The hotel location was great for what I needed but I wanted a hotel with free Internet. I had two items to check and ended up going to a wi-fi hot spot so I was more annoyed with that. The Internet rates ranged from $10 and up. Although not expensive I had read they had free internet.

The hotel facilities and staff were excellent and they even took the initiaive to fix a misplaced hotels.com reservation for me. The hotel is about a 20 minute drive to DC if there were no traffic but on weekdays that trip can take significantly longer due to heavy traffic at any time of the day. On the weekend, getting to DC tourist sights was quick and easy.

PROS: I was very impressed with the quality and cleanliness of the room. The hotel staff was friendly and professional. The work areas were nice and well powered. Also, there was a flat-screen TV in the room, equiped with all the premium-level entertainment choices. CONS: Parking was a little tricky, as the entire lot was full, however the staff informed me of a garage and I was able to park there. Also, they do charge a pretty penny for high speed internet, which in my opinion should have been a free service. BOTTOM LINE: I rate this hotel A+ and would stay there again.

The hotel was located in major construction area, so we were unable to walk anywhere. Rush hour on Leesburg Pike was a nightmare. We did not have a refrigerator and had to pay for internet service in the room at $10 a day. Restaurants, several malls, groceries, and DC were all a very short distance. Room size and view were exceptional. They did accommodate our pet at no charge. Staff was extremely nice and helpful through our stay. Would recommend for the business traveler.

The hotel is relatively close to Dulles airport and to Tysons Corner. If you don't need a car immediately, I suggest you rent a car at Budget Rent-a-Car at the hotel. Instead of $100/day at the airport, I paid $42/day. You can take a taxi between the hotel and the airport for about $35 (in July 2009). Hotel food is extremely expensive. There is a Peta Cafe within walking distance that has very simple breakfast at very reasonable price. However, the hotel will never tell you about it. One other shortcoming was that the rooms don't have a refrigerator with supplies. So, if you get in late at night, there is nothing to eat or drink.

The hotel was lovely and very comfortable. The staff were courteous and helpful. We originally received a non-smoking room that smelled strongly of smoke, and we were quickly moved. After that, our stay was excellent.

I was attending a conference at the hotel. Everything was well planned out and the service was excellent. My room was beautifully decorated and very relaxing. I would definitely recommend the Sheraton in Tysons Corner.

this is a very nice hotel. beautiful pool areas/landscaping. room was very nice although I've noticed most hotels have removed the bathroom exhaust fans. since opening a window is not an option, it takes forever for items to dry. the only real disappointment I encountered was breakfast. the Sheraton offered a modest breakfast buffet...eggs, potatoes, fruits ... but the cost was extremely high. I don't see how they can justify the cost of breakfast for a family of 3 (70.00). I could have done a week's grocery shopping for the same expense. we ate at McDonald's the following day (9.00):0).

Getting to the hotel is a bit awkward but once we were there, it was a lovely surprise. The staff was warm and welcoming. The hotel itself was beautiful and our room was delightful. Clean, stylish and comfortable with a nice view. The pillows were too soft for our taste but that was our only complaint.

We got to hotel and they took a long time finding a room for us even though we had booked a long time in advance. We were finally given keys to a room and very unexpectedly walked right into another family's room. The hotel layout is very screwed up and only has a central elevator to get back to back of parking lot and then had to go around carrying multiple bags and not to mention my 9 month old. Hotel was not very apologetic. They offered to comp us a movie and then proceeded to charge us for it anyway. Had to go all they way back again to get desk to clear it up. Location is poor; lots of construction and detours. The hotel itself had a lot of potential as far as room stylishness and lobby concerned but a long way to go with customer service.

My daughter and I already live in the DC area and sometimes because we're at Tyson (our favorite mall), we choose to stay overnight at a surrounding hotel. This was our third stay at the Sheritan Premiere and we loved it the first two times we stayed. The only problem we found was that basically, there is no parking in the lot right outside the hotel. We recently found out that there is a garage for guests and there is no charge for parking. That is great! However, the last time we stayed, (two weeks ago), there was a very large group at the hotel. Big mistake for us to have chosen that week to stay at the Sheritan. If I could have asked for my money back, I would have. We were on the tenth floor so we had to have access to the elevators. We were pushed, disrespected and treated like the US was not OUR home. Your guests were rude, loud and all over the place without what seemed to be no supervision for their kids. As I said earlier, we really like your hotel the first two times we stayed there so I really do hope that it never happens again. It was traumatic for my daughter as well.

When I arrived at the hotel, the front desk associate informed me that the room rate I reserved was for the lower 3 floors. She proceeded to tell me that there were a significant number of teenagers staying on those floors who were attending a local event. She then proactively offered to upgrade my room to the tower at no additional charge. I very much appreciated her customer-centric attitude and enjoyed a nice, quiet room during my stay. Outstanding!!

The hotel is a bit past it's peak, but the service was excellent and if you have a car you cannot beat the location. Rooms are comfortable and the beds are higher end.

That place was the biggest rat hole I ever stayed in the walls are paper thin. The people next door were having sex all night long must be nice. And also the rates are way above the profit margin. Place was losuy man.

The room was huge and housekeeping did a great job keeping it nice & clean. The shuttle was disappointing though. We had training nearby for work and weather was bad (it was snowing)- anyway, when I checked in they told me to take the shuttle anytime.... but when I requested it I was told it wasn't running AND it would ONLY take me to the mall. The employee did not speak english and was not helpful at all. I was very irritated. Also, the prices downstairs at the lounge were very high. A cheeseburger was $24! I suppose I may stay here again if everything else was booked, BUT if it was up to me I would much rather stay at Embassy Suites which is right down the street. There employeees are very nice & helpful, the shuttle took us everything (even though we weren't even staying there!), AND they have a free Happy Hour daily for 2 hours with snack food.

The hotel had a very nice bar in the lobby with nice ambiance and the room was very comfortable even though it appeared to be small at first glance. I recommend this hotel fully especially at the rate.
