A hot tub would be a big plus. The pool was great though. The vending machines didn't work - food nor soda. That was inconvenient since there were no stores close. Breakfast was great and the prices were too. I would definitely stay again, but bring my own drinks and munchies.

this hotels is okay first the pool doesnt have a hearter so its like always cooled and they close the restaurant at 9 so you can eat food only drink so my family slept very hungry the service is bad

We stayed here for the Boilermaker, and the location was great. The shower was great. Staff was fine. We didn't need much, so this suited our needs quite nicely.

Great if you don't want to be disburbed or don't mind being in the middle of nowhere. We loved it......

I requested a smoking room only to find out that this was booked. we had to settle for a non smoking room.

I booked this hotel to be reasonably near Colgate University, and honestly, there wasn't much that was closer. I got off of the NY Throughway at the proper exit and saw one tiny sign to the Ramada. There were several choices of roads nearby, and I picked what seemed to be the main one. I called for directions, and the desk clerk sent me the wrong way. Later that night, driving back near midnight in the rain, I again called for directions, and this desk clerk simply told me to find a gas station and ask. The hotel is located on Airport Road, but following signs to the airport didn't help, because the airport is gone. Parking was in a muddy gravel lot behind the hotel. Overall, a disappointing place to stay.

I was pleased with the restaurant owner withing the hotel was willing to pack me breakfast at 6:15 even though they don't open till 6:30. In the room I was pleased that the hangers were actual hangers and not the metal hook hangers! The shower drain worked well (which is something I can't stand in many hotels when it doesn't work well.) Fairly clean and comfortable for a one night business stay.

Everything about the room itself was very very good. It was large, clean and had a microwave, reefer, and coffee pot. Coffee to put in the pot would have been nice. The hotel is located in a VERY quiet area. Very relaxing atmosphere. The hotel was pleasantly decorated. It was reasonably priced. I would have gave the hotel a OUTSTANDING rating if I hadn't ate at the restaurant. It was very charming to the eye and the host was very gracious and the prices were very reasonable but my food was not enjoyable. The home fries were not edible and the rest of the food was incredibly overcooked. Despite the lack of culinary skills displayed by the cook I would still recommend this hotel as a very welcome place to spend a night or two. BTW: use mapquest to get directions, you will need them.

difficult to find but neat and clean. Had a hot breakfast included in the room rate but unfortunately the food wasn't hot and they ran out of coffee twice during our 15 minute breakfast.

The price I paid was a lot more that the services provided by the hotel. they didnt have an elevator. time to check in was long and tedious.

Hotel included refrigerator and microwave in room, as well as free wifi. Bring your own OJ, milk and cereal to avoid expensive and time-consuming restaurant breakfast, but don't plan on buying it near here, it's miles from any store. Good budget choice for travelers who want a good bed and little else. Make sure to get directions, as hotel is 7 miles from thruway, and intersections are poorly marked.

This hotel is a good place to spend the night if you want a stop on the I90/NY Thruway. It was clean, quite and reasonably priced. It is a few miles off the highway and didn't really have good signs, so it might have been a little tricky to find if we didn't have directions. There really isn't anything to do in the area once you get there.

We stayed in Oriskany because all the hotels in or around Cooperstown were booked. The hotel was very comfortable, the rooms and bathrooms were clean and the drive to Cooperstown allowed us to see parts of New York we wouldn't have been able to otherwise.

Nice comfortable hotel

The Hotel was fine. It is in the middle of nothing and as another poster stated, very hard to find. It was clean, the reception staff was very kind and helpful. The room was clean and satisfactory for one night to break up a long drive with kids. Now the dinning room... Our server did the best she could. That was the only good part. There is no where, I mean it no where, else to eat. They really need to step this part of their hotel up! Make sure you have snacks or something before you get there. We did not use the pool, no reason, just to tired.

This hotel is on "Airport" Road. The road is not marked and there is no longer an active airport there. It is very hard to find.

This motel is great if you are going to a concert at the Turning Stone Casino - otherwise it is in the middle of nowhere. It was once by a small airport, but the airport has since been moved to the other side of town. The staff was very pleasant, but the accommodations were dated and the bathroom fan was very noisy.

It's a cheap hotel and you know it's nothing spectacular; only a "clean-enough" place to sleep.
