Ramada Inn Burbank Airport - Burbank

This hotel wa conveniently located just off I5 . The rooms dont have micro and fridge but ice machines are located easily . The pool was real nice with a 9 ft deep end which we enjoyed.

clean and tidy but basic,no fridges bar was closed by 10pm so no good for sightseeing unless you got back early. good food fairly close by but you need a car.

Do not stay here if you do not have a vehicle. It is isolated.

The stench in my room smelled like one part ashtray and one part curry. The carpet was worn and stained, the floor drastically uneven. The comforter was smelly and nubby- obviously a relic. The sheets too, were so old they were see-through in some patches. We slept with our clothes on to avoid touching them. The entire building seemed permanently stained and cracked- it is indeed old and showing its age. The surrounding neighborhood was hardly comforting- rundown and desolate, and freight trains regularly blared past the tracks across the street. The staff seemed perfectly lovely, but no amount of smiles could make up for this broken down wreck of a hotel.

This is one of the bottom 3 hotels that I have ever had to stay the night. Ever. The room smelled of mold, the walls had falling wallpaper, stained bathroom fixtures... It was like a scene from a 1970's low budget film. The cleanliness of the entire room was so poor, that we wrapped our pillows in our own towels before going to sleep. We arrived so late that did not have a choice but to stay there. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

This hotel is dirty and is in great need of renovation. MANY broken or dirty items and bugs. Hobos in the parking lot. The courtyard is nice but could not hold a conversation due to Fwy and airport sounds. Run from this place.

If you need to only sleep, this is good.Hotel is old.

The lobby was very nice. The parking lot was horrible. Very little manueverability. Housekeeping had sheets and shower curtains out in the hallway. Price was subpar due to the location.

I should have taken the barricaded road as a sign. Or maybe it was the two police cars that were parked near the hotel's entrance. Certainly the loud highway directly next to the hotel should have been a red flag. No, maybe it was the fact that I had to walk around the entire outside perimeter of the hotel to get to my room because that's where the only working elevator was located. The elevator that was slow that I could have walked up all 4 flights of stairs and then back across the entire length of the hotel to my room before it finally arrived. My "non-smoking" room wreaked of ashtray. Obviously, it hadn't always been a non-smoking room. Of course the large sign on the door that read "PLEASE LOCK & LATCH DOOR FOR YOUR SAFETY" was very reassuring. I almost turned around and checked out before I even set my luggage on the floor. Luckily, things didn't get any worse. But I must admit, I had by now lowered my expectations. At least the bed was comfortable, the sheets were clean and the water was warm. But I expected much more for a Ramada Inn. Next time, Hilton.

The hotel is nice but looks so old. The elevators needs upgrade and only one elevator is operating. The room doors looks so old and looks they will be falling apart soon. The bathroom looks so old need to be remodel and upgrade also needs a refrigerator in each room.

My family and I stayed here for 3 days while we were in LA. We wanted something that was not overpriced, yet not a complete dump. And it seems we got just what we paid for. The first room we were given smelled like mildew and upon inspecting, we found out why. There was a huge puddle of water in the carpet near the bathroom. So we called the front desk and asked to be moved. They moved us with no hesitation. Unfortunately, the next room we got was full of ants. They were all over the bathroom counter and bathtub. We didn't want to move all our stuff again, so we stayed put. The rest of the hotel was very old and falling apart, but clean. The only nice area was a beautiful courtyard near the pool.

This hotel was very convenient to the 5 freeway, so it made getting to all areas of LA easy. But, the tradeoff, was none of the light switches worked in the main hotel. The light in the bathroom burned out and so going to the bathroom at night was a little treacherous. Also, there were tons of ants in the bathroom as well. The hotel restaurant didn't open until 8am, which is a little late if you want to go do stuff, and was very overpriced. The worst part was that on Saturday morning at about 7am they began fixing a broken elevator, and their hammering woke me out of a dead sleep, and the banging a drilling continued until about 10am. I would only recommend this hotel if all you care about is ease of access to freeways.

Concierge at the front was very friendly and efficient. Checking in an out was quick and painless and they answered all of my questions. Particularly, the driver of the shuttle, Javier, was EXTREMELY helpful. Javier made my first time in California very pleasant and helped me get to and from the airport.

Great place to stay especially for families. Clean and comfortable rooms, not far from attractions, and a great price. What more can you ask for?

The hotel is located next to a train track and is not in the best area. Though the hotel is overall clean, some of the electrical plugs did not work and I found out late at night that I could not open the shower door. So no shower!! I would not recommend this hotel.

I think the hotel itself was nice and clean but they did not have breakfast like the other Ramada and they did not have a roll away bed for my daughter-- although they did bring in plenty of pillows and blankets for her to sleep on the floor-- I guess for the price I expected a little bit more-- It is fine for couple but a family its a little less than expected....

of the freeway and the train coming right through your room...this is a great place to stay. If you want to go to Mexico but can't afford it..this is the place to go. If you want a good night's sleep in a peaceful and relaxing setting...go to the Holiday Inn up the street. I will NEVER go there again.

