We had a really good experience at the Hawthorne Suites Wichita East. The room was spacious and very clean. The woman at the front desk was very helpful when we asked her for driving directions. The morning breakfast was very good. Would stay here again.

the room was clean and very roomy, which is good when you have two small kids and all of their stuff. we were very satisfied with our stay and would definately stay there any time we were in town.

As a mother of two young children (4,1) a must for me is cleanliness of the hotel, room, and the amount of room we have in the room. This hotel was MORE than I expected! :) The room was big, very clean, and has a wonderful hot breakfast. This will be the only hotel I stay at in Wichita from now on!

There was only one complaint I have and that is there was way to much chlorine in the pool and the hot tub.... It ruined all of our swimsuits.... But other than that it was VERY clean... It did not have a workout room but did give you passes to the YMCA instead, wich I thought was very considerate... I would definetly stay their again...

We chose this hotel as we were delivering our daughter to college in the area and knew nothing of the surroundings. It was excellent! The room was very roomy and well equipped; also extremely clean.It was easy to self cater. The included breakfast was tasty; not a huge choice but certainly enough to satisfy until lunch and plenty of it. The pool area was delightful, also very clean with good sunbeds and a bar-b-q for all to use. The hotel was easy to find and straight off Kellogg making travel easy, located near a largesupermarket, other restaurants and Town Square Mall East so everything you need close to hand. Our only complaint : the sofa bed was not particularly comfortable for sleeping in but our large double bed was wonderful; a deep and luxurious mattress. We are trying to buy a similar one for home use! The staff were helpful and supplied anything we required. This was an excellent base at a very reasonable price. We were more than satisfied and will be going again when we visit our daughter.

The wife and I have stayed here before and every time the hotel is better. This will be the only place that we will stay when we are in Wichita.

When traveling on a budget, for extended stays of 3 or more days, this hotel is the best solution. The facility was very clean and very well maintained. I would stay here again, without a doubt.

For the price and amenities, it was a great place to stay and I would stay there again. Very satisfied!

We stayed at this hotel for a short 3 day stay and found it to be comfortable and well worth the money we paid. The location is convenient everything needed for business and for the family too as there are many activities within a short drive. I will stay at this property again for any future visits to the Wichita area.

We had plenty of room to spread out baby toys, play pen, and bath accessories. It was nice not to trip over stuff on the way to the bathroom. The full size fridge/freezer was nice to have as well. Breakfast was nice with all sorts of hot options.

After reading the other reviews, I expected more of this hotel. The carpet in our room was filthy, and because it was burgandy, you could not tell by looking. My 13 month old's feet were black by the time she walked on it for a couple of hours. The tub needed to be replaced as it was a fiberglass one and had sunk in the middle, so you had to stand in the "trough" in the middle of it, made it hard to take a shower. Every time you got in or out of the bed, it sounded like the whole thing was going to collapse and the dust ruffle was torn and hanging on the floor, after several times of tripping on it I had to tuck it up between the mattress and box springs. The couch was extremely uncomfortable to sit on for any length of time. The alarm clock did not work. I will not stay at this hotel again.

For the very reasonable price, it was a clean hotel room, with a complimentary breakfast. The surrounding area was industrial, and it was near a busy intersection. For the price I would stay again. It was a value hotel for those on a budget.

We were surprised at how spacious the room was, with a pretty good size kitchen. We didn't end up spending much time in the room as we were there for a basketball tournament. We felt it was a good value for the price we got with hotels.com.

As an employee of Hotels.com I book a lot of hotels. I want to start by saying it's nice to have great customer service. Hawthorne in Wichita, awesome!!! I was treated great. Downside is I had to buy more wood for the fireplace as they only provide the first nights worth. Because of my experiance here I always reccomend Hawthorne suites to all customers calling me.

Was very pleased. The room was spacious, large kitchen and comfy bed. The kids enjoyed the pool and the location was great for our needs. Was a great deal for the rate we paid.

We were very impressed with the hotel particularly with the rate offered through hotels.com. There were some small flaws - the pull out couch was broken, musty smell in the room, hot tub was not working, and a non-stop barking dog in an adjacent room. However, after the front desk was able to determine which room had the dog, there were no other problems. It seemed like the night staff were not too familiar with the hotel and were unable to answer some of the questions I had. But overall the condition of the room and the set up was great. The motel was in a convenient location, right off one of the main streets in Wichita. I would definitely refer my friends, and I will go back again.

