Room was beautiful and hotel staff was great. We really enjoyed our stay, except for the fire alarm at 3:30 AM.

We were really pleased with the hotel. Room small, just suitable for 2, nicely clean. Great location, friendly and helpful staff. Free wine bar happy hour was a nice touch.

As this was our second time staying in the hotel, everything was as expected and we would have no hesitation in staying there again. We would especially like to mention Moses, the valet who was very helpfull to us.

We read the reviews before we booked the hotel and they were right. Great hotel! The rooms themselves were a little small, but we didn't care. We didn't visit Boston to stay in our room all day. Great location! Great staff! They answered any questions we had, offered suggestions for things to do, places to eat, they were always friendly.

The room should have been marketed as a single - it was sooo tiny but not as tiny as the bathroom. The door could not be shut unless you practically stood on the toilet. But for the size of the room/bathroom, I would recommend it.

I enjoyed my recent stay at the Copley Square Hotel. It's in a great location and just a short walk to restaurants, shopping, and historical points of interest. What I didn't like was the bed--it was very uncomfortable and the pillows had a very "stale" smell. Overall, great value for the money.

The hotel was very nice! Location was very good. Room was a bit small, but was cozy. Enjoyed the "wine down"!. My only concern is parking, whatever the cost of the room is plan to add quite a bit extra, plus tip for parking, per night.

I hesitate to rave about this hotel...only becuase it will make getting a room there that much more difficult the next time we are in Boston! The bed linens are de luxe and the bath towels are plush. The rooms are small but well air conditioned and with all the necessary amenities. There were nice touches like a fresh bottle of water on each of the nitestands each night and a generous pour of wine each early evening. They also have umbrellas available to borrow and each of the front desk folk function as concierges. The staff greeted us with smiles and the feeling in the hotel was far from corporate. The location is ideal, across from a grocery store, near the "T" and the Prudential Buillding with its assortment of shops and restaurants.

Great service. Easy access to green and orange line. Room 701 has NO view (besides the inside corner of the building)! Not really a complaint, just an fyi.

We had a great experience at the Copley Square Hotel. It was very nice with recent renovations and the room was extremely comfortable. They offered a "wine down" from 5-6 pm every evening with free wine! The staff were extremely helpful and the hotel had a bar and nightclub onsite that were fun and very popular. It was close to the train stop and lots of shopping and restaurants ....excellent location for us!

Staff was pleasant. Parking was, of course, expensive due to the hotel's location. But otherwise the room rate was reasonable given how nice a hotel it is.

This was my second visit to the Copley Square Hotel and I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel has been renovated to a more trendy atmosphere which I enjoyed but more importantly the staff was excellent. Everyone was helpful, friendly, and often went out of their way to assist us. I would definitely recommend it to others.

Had a very nice stay at this hotel. The people were very friendly and they had a wonderful wine tasting every night from 5-6 in their lobby. It was great to meet other people staying there. Very convenient to the subway stations and within walking distance of a number of attractions.

The Copley Square Hotel was excellent. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel room was spotless and the beds were perfect. They bring you free bottled water each evening and have free wine in the lobby from 5-6 each night. The hotel is convenient to the subway, restaurants, and shopping. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I was warned by my cab driver that this was an old hotel and not exactly 5 star. Boy was he wrong! I loved it. I don't know how recently it was redone, but it reminded me of a W Hotel. It was modern and had excellent amenities. Free wine tasting each evening, a good bar, free internet, good room service. The rooms were a little small which was expected because it was downtown Boston, but they were plush. The bedding was excellent. The towels were thick and the bathroom was surprisingly roomy. It was located exactly where I wanted to be and the neighborhood was safe. Late one night I walked several blocks back to the hotel alone (I am a woman) and did not feel any sort of unease. I would stay here again.

The hotel is beautiful and the location very good. However, the room was amazingly small by any standard. Also they did not supply soap or shampoo unless asked repeatedly and even then it took over an hour for someone to bring the supplies. This happened for 4 days in a row. The staff also did not know the area and was unwilling or unable to help even with basic logistic information about transportation to the airport. I also found that there was no computer/office for public use. I was directed to the library or Kinkos. In regard to the onsite restaurant, I would not recommend it. The food, when I was able to find anyone to take my order or to cook it, was mediocre at best- luke warm, poorly spiced and undercooked. I did see some people who enjoyed the trendy, slick tech-savey atomsphere without actually needing the skills the image promised.

