Beautifully Decorated and 1 Block from the Metro.

A friendly, clean place at a reasonable price.

On my last night of a 4-night stay (Wed thru Sat), the people in the next-door room woke me at about 3am with VERY loud talking and shrieking and much door slamming. After about a half hour, I knocked on their door and asked them to quiet down. They only slammed the door once after that but continued their VERY loud talking and shrieking for at least another half hour. I was awake the rest of the night because of it. Other than that night, the stay was comfortable and quiet.

Service was excellent all around - great hotel and convenient to the Metro station

The hotel has been renovated. It is modern and clean. The staff were very willing to do whatever they could to please me.

Hotel charges $17 for overnight parking and no free business center, I used their Internet-connected PC on business center and paid $38 for less than 2 hours, elevator is always busy and takes ages, only good thing is that it was across the street from Metro Station

Across the street from the Metro (subway) station to take you to Smithsonian and Monuments. Surrounded by reasonably priced restaurants like Obama's favorite Hellburger. Nice hotel with a gracious staff. Only complaint is that they were having elevator problems. For a short time, two of the tree elevators were out of service.

Great location across form the Metro. The hotel was excellent with great service.

My husband and I could not sleep at night because of the noise. The walls were paper thin. We booked this hotel with hotel.com and got a special package with continental breakfast included. We had to argue with the staff to get our breakfast and could only get part of the buffet. This was not what I was expecting from a 4 stars hotel.

The hotel is one block from the Rosslyn Metro station, the only way to get around the city. The largest complaint's that I had are the lack of free internet in the room, and an out of service elevator. You can get around the internet issue though by associating to the access point in the lobby and get your token there then you can go up to any floor and plug in get to the net for free. The other problem was one of the three elevators that service the building was out the whole five days we were there, a real problem when everyone is trying to get out of the building with their luggage. They were also small elevators given a 16 floor hotel. There are several places to eat within walking distance not including the hotel restaurant. There is also a Safeway within walking distance. All and all a good hotel for the DC area.

We stayed at the Arlington Hyatt because of location to the places we needed to go as a 1st priority. Having breakfast included in the price and free parking were other considerations. Neither of the last two mentioned considerations came to pass. There was no breakfast or free parking. The room was clean and smelled as such. The A/C was noisy and inefficient. I wanted to check some things on the hotel internet and found that the charge was going to run nearly a dollar per minute. I realize that this is the DC Metro area and things are expensive, but I felt that we got a particularly poor return on our investment

"Great room for the money"

This hotel is located near the Rossalyn Metro Station which was very nice. It was walking distance from Ruby Tuesday and McDonalds. There is also a Rite Aid near the Rossalyn Center. The hotel staff was friendly and courteous. I would definitely stay here my next visit.

Easy access to the metro. Restaurants within walking distance. Super clean.

This hotel was great, however for our five day stay there was not a single day when either one or two of the three elevators was out of service

Since this hotel is considered a business hotel, it did not have a bathtub in the bathroom. It also did not have a pool or hot tub in the hotel. I did not know this prior to booking the room, but overall I was satisfied. It would have been nice to have a hot tub to soak in after walking all over D.C.

Room was warm tried to adjust thermastat and was unable to. Made for an uncomfortable nights sleep. beyond that a great hotel.

The room was very clean and modern. The bathroom was very clean and the shower was wonderful!!! I would highly recommend this hotel.

Room temp was HOT and the thermostat obviously didn't work....charged for wi-fi which was in my opinion TOOO Much....come one Wi-fi?????

i had problems checking in apparently they lost track of my reservation i got to prove myself because they didn’t know who I was even though I booked two room the night before… they had no clue what was going on!!! Other then that everything else was really good

Very friendly, positive staff....always greeted guests with a smile and sincere effort to be of assistance. Hotel very convenient to the Metro.

The air conditioning is poorly placed, the unit is right next to the bed. You could hear the loud noise of the motor running next to your ears.

The Hyatt in Arlington was exactly what we needed! Very close to a Metro stop so travel to all DC tourist locations was very easy. Local restaurants were within walking distance, as well as grocery and drug stores. The staff was very helpful and courteous. We will definitely use this hotel again this summer!

I loved this place!! The decor was beautiful! The view was great! The staff was professional and friendly. The location was great (w/in walking distance of the subway, a grocery store, numerous eateries, and an ATM)! We had a very small room (virtually a king-sized bed and walking room around it), but since we only bathed and slept there, the size didn't matter.

The architecture of the redesigned hotel was great...the rooms were clean and modern even with decent not your usual tacky pastel paintings. I also appreciated the hotel's sustainable notice in the bathrooms, "to use less water". Then only gripe I have is the elevators will pass right by your floor...one time we waited 10 minutes on the 11th floor...eventually we took the stairs. dlm

Everything about the Hyatt was great, after we spent 30 minutes checking in, in what should have been a 5 minute process. There were four clerks behind the counter, completely befuddled and uncoordinated. Maybe it is because I am from New York and expect things to move at a faster pace, but I don't think so. I will stay here again, this time hoping for a more efficient check-in.

Hotel in a great location - Metro to DC attrations across the street in DC in 10 minutes. Great neigborhood resturants & bars.

This hotel is right across the street from a Metro station and you can literally get off the Metro and be in a Smithsonian Museum in under 15 minutes. Very convenient! The only complaints (if any) that I would have is that the staff didn't seem very warm and friendly to answering questions about restaurant locations, etc., almost like we were bothering them by asking. But overall, I would definitely stay here again and would definitely recommend it.

Our family stayed in two different rooms during our stay. The room my family members stayed in was fantastic. Very roomy and extemely clean. Our room was at the end of the hall, and it seems that it may have been some type of room that was modified to be a hotel room. It was a bit smaller and the bathroom had an odd layout. The design did not allow for the bathroom door to open fully, which was a little akward. Our room was equally clean, and contained all the amenities. One of the elevators was not operational, and a large group of school children happened to stay while we were there. The kids were a bit noisy, and occupied the working elevators much of the time. All in all, it was a very nice hotel and I would certainly stay there again in the future.

We were really pleased with the staff, the very contemporary room and oh, so comfy beds at the Arlington Hyatt. Location was also very good.

The hotels was nice the staff friendly. But if you want a cup of coffee be perpare to pay a lot. Also the resturant at the hotel was very expencive we paid $40 for a very light breakfast. Housekeeping would always for get something.

Words cannot express how I feel about this hotel. The employees were helpful and friendly. The room was GORGEOUS and price - Unbelievable. YOU HAVE TO SEE IT TO BELIEVE IT !!!

Elevator out of service made for long waits. Hotel feels worn...but a terrific location very close to Georgetown and the Metro.