This was one of the quietest hotels that I have ever stayed at. Room was large with a kitchen and full size fridge. Very comfortable bed for a hotel. The rooms were set up more like small condos. I was only there for one night but this would be wonderful for someone who was going to have to have an extended stay for business.

Everything was fantastic, great staff, hotel, price. Would definitely stay over and over.

Staff were accomodating and nice. The room was well furnished, clean and very comfortable. Good location. Would definitely stay again. Great room for the money.

Convenient location. Nice room with a comfortable bed and pillows. Fully equipped kitchen, plates, utensils, glasses, cork screw, pans, etc. Didn't need to use the fireplace, nice feature though. Even the sofa bed was better than most. Breakfast was great with eggs, pancakes, waffles, biscuits and gravy, sausages, bagels, cereal, oatmeal, different juices and flavored coffee creamers. The breakfast area is rather small so you may have to wait for a seat or take your food to your room. Very nice though.

The rate we received was absolutely fantastic! The room was impeccable, extremely comfortable and accommodating. Absolutely will go back!

I have stayed in alot of hotels, and I will ALWAYS stay at this one in future visits if I have my say. It is very clean, has everything you would need, and the customer service is out of this world. I love it!!!!

The rooms are extremely clean and spacious. The staff is incredible and goes way over and above the call of duty.

We got a great room for what we paid. There was all the amenities you could ask for, including a guest pass to use the near-by YMCA since the hotel itself didn't have a work out room. Would absolutely recommend this hotel and will stay there again.

very affordable, very comfy, wished we could have stayed longer with the great space and large kitchen!

The rooms were clean, the food was great. The price was the best. The sofa sleeper was not comfortable though. I'd go again.

Everything about the room and location was great. Got a great rate through hotels.com. The front desk service was lacking in customer service. Not very hospitable. However, we stayed at the hotel for the room and location, not for the friendliness of the front desk staff.

I found out about this hotel a while back when the hotel I had been booked at gave my room away and they sent me here. I was impressed with the cleanliness and comfort of the room for the money. Also, they have a very good breakfast (included). The outside looks a bit rough, but the rooms are nice. This is a great value.

I really loves this place it was beyond all my expectations. Everything was so clean (extremely clean). Complimentary breakfast was great. I would go back any time.

I totally was not expecting what I got for the price. I am used to being in your typical hotel room with just bed, desk, tv, bathroom.......but this was so much more for the price. It was like a nice cozy little cottage room with kitchen, living room, fireplace...it was just awesome!

We stayed in a room with a King and double bed. The kids loved having their "own room." We only stayed one night so we didn't use the kichenette but it seemed very clean. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was good. We definately would stay here again.

Suite was very nice and roomy setup like a studio apartment was very impressed. Staye during a ice/snow storm and the guttering was frozen so there wasa ongong shower in front of the door thought it might actually start coming into the room overall great would definetly recommend and stay there again

Me and my husband were just stopping in for one night on the way to Colorado and the hotel was very nice. It was almost the size of a studio apt. The fireplace was nice and the bed was comfortable. It was very convenient that it was a ground floor level since we had alot of luggage. Besides the walls were a little thin and you can hear your neighbors sometimes, I would really recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at the Hawthorn Suites Wichita East for a business trip. The property was well kept and the room was large and convenient with the full kitchen. There is a Wal-Mart within 1.5 miles of the property to pick up any essentials including food items, although the Suites also offers a full breakfast included in the room rate. Overall, this was a great value and I would stay there again when in Wichita.

We were totally satisfied at Hawthorne Suites. Our room was great-- service was great. Breakfast was a real breakfast-- not "comtinental". Kitchenette allowed us to avoid restaurants when we wanted to. The REAL deal was the GREAT PRICE for a week-- MUCH lower than other "suites" WE WILL GO BACK.

We've stayed there several times and every time it's excellent!

Our stay was wonderful. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and well kept. The space in the living area and kitchen were great. We will definitely stay again and again. great value for the money.
