendly and helpful waiter on Sunday morning at the buffet. Would be an ideal location for attending a Texas Rangers or Dallas Cowboys game...you could walk!

This hotel was very clean and nice. The beds were so comfortable, I wanted to take it home. Within walking distance to ballpark. Staff very friendly and helpful. Pool area beautiful. I can't wait to go back.

Great room, great location ! The shuttles to the Cowboys game are soooo convenient or its just a nice little walk to the stadium if your up to it. Nice, clean, comfortable rooms. I will stay here for my next trip to see the Cowboys play.

We booked this hotel since it appeared to be the closest one in proximity to the new Cowboy Stadium. We were able to walk to the venue easily and opted to do so even though a free shuttle was offered. We were greeted at the front desk and immediately offered cold, bottled water which was a treat considering it was another triple digit day in Texas. Our room was comfortable, the hotel was immaculate and the staff was friendly. Couldn't have asked for more....

We were so impressed with the transportation provided by the hotel. They even took us to a dinner spot and returned promptly upon our call. Amazing service and everyone was very helpful.

Excellent service, friendly staff. The accomidations were wonderful. This hotel was geared toward family or business which ever you are staying for. The staff was helpful and always available to help. Excellent hotel and a great room for the price.

Hotel is right across from the testing location. Food choices in the hotel are limited, fridges can be rented so you can bring your own, make sure you are not by the elevator if you are not a hard sleeper...access to the Club on the club level was nice.

I arrived at 4:00 and my room was not ready. I had to sit around the lobby for over 30 minutes for them to have it ready. However, once it was ready the room was wonderful, bed extremely comfortable, and the staff exceptionally helpful. However when I asked them to have a cab ready in the morning they called a car service instead which charged almost double of what I paid for the cab ride there. Very nice, but not what I asked for and far more expensive than I had anticipated.

We stayed two nights at the Sheraton and attended various events in the area. The hotel was extremely convenient to all of our activities. The hotel staff were ALL very nice and went out of their way to take care of us during our stay. I would highly recommend staying here especially if you are planning to attend Rangers games, Six Flags or Hurricane Harbor.

Hotel is beautiful, rooms are very well decorated and comfortable. I would have liked a fridge and microwave, but that's about all I can think of as an encouragement. The view was breathtaking and the hotel was easy to find.

We were so impressed by the whole experience. The staff was top notch! We will definitely stay there again.

The pool area was absolutely "resort" beautiful. Only complaint was we ordered 2 drinks from the bar at the pool that totaled $27.00. We should have asked the cost first & would not have ordered them!

Perfect location for Arlington entertainment district. Hotel was top notch and price was excellent. Will stay at this hotel every time we come to town.

This is a good hotel choice if you're attending a ballgame or visiting Six Flags or Hurricane Harbor for 2 days but not just for 1 event. (Stay somewhere nicer like in Grapevine and drive in if it's just 1 event). The actual room was nice but getting to your room might take a while. Each person entering the elevator has to slide their card in, in order for a floor to be selected. Nice security feature however after the ballgame it took more than hour to get through the line to get on it! Parking situation is another problem. The hotel does not give you a parking pass to show you're a guest so each time you enter the grounds someone stops you (they sell their pking slots to ballgame attendees). Also not enough towels at the pool.

This hotel is so convenient to the Ballpark. Just walked right over. Pool was great for the kids...big and shallow. Rooms looked great, though bed was uncomfortable. Old mattress with no pillowtop, but the linens were great. Room service was good and prompt.

I loved the stay at this hotel except for the bed. They should update the mattress. It had a sink hole in the middle. Other than that, it was a great location and very clean!

We paid a lot of money to stay in this hotel primarily because of its close proximity to Cowboys Stadium. The personnel we encountered were friendly and helpful. What was so disappointing was that our room (and I'm guessing all rooms with 2 beds in them) had double beds. Double beds are too small for two adults to comfortably sleep in! We've stayed in less expensive hotels that have queen sized beds and I'd rather stay somewhere that offered that "luxury".

Beautiful Hotel, close to Stadium. It would be great if the hotel had a shuttle to the new Cowboys Stadium....it doesn't so it took me one and one-half hours to get .5 miles to the stadium parking lot and one and one-half hours to get out of the parking lot. Now why can't there be a shuttle back and forth to the stadium? This makes no sense and the hotel acted like I was totally off base. People, it is only .5 miles!

This hotel was wonderful and the level of customer service was outstanding. There was something wrong with the room that was reserved for us so we were moved up to a suite for all three nights that we were there for no extra charge. The hotel is convenient to Six Flags, Hurricane Harbor and within walking distance to the New Cowboys Stadium. They had shuttles to all of them. There are also many restaurants within a short drive and they are all very easy to get to. The hotel was beautiful and we will definitely stay again if we return to that area.

The phones in my room did not work, there was literally a rat running around by the jacuzzi, and the food (hamburger and nachos) did not taste good.

This hotel is in a great location. We walked to the ballpark and they provided transportation to six flags and hurricane harbor. It is also near several excellent restuarants.

I made the reservation a month or so in advance, and requested a room with TWO double beds. When I got there, "sorry, we're all sold out of doubles, we can put you in a King and bring in a roll away bed". The room was very crowded once they put the roll away in. The next morning, I called down to ask if we could check out 15 minutes late and was again told "sorry, but were oversold" We were on the 18th floor! It's not like they were going to get to our room to clean at exactly noon when check in isn't until 3:00! Then, I told them that I hadn't received my statement and they AGAIN said "sorry, you're going to have to come down and get it yourself" I've never been so dissapointed in hotel service in my life! Unless you want to be told "sorry" a lot, I'd look elsewhere!

This is a great hotel to stay at. The only negitive would be the internet was chargeable. The location is excellent with the theme park and water park right next door. The baseball and American football stadiums are within walking distance. The rooms are clean and beautifly decorated. Fabulous swimming pool and grounds outside. Highly recommended hotel.

My husband and I love the location of this hotel. We are huge Texas Ranger and Dallas Cowboys fans. We recently stayed here for the George Strait Concert. It was perfect. We loved the hotel and the convienence. We will be staying here again in August for a Rangers game.

They certainly take advantage of their location for stadium events. Our room was not ready to check-in at 3:00. The only perk for staying there is parking and a shuttle to the stadium. No coffee in the lobby or even a continental breakfast. They say the shuttle runs every 30 minutes but the traffic really prohibits that so make sure you don't wait until the last minute. They are trying I think they have some kinks to work out for the real season. We were there for the George Strait concert in June.

The Sheraton-Arlington was all we needed. Walking distance from Rangers Ballpark, Six Flags and the new Cowboys Stadium, (well if you are eager). Staff was friendly. I did order room service and it took over an hour to be delivered, the manager comp'd my meal. Other thantaht no real problems

We drove up to go to Six Flags for the weekend, got an awesome price and walked to the park it was so close. Also the hotel was beautiful.

there is a hotel shuttle service operating from 6am until 1030 pm , within a 3 mile radius of the hotel, it also picks you up & drops you off at the airport, this saves an absolute fortune in taxi fares & its well worth a reasonable tip to the pleasant & courteous drivers.

My family and i stayed here for 4 days. it was by far the best stay we have ever experienced. The valet parking and bellman were awesome. I recommend this hotel for everyone

Had problems getting the room key to work and they moved us to a new room the last night. The one complaint is that we went out to dinner while they working on the lock and when we got back our room was unlocked will our things in the room. Anybody could have taken everything, but luckly they didn't. That is when we ask them to put us in a different room, which they did.
