Hotel is nice, but way too much for what you get. Rooms are clean and staff is pleasant, but I've encountered better. Not as close to the Harbor as you would think. Used to have a pool, but not any more. If money doesn't matter, there's nothing wrong with the hotel, but I'm going to look elsewhere next time I'm in the area

Beautiful hotel but I did not like the large tax and processing fee charged on top of the high rate. Other than that I enjoyed myself.

This hotel advertised a pool and hot tub. When we attepmted to use these facilities we found that there was no longer a pool or hot tub availabe. Our complaint was initially met a comment about how they recently removed this info from their web site and they were sorry that we did not check the site recently, but too bad. There were still signs in the hotel directing customers to the pool as well as a listing of times that the pool was open in our room. This did not meet our needs so after some discussion the manager offered to arrange for us to use the pool at the Holiday Inn accross the street. It was 10 degrees outside. The manager was nice and thought that this was a good solution and we were not going to find a better solution through him so we contacted Marriott through e-mail and the phone and were told that we could travel to another Marriott to use their facilities but we could not move to a room in this other hotel due to a price difference- probably due to the fact that they had additional facilities like a pool - We have received an e-mail from Marriott thanking us for bringing this to their attention and that "We look forward to serving your future lodging needs" Overall just kind of frustrating because it may seem like a little thing, but rexaing in a hot tub and using the pool in the middle of winter was what we were looking forward to.

This hotel has to be one of the best I have ever stayed at. I usually have trouble sleeping in new places but the bed was so comfortable that I feel asleep the minute i laid down.

It is a nice hotel. The bed was the best my husband and I slept in !!! It was very clean. The check out time was great ( 12 p.m.). We were going to a Ravens Game, And it was a short walk to there. I would stay there again.

We chose to stay at this hotel because of the location to Camden Yards - the surrounding area and the stadium are beautiful. The room that we stayed in was exceptionally clean and the beds were soooo comfortable. The only thing wrong with this hotel is that you can hear everything going on around you - the walls are very thin so if anyone is talking in the halls it sounds like they are in the room with you. There was alot of activity in the halls after midnight so it was difficult to sleep.

The hotel was within 1.5 blocks of the Convention Center. The room was spacious, very clean, and well maintained. The parking is not managed by the hotel, but by the city and costs $24.00 and is only self-park, but the parking structure is next door to the hotel. The front desk staff were helpful and friendly.

The only "minus" of our stay was that the neighboring hotel was under construction and because of this the easiest access to the Camden Yards and near by museums was blocked and we had to walk additional blocks.

This was a very popular hotel (due to its location). The service staff was very good - attentive and helpful with general questions about good places to dine, etc. The pool was open and a popular place with a lifeguard on at all times, but a little "dark" - needs to be updated. Gym facilities adjacent to the pool, so it was good if you have kids that need to monitored. Overall, a worthwhile stay. Restaurant in hotel was excellent for breakfast, the buffet was worth the extra money.

The rooms were fantastic, especially the new bedding "all organic" with a great matterss. The location was perfect to the inner harbor where we were able to take in the history and best seafood in the US. The staff was very helpful and we were able to park the car in covered valet parking. I recommend this property if you are wanting to friendly conversation with the staff and a perfect night sleep.

The hotel was nice and the service was good. The only disappointment was that the room was small for the price. It was a "pie-shaped" room. We had stayed there before in a much nicer room.

It was great!!!! prices were not outrageous as i read in previous guest reveiws.... the staff was exceptional... my room was beautiful... they helped me have the best valentines day ever...I highly recommend this hotel and i look forward to staying again soon

The staff was very helpful. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. Parking was easy. My only complaint is the $2.50 cokes in the room and the gift shop. The price of the "little things" was outrageous.

I stay at this hotel quite frequently, and I'd like to share a recent experience. The hotel staff are always friendly, helpful and very professional, but I found the maids to be exceptional. When I returned home, I discovered that I left all of my jewelry (in a little box) in my room. Included in that box were a pair of diamond earings. Since I have left things behind before (in other hotels), I thought this was a lost cause. I called immediately. I was thrilled to discover that the maid took the box, put it immediately in a ziplock and brought it down to lost and found. She never even opened the box! I was astounded. The manager FedEx'd my jewelry back to me...at their expense! It just doesn't get any better than that. I would highly recommend this hotel (especially to people who tend to leave things behind...like me).

Hotel staff was pleasant. Location to nearby attractions was good. The bed was AMAZINGLY COMFORTABLE! Room and bathroom were very clean. Price was fit according to surrounding hotel prices. The only downfall was the high cost of the hotel's parking garage which was the only parking available. All things considered I was very impressed!

The prices for all in-house food, drink, and amenities was WAY OVERPRICED for the quality. The food was deplorable. We ate at the Cafe' Promenade and had uncooked mussels served to us. When we complained, they apologized but did not take it off the bill until we said something again. The gift shop had a very limited selection of snacks and they were not good quality. All we wanted was chips or popcorn to munch on in our room and we couldn't find any of these without some gourmet flavor added to it. Parking was, indeed, overpriced, and the system was not explained well at the front desk. My husband of 23 hours and I were told to wait when we first attempted to check in as the clerk had a wealthier client to wait on first. He proceeded to help three other people before getting to us. I was EXTREMELY disappointed in this hotel and would beg people not to go there.

Our group reserved 3 rooms with 2 double beds and a cot in each room. When we checked in, we were told that only one room had double beds, the other two had one king bed each. One room had a broken A/C for the first night and was hot.
