Jameson Suites Arlington Heights - Arlington Heights

We love this hotel but our shower wall had many spots of mildew(black residual?). I hope they can improve or remodel the bathroom in the future. They need to replace or shampoo at the hallway carpet especially on the 3rd floor. This is not a bad hotel. We will stay again.

We reserved the hotel as 2 double bed, however they are not available when we checked in. They provided me a one bed instead of 2 double beds.

My wife and I went to Mexico for our honeymoon. We had an early flight out from O'Hare, so needed a place to stay the night. We reserved the Jameson because of its price and proximity to the airport. I didn't expect much based on the price, but the reviews were very positive so we decided to try it out. I am very pleased we chose Jameson Suites. Very clean. Much bigger/nicer room than we expected. I suppose the building itself (ceilings, etc.) looks slightly dated, but that is only if I am being incredibly critical - and the colors, decor, etc. are much more current and pleasant than I would have expected for the price. In addition, we got a great breakfast (waffles, fruit, etc.) that was better than I would have expected. When we returned from our week away, we considered trying another hotel, but the Jameson was available and at the same price, so we went with it a second time. Nothing like staying a few minutes from the airport when you're tired! We did not try the pool or other amenities, because we were exhausted! I highly recommend Jameson Suites for its cleanliness, friendliness, convenience and value!

I stayed at this hotel over the weekend when I moved my son to Chicago to for college. I chose Jameson Suites because the price was excellent and many reviewers had great things to say. This hotel surpassed my expectations. Another son decided to ride along with me at the last moment and I had no problem with an additional guest. The room had a pull- out bed in a sitting area seperate from the bedroom. My son said he slept better than he had slept in a long time. The hotel was easy to access on my way into Chicago before I headed downtown. Breakfast was excellent with many choices. The front desk was very helpful. I can't think of a single negative about my stay.

I reserved a double bed room however I get two king room because double was out when I arrived to the Jameson. It is such a great deal. We enjoyed the room very much, it was clean, nice bed, good breakfast, helpful stuff and beautiful. The only bad thing is way far from Chicago, takes like 35 minutes to Chicago.

Very happy with my stay.

The Jameson was an excellent value for the price we paid. Loved the free breakfast in the morning. It is conveniently located if you are thinking of attending Arlington Park race track.

Good: Near ORD airport and highway I-90; Clean room and friendly front desk; Reasonable rate. Need improvement: Smelly hallway; wi-fi connection not working. Overall: Worth the money

The Jameson Suites offered an excellent deal for what me and my business assciates needed for a two day business trip! We would go there again.

Hotel overall was very good. The shuttle to the rail station was good, except for one evening when we were waiting at the station for 40 minutes. A call was made to the motel 10 minutes prior to getting into the station and they said they would leave right away, the drive to the station takes about 10 minutes. Had to recall to get picked up. If you would rather use public transportation rather than driving into Chicago, this is a good spot to stay.

Great location and great quality for the price compared to surrounding hotels in the area. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. I accidentally forgot a shirt and a couple of miscellaneous items in the room the morning I was to check out. When I went back to checkout the room was cleaned and the items were gone. Though they were not important or expensive items I asked the woman at the desk if she finds the items to please call me. An hour later she called me letting me know they have the items and I can come pick it up anytime. Considering that I was very passive about the situation and pointed out how these were not expensive items I was surprised that they put in the effort.

Our biggest concern was the cleanliness of the room. There was something red on the couch....pizza sauce? blood? In the morning when I opened my washcloth (they have them folded into fancy shapes) it had a big black spot on it....grease? The breakfast was sad...as the only thing we could eat was the yogurt. The rest of the food was 'icky' looking and there was no cereal or wheat or white bread for toast. The location and price were good but it was as if the business was hanging on to remain a hotel and cutting corners in the wrong places.

I really enjoyed my stay here. It was clean and orderly. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The spa was kind of small, but clean with very powerful jets. I would stay here again.

The hotel room wasn't as big as the pictures made it out to be, and the hot tub was in a very unique spot of the hotel, (basically right in the main lobby) and there was no pool. For the price I paid I was very happy though, but I got a summer special. If I had to pay the original price, i would have not been as happy The breakfast was weak

This was the second time that we stayed at the Jamison Suites in Arlington Heights. We highly recommend this hotel! The staff is very friendly and willing to assist with any needs you may have. Excellent service!The location could not have been better. We look forward to staying there again next year.

Very satisfied with the accomodations!!Very pleased with the suites!! Especially enjoyed the fact that the air conditioning fan didn't blow air right on the bed.

Good location, clean, comfortable rooms and good breakfast. Have stayed there before and would stay again. The fitness room had a broken piece of equipment and no towels and no cups/water. For some reason, they were out of kleenex for the rooms, but these were all minor issues. Overall, I would recommend.

The staff was prompt, friendly and helpful. I was going to be out all day until late in the evening so they let me check into the room early. The room was clean and there were many options for food near by or for delivery. The only disappointment was that there is no pool only a hot tub.

If you are looking for luxery, this is not the place for you, but if you a looking for a clean, comfortable and affordable hotel this will satisfy your needs. The rooms are spacious and have a microwave & refrg., but do not have kitchen supplies. Our bathroom door stuck and they fixed it immediately. No pool, but a big whirlpool. Breakfast is satisfying and the staff keeps it well stocked. Overall a good deal in suburban Chicago. Close to Metra and lots of nearby restaurants.

The room we had was a suite, so there was lots of space. The problem was that the air conditioning didn't get any further than the bedroom area. This made the sitting area very warm. But, overall, it was a good value and a comfortable hotel.

The only misconception we had was it states there is a bus about a block from the hotel. There maybe but if I goes into Chicago you would have to transfer at least 3 times. That was made up by the shuttle that will take you to and pick you up from the train station several miles away. The drivers were very pleasant informative when we had questions on a theatre and eating places near by. They again took us to the movie theatre and picked us up. All of the hotel staff were very pleasant and helpful. Just a little FYI it is about a 40 min. train ride into Chicago on the express and about an hour on the regular scheduled train. They are on time and it is an enjoyable ride.

It had a sofa sleeper so it was great the kids basically had their own bed. Only complaint was we had to ask for extra towels, why do rooms booked for 4 only have three towels? The free breakfast was good, kept well stocked.

I will stay here again.

The breakfast was good. The staff was very nice and helpful too. We could not figure out how to get the fridge to turn on, and we called the front desk. After we returned from going out, it was working. Overall, this was a very nice hotel for the price we paid.

Breakfast was really good. Whenever we asked for some room service and for baby's needs during off hours, they were met immediately. Quality of comfort (bed), etc can be improved (but this is my personal opinion) Location is awesome. You can get on freeway very quickly but at the same time aloof and quiet neighborhood.

Really enjoyed my stay at Jameson Suites rooms were very comfortable. Breakfast good and location convenient. Loved it.
