"Convenient, but needs some work"

We stayed at this hotel because we had an early flight out of BWI the following day. It wasn't as close as some other hotels to the airport, but it was relatively convenient. The room above ours had some water damage that was leaking into the bathroom. The maintenance guy said that they had left the shower on facing into the bathroom, rather than the tub, but the damage seemed worse than would be caused just by that. Once we let the desk know, they moved us to another room on the same floor.

"Good Price, Good Hotel"

It is a bit off the beaten track- at a dead end street in an industrial park. If you are not planning on spending a lot of time in the hotel and just need comfortable and clean room to sleep in at night, you get good value for your money. The bar was good, after a five hour car drive I was able to get a tall frosted glass of tap beer at three in the afternoon.

I had no problems with any portion of my stay. It would have been nice if there were more restaurants in the immediate area (an industrial/office park), but I had my heart set on a specific restaurant in another area so it was'nt that big a deal.

"A bit dingy"

The remote location and poor upkeep leave a lot to be desired. However, the bar in the hotel restaurant was pretty fun.

"room was good"

The room was good,clean, but very cold for a couple of hours, bed was very comfortable which made up for the room temperature, staff was very courteous and quick to respond.

We needed a nice place to stay the night before a flight and it was good. The on site restuarant was changing hands and didn't really have anything but the server was still great. The shuttle to the airport was good, fast and on time. If I ever needed to fly out of BWI again I would consider staying there again.

"Convenience and friendly, helpful staff"

The staff was wonderful, the restaurant staff was embarrassed by all the food they didn't have to offer (apparently the hotel bought the restaurant and it was closing so they weren't ordering any more food and had run out of many things and the servers had to keep apologizing). The room was perfect, except for the shower curtain and the hair dryer. The rod was crooked...cracked at the wall and so the shower curtain just slid right into the middle of the rod with both ends exposed for water to pour out while showering. The hair dryer was broken but they brought another one within a few minutes after we called to complain.

The rooms were nice and comfortable. The vent over the tub was disgusting with built up black dust. There was no continental breakfast because of their contract with the in-house restaurant; correction, the continental breakfast is between 4am and 7am. Dinner at the restaurant was good but the breakfast which you have to pay for was not apetizing looking at all. Also, I was told that there was a hotel shuttle from the hotel to the Civic Center, this also was a fabrication!

COmfortable hotel, but in the middle of office park. Not close to attractions, shoping or restaurants. Staff were very accomodating. I would stay again if I needed a hotel convenient to BWI.

We just had a one night stay, but the room was very comfortable. The continental breakfast, however, left a lot to be desired. We would stay there again if we were in the area.

"Comfortable and convient stay"

The hotel room was not what I expected, it was better, it was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel service desk needs to be more customer friendly, the staff, (front desk) seemed either over whelmed or had more attitude than needed. Overall my stay was okay.

Airport shuttle was the only thing that was off. Obvioulsy a digruntled employee. The other staff was very accomidating. The resturant was also good.
