Arrived at 9:30 am -- wasn't sure if they would let us check in early. Sure enough they did! Great view of Camden Yards and M&T Stadium! Went out for a few hours and returned to a wet floor -- air conditioning leaked. We were in a new room within 30 minutes. A little pricy, but the location is perfect!

If you are attending an event at the Convention Center, this hotel is the most convenient one around! Great rooms, easy access to everything Inner Harbor has to offer.

The Sheraton Inner Harbor was a very nice place to stay in Baltimore. We stayed during the 4th of July weekend. The location was great, you do not need a car. The harbor was a block away, the Ravens stadium and Camden Yards was two blocks away. The room was nice but we had a couple of issues with the room, the bathroom sink and the TV. The sink made a horrible noise after you used it so we had to keep the bathroom door closed at all times. The TV just cut off and would not turn back on. After dealing with the remote for about twenty minutes it finally came back on. The morning of check out, the TV went out and we never got it to come back on but it was not an issue at that time cause we were leaving anyway. They were minor problems and did not want to have to move to another room. The view was beautiful. We could see the harbor and the city. I will stay there again.

Parking was $24 per day, we had two cars, so we found that to be a little expensive, and the spots were tight. The staff were very polite and the room was clean. If we had another event to attend at the Convention Center in the future, we would probably stay here because the the close proximity.

For the price of this hotel room I was expecting a lot more! I realize that this hotel is located in Baltimore's Inner Harbor and is very close to all the local attractions but that is one of the few positives I can say about this hotel. We came into town to go to an event and the 1st Mariner Arena which is literally right around the corner from the hotel. When we asked 3 different employees how to get there on foot none of them could tell us. We ended up asking a passerby on the street and found our way that way. The toilet and tub in our room were not clean and the sink was not working properly.

First, the bed cover. When we first got into the room, the outer cover had some white stuff on it. We caller the front desk and somebody came to replace it within 20 minutes. Second, it seems odd that there are two Sheraton locations within a few blocks of eachother. We mistakenly went to the wrong Sheraton first. But the room overall was nice. It would have been better if it had a small refrigerator.

I was pretty satisfied with our hotel room. There was a large red wine-like stain on the carpet, and they did offer to relocate us, which we found unnecessary. I would like to see hair dryers in the bathroom, instead of calling guest services for one. I would have liked a small fridge as well. Otherwise, it met our needs for sleeping, and showering. Location was very convenient!!

The only problem I had was that the pool was supposed to be open to 10 pm, when I went down at 8 it was already closed. When I went to the front desk to see about getting it open, I was told that everybody was on break and that it would be an hour before they could open it back up. For the price I paid, I thought I would get better than that. Not to mention that breakfast the next morning cost me $50 for 3 of us to eat. This place was nice but a ripoff.

The evening staff that checked us in was rude. There are poliet ways to tell someone no. I inquired about free parking and the person who checked us in very rudely told us no and mumbled the prices. It is fine to be told no, when they have a smile and explained that they don't own the parking garges the city of Baltimore does and you have to pay at every hotel.

How could they charge you 44.00 for 2 days to park your car in their hotel. You would think it should be free if you stay at the hotel ? The garage is horrible, hot and filthy. The elevator from the garage to hotel is a disaster and NO security was seen in the garage for 2 days. The enviorment around the hotel is not safe and could be very dangerous. 4pm they knock on the door to clean the room after the first night...why so late? we were out of the room from 10 -3pm.

This is a GREAT hotel!! The location is PERFECT!! It is 2 blocks from Camden Yards and 2 blocks from the Inner Harbour!! The rooms were great! They were brand new with a flat screen TV, new furniture, rugs, beds & decor! They do have a indoor garage for parking but it does cost $22 per day for self park. Overall this hotel is great for anyone who is going to Baltimore to see a game or to go to the inner harbour.

good location for a few nights but a little overpriced. Not happy with the comforters on the bed(had a few unidentifiable marks) and the front desk people were helpful but not all that friendly. I felt safe in the neighborhood which was very important for two female travelers. Overall a neutral rating. Would comeback if I had to but would check other places out first.

We booked this hotel for the nearness to the Inner Harbor; it was perfect, one block away. And the price was pretty good for the quality and convenience. This hotel was having some type of conference or trade show, so there was a lot of traffic in the lobby area. But up on the floor where we had our room, we barely saw anyone; very quiet. The only complaints I have is the room had a faint smell of smoke like it had previously been a "smokers" room; we had to adjust the thermostat several times because the room was too cold; and the ice and soda machines were hidden in a very small closet - very difficult to get to the soda machine.

Front desk not friendly at all. Advertis se pool ..it's more like a kiddie pool you buy at walmart. They should validate parking. Housekeeping knocking on the door at 8am a little early. Good things... very close to inner harbor. Clean room. Good rate through Hotels.com.

The hotel is nice. However, you can tell that it is a little on the older side as you walk though the hallways. The rooms also have a slight 'old' smell. Gym is average and very dimly lit. A little extra $$ could really fix it up. Breakfast at the Oriole Grill was great. Location is very good.

The Sheraton Inner Harbor was very convenient being attached to the convention center and being less than a half mile from the Inner Harbor. Well worth the money. The restaurants on site were fabulous, the staff was very helpful and curteous, and the rooms were clean and extremely comfortable.

For the amount of money they charge, I expected better ameneties. I was shocked to find out the two bottled waters in my hotel was not free.. LOL. Anyway, I've used other surrounding hotels costing three times less with the same level of service.
