NEED TO CHANGE A NEW TOWEL .THE TOWEL IS LOOK VERY OLD .

My Daughter and I had a very enjoyable stay. I room and bathroom were very clean and the room it self had a pleasant smell. We were close to a freeway and a railroad track, but neither bother us. The staff was very nice and responded right away to our request. Overall I would recommend this hotel to others. It was a great value for the money.

You get what you pay for, and this is what I got...but if I had shopped around I could have found a better value in a better location. The staff was great, but the hotel itself was shabby. The lobby and halls were dirty, and showing their age. The room was okay, the beds lumpy and we saw a bug in the bathroom (not a roach). The neighborhood was a little scary, in fact there was a shooting nearby the evening after we left. It was also hard to get any where. The 5 Freeway is right there, but is often jammed, and takes a long time to get into L.A. or to any attractions. We would have been better off staying in the Pasadena area.

The Hotel Staff was great, very friendly, but the hotel itself was shabby and the room was just okay, a little dirty, and we saw one bug (not a roach). The location was not good, it was hard to get any where, and hard to find the hotel. The neighborhood was a little scary, in fact there was a shooting only a few blocks away the day after we left.

This hotel was by no means "fancy." It was,hwever, clean and comfortable. Our kids did not complain about the room at all. It was a bit noisy at night and early morning with people entering and leaving rooms. Overall, it was fine.

This hotel is o.k. next to freeway. There is nothing that really wows you at this hotel it is just a room

great room and very clean.

No problems, a good place for the money. I stayed for business reasons, it is not really a family area, not many restaurants or attractions around the area.

Not a bad room for the money. The location was not as good for me as I had hoped, so I doubt I would us it again. But if it is in a good area for you, the rooms were clean and the staff was freindly.

I was there on business and needed a place close by. This hotel was perfectly located for me. There is a Denny's right next door which was convenient in the morning. The bed was very comfortable.

Hotel was OK for the money. Room's were clean, comfortable and safe. Only complaint is that the wireless internet was weak, had a hard time with it - could not get a strong signal.

The hotel was clean. I was worried mainly about the bathroom cleanliness, and luckily it was very clean. They even did our beds in the morning, which was nice. The only problem we had was the internet. They did give us a password to use the wireless internet, but it wasn't working. Other than that everything was perfect.

Just needed a room nearby to stay while my friend and I were visiting another friend out of town. Nice and quiet, and great for just a one-night stay or if you don't expect to be in town too long, or for the most part, in your hotel room.

If you like more pillows ...be sure to ask at the front desk when you check in for more pillows. They only had one front desk person, and she was too busy to answer the phone when we tried to call for extras.

Ramada Inn was an older building in the warehouse district of Commerce, CA, the property was clean and neat. It was convenient to the warehouse location where I needed to go to work for 2 business weeks. The room was neat and clean, but the hotel staff and service was excellent and everyone was friendly and helpful! Probably better than some 5 star hotels I have stayed in. I had my laundry sent out and returned and done beautifully in 24 hours, my room was always cleaned (meticulously) and ready for the day early in the morning. The staff helped me with every question or need I presented to them. Many of the people in the hotel at the same time that I was there were there on vacation and going to Disneyland and they were staying there because it was close to the Disney property and Universal Studios property. The only down side was there was no in hotel restaurant or bar, but there was a Denny's right next door. I never used the pool but it looked large and nice. I had a good experience and I felt safe there being a single woman on business. There was security on the property also. I would recommend this hotel or stay there again if the opportunity arose.

the hotel in it self was clean and well run, I would not reccommend for children becuase this is located in a very industrial are BUSY streets. Great if you want to play cards & gamble at the Commerce Casino less then a mile away

We stayed here one nite for a trade show in LA, needed 15 mins or so to get there in the morning traffic. Room was nicely appointed, bed was comfortable, everything was clean. We were unable to access Internet for some reason. There is no resto on site, and breakfast is not included. The neighborhood is nothing; industrial. It's a good jumping-off point.

it was okay for the money but the bed was not that comfortable. i stayed at the ramada south elmonte the week before for business 4 nights. much better!! the beds there were very comfortable. but for a night stay for business not bad.

Need to have movies in the room and update the fitness equipment.
