The staff are friendly, efficient, and eager to help you with anything. Everyone smiles & seems to enjoy their job. The facility is beautiful, but not stuffy. It is kid friendly, yet maintains an outstanding quality of food & service. I may never stay anywhere else when in Boston.

The hotel is your average mid level chain. But the location is excellent. Very easy to walk to the Freedom trail, Faneuil Hall/Quincy Market (directly across the street) and the North End for dinner. The concierge were very helpful in suggesting and making reservations for diner.

The location is great, right on the wharf and convenient to transportation and the aquarium. Most tours start right outside. Only problem, other than fresh seaford Boston food is not nearly as good as New York food.

What a great location. Our older boys could walk to the Quincy Market while we took our youngest daughter to the Aquarium which was right outside our door. A ten minute walk had us in the heart of the North End for dinner. Views or the harbour from the pool deck were outstanding.

The Long Wharf was wonderful. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. The location is the best and the services offered were excellent. Will definately consider staying again next time!

The hotel did not have the room we reserved available unless we upgraded to a junior suite so we ended up paying more than we expected. The room was great although we were quoted on the website that we would get $50 breakfast voucher and did not. the restaurant was very disappointing, very confused, messy, service was terrible. A malfunctioning boiler caused a constant strong vibration and although the buffet was scheduled to end at 11:30 they locked the doors to the buffet at 11:10 and we arrived at 11. I would not recommend the restaurant.

We spent an overnight at this hotel in February and found it very enjoyable! We wish we could have spent another day there for there was more to see. The location is convienient with restaurants right outside the door as well as in the hotel.Fitness center was excellent and the only problem was it was school vacation so there were a lot of kids in the pool most of the time,but that was our mistake. We hope to return.

Hotel was very convenient (2 blocks)to North End and Fanuel Hall. Just what our family was looking for. Buffet Breakfast was awesome but very $$$$. Pool and Hot tub were nice. The view is great!

Almost everything was excellent about my stay. The room was beautiful and the location was perfect; close to everything that I wanted to see. There were only two drawbacks. There was no mini bar. Yet while the hotel was excellent about bringing drinks to the room they were pricy and of course required me to tip the room service personnel. This was a minor compared to the parking. It was 42 dollars a night to park. It wouldn't have been so bad if I was expecting it. Nowhere online did it mention a fee for parking. The worst was when I was leaving. My car was pulled around for the only time during my stay. The valet waited for a tip. I told him since I paid 42 for parking and did not use my car once that a tip would not be coming. he waited and said "we work on tips here". Eventually I acquiesced. That soured me to the entire stay.

Over-all great room..but the walls are too thin...and I can tell the beds were head to head with the room next door..due to the fact that they were "doing it" and MY bed was shaking...ew

We booked a standard room but we were upgraded to a concierge level room on check in. The continental breakfast was great. The room was lovely, with a view of the harbour and the aquarium. There were no noise issues. The location was excellent for shopping, restaurants and what we were there for - the whale watching and aquarium. The room was expensive - but Boston generally is.

A nice hotel but we thought the price for the hotel was a little high. Great location and the beds are really cozy. The rooms need a bigger coffee pot. The coffee pots barley are enough for one cup and also, the water on the shower heads barley come out...it took me forever to get the soap out. You end up using more water just to get all the soap off.

Had a wonderful stay and it couldn't have been more convenient in terms of location. I would have liked to have seen the price a bit lower but all in all an enjoyable stay.

the marriott long wharf in boston is amazing. it is conviently located across the street from phaneuil hall so it is great if u want to shop. the rooms are very comfortable and the service was great.

You can't beat the location of this hotel. Across the street from the Sea Aquarium and minutes walking to Quincy Market and the North End. We were travelling with 2 small children and we never had to ride the subway to get to anything. However, the rooms were small, the hotel was older and smelled a little like a nursing home. Nice pool. Parking was expensive. I wouldn't stay here again only because I felt we were tripping over it each other in the room. And, for the price I don't think it was worth it.

Parking was VERY expensive at the hotel. Unbelievable and for that reason alone we would never return to this hotel. We were suppose to have a bay view room or atleast a garden view, but the only view we had was of the roof top. They actually switched us to a different room that also had the same roof top view. Customer service was not very friendly and acted as if we were a bother. Although the hotel is a great location, I'm sure there are other hotels in the area that are just as nice and better priced. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

The hotel was very nice and it was the perfect location for walking to almost everything within about 5 minutes. The walking access to the harbor tours, whale watching (definite "must see") and proximity to Faneuil Hall are all a plus. There is even a Starbucks on the ground floor. Great view of the Harbor from the restaurant and most of the rooms. Overall a very comfortable stay and a great weekend.

If you're staying in Boston for a short visit and need to be close to attractions, this hotel is a wonderful choice. We stayed here for one night en route to Provincetown or Labor Day Weekend and couldn't have asked for a better location. The hotel is magnificent, with top-notch service, cleanliness, and convenience. The rooms are spacious, well-appointed, and comfortable. It is within easy walking distance of the New England Aquarium, great restaurants, trolleys, and ferries. So many amazing tourist-oriented offerings are right outside your door. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone, especially those who want to walk around and explore Boston, as opposed to driving.

We enjoyed our stay, the hotel was conveniently located next to the IMAX and Aquarium, and the trolley tours which were great for our kids. Lots of restaurants in the area too and the beds were comfortable, hotel staff was pleasant and helpful. I'd stay there again!