The interial of lobby great, rooms stunk. The beds were rock hard, to close to freeway no blockage of sound, towels were like sandpaper. Staff not attentive.

I thought the cleaning staff and restaurant manager were very nice. Some of the other employees, especially front desk and driver, seemed like it was an effort to fill any request I had.

I have stayed at this hotel for a week last summer and just got back from another one week stay. Hotel staff was great! I requested a refrig and microwave and they delivered it before we got back to our room. The courtyard is beautiful. Yes, it is outdated and there may be a few cosmetic flaws but we are also not paying 150 a night. I am a single mom and felt very safe both visits. You will definitely get the most bang for your buck here!!

No micro wave given upon request. The response is so poor. I went there with my kid and need some hot water where can I go?

A decent hotel near burbank airport, the hotel offers free shuttle to airport and other local attractions which not all websites advertise, so be aware of that before hopping in a taxi at Burbank. A little overpriced, but has a pool, is fairly safe and clean, rooms are spacious and the restaurant is ok.

This hotel is right under a major freeway so the sound it consistant regardless of being in your room. It is exterior entry so regardless of the "no smoking" policy, guests walk outside their door and smoke. Therefore, there is smoke all the time. Parking is tight and I could see car damage as a daily occurance. The doors don't have springs so when someone leaves the door slams. So my stay was a constant struggle to find quiet and not be around smoke. Because of the low rate, the guests were questionable. I would not want to be around this crowd past 9pm.

I tried 3 or 4 different rooms, each one funkier than the one before. If it was not so late, I would have gone elsewhere. The carpet felt sticky. The chairs in each room had the stuffing hanging out through cracks in the upholstery. It looks like it was once a nice place. Too bad they do not take care of it.

We chose this hotel based on price, but after our experience here I'd pay more for a better hotel next time. The hotel is extremely outdated and has a dirty/musty feel to it. Our first room had an ant problem, found ants in the bed sheets and all over the bathroom. Changing rooms didn't really do much, since both rooms had a lumpy floor which gave it a creepy/crawly feeling, especially after the ants in the bed. The tub looked dirty and had hair in it. Housekeeping didn't close the door completely, twice, so our door was unlocked the entire time we were out of the room. There was loud trains passing throughout the evening/morning. No coin operated laundry available at the hotel. The pool water was very dirty. I wouldn't stay here again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

This hotel's rooms need refurbishment. Rugs contained holes, doors had marked sign of wear, bathroom cabinet doors were shabby, decor was aged and furniture was dingy. That said, there were clear attempts to make guests comfortable: the bed was comfortable, the sheets were clean, plenty of pillows, nice hangers and the normal hospitalities one would expect were not lacking. The room was clean and the service was professional and courteous. The other amenities may have been nice, but I only experienced the check in process, the elevator (which worked fine but looked rundown) and my room, which unfortunately felt substandard. Cleanliness of the room was excellent (and I am picky) however, which almost made up for it.

Booked the hotel for my client from South America who was tired after a 12 Hour flight into Los Angeles. Checked in at 12PM and front desk clerk advise room not ready. Clerk was very rude and obnoxious! Wasted almost 2 1/2 hours waiting in the lobby for the room to be ready. Absolutely no customer skills!

My stay here was, to put it in one word, okay. The hotel and the room seemed clean enough, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. But the hotel in general and the room in particular felt pretty old and run down, thought in perfectly good working order. Even though my room said it was a non-smoking room, it clearly smelled as if people had been smoking in it recently. On the positive side, this was the cheapest hotel I could find in Burbank, and was in a good location, and I knew ahead of time that it has been there forever so I didn't expect a whole lot. All in all, the stay was fine if all you're looking for is a moderately clean place to stay at a low price. Also, although the site says that they have refrigerators and microwaves available on request, they actually only had the refrigerator when I asked.

The layout and architecture of the hotel was cool. Is was really retro. It just would have been nice if they kept the rooms up to a modern standard. And showers are not pleasant if you're an average height. No lie, the shower head came out 5 feet.

The hotel itself is nice. I had a problem with the location of the room. We were right next to the elvator control room. It was very noisy. We also heard people stomping by all night. The customer service could also be better. They didn't ask us how our stay was or thank us.

Easy to get to - right off the 5. An easy drive to LAEC but traffic is a consideration (both on freeway and city streets)during am and pm work drive. Reasonable rates, quiet and friendly staff with an acceptable restaurant and room service. Dependable wake-up call service. Parking in their lot a bit tricky for a big pick-up but additional parking is fine.

Room was clean, Hotel seem very clean, but need some care and upgrades. some elevators were to slow and not working. service personal were professional. parking lot could use a major make over. yes my stay was good here.