Beautiful modern intimate hotel. Excellent customer service. Provided any extras requested and some without requests.Very nice decor, very clean, great location. Highly recommended.

Flew into Boston for sightseeing for three days. We took the train from airport to the Copley Square station. Hotel was only 2.5 blocks away. Very convenient. We enjoyed the friendliness of the all the staff and their willingness to accomdoate our questions and/or needs. Great staff - we would definitely stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The room and bathroom was on the small side but that was expected. The room was beautifully decorated and bed was incredibly comfortable. There was quite a bit of noise on the street, however. I was not impressed by the "club like" lobby decor & ambience-too trendy for my tastes. Otherwise, everything was great. Staff was also extremely helpful & prompt in returning an item left at the hotel after we had checked out.

Excellent location, remodeled rooms. Free wine tasting in the afternoons. Bottles of water on your nightstand every time you come back to the room. Trendy bar downstairs. This hotel understands "subtle touch". I would definitely come back here again.

Staff was incredibly helpful - let me check in early (right off the red eye) without any trouble; they don't have a business center, but let me print a document using their computer, again without any difficulty. Wine hour is a nice touch. The hotel itself was tastefully decorated, clean; rooms are on small side, but not atypical for a downtown hotel. Overall, I would definitely stay there again and definitely recommend it to friends because the service was truly exceptional.

Had a conference at a neighboring hotel and chose to stay here, which was very convenient to the conference location and about half the price. This was a fun hotel, conveniently located. Literally my only complaint was that due to the age of the hotel it took about 3-4 minutes for the hot water to reach the shower, but once it got there it was fine. Would recommend to anyone. Also, only about a block from the subway station. Subway is a $2 trip from the airport vs. $20 cab or shuttle ride if you are interested.

This hotel is newly renovated and is a great place to stay in Boston! The room was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The breakfast fare was very good and the service outstanding. The staff was extremely friendly and made our stay very pleasant. The hotel is located steps away from shopping and transportation. I highly recommend this hotel.

Heat wouldn't stay on,dreary view of street(city view)flag outside flapping loudly in wind all night,slamming doors all night,bus pulling in and out every 15min(bus stop in front of hotel)yelling from valets from street Can I say more. My husband and I called and complained but no sympathy and told we have to keep the reservation for 2 days . It was a total bad experience. We left first in the morning.

I was on a trip to visit graduate schools in the area. Copley Square hotel had the best price and was conveniently located within walking distance to transit and shopping. The hotel is also recently renovated and seems to be trying to push its image as a high class hotel, which worked out great for me. Great hotel I would recommend it highly.

This hotel is newly rennovated. The bathroom is very small but clean. Very close to the "T" subway system. About a 5 minute brisk walk. The staff was exceptional and very helpful. We were on the 3rd floor and could hear road noise and people talking on the street below. Close to shopping, restaurants and the Prudential building that has viewing at the 50th floor. Overall a comfortable place to stay.

The Copley Square Hotel was perfect. From the friendly staff, to the immaculate stylish room, I can't say enough about this boutique treasure.

Pleasantly surprised- hotel just renovated prior to my stay. Solitous, helpful staff; updated tasteful contemporary decor, wonderfully comfortable room, excellent location just steps from Copley Sq, Prudential Center, Newbury St, and across the street from a Shaw's supermarket open 24/7! Close to the subway. Would definitely stay again!

My wife and I traveled to Boston to attend a conference at a nearby hotel, but the other hotel was too expensive so we chose the Copley Square Hotel because of its relatively inexpensive rates and close proximity to the conference hotel. I was aware of their new renovations, but was even more impressed when we arrived. I am a frequent traveler and am a very critical person that notices details. Fortunately, I think I picked the perfect hotel because the details mattered to the staff. Although the cost for valet parking was a bit excessive, we did receive in-and-out privileges and the attendants were super helpful and greeted with a genuine smile and assistance. The hotel was exceptionally clean, organized, and trendy. I most enjoyed and was impressed with the staff: they were seemingly happy, were very positive and welcoming, and responded to our every need with courtesy. My only minor concerns were that the queen-sized bedroom was a bit small for my wife and I who brought a lot of luggage; the power in the room went out twice (they gave my wife and I a bottle of wine for our inconvenience and fixed the problem immediately); and that the hotel did not serve lunch. However, overall, I would highly recommend this hotel, as I have never received better service nor have been in a more cleanly hotel. It is as if you are the most important person in the hotel. Great job!

Hotel was under construction. First room had no heating. No room service was available. Everything smelled like paint. Looks like one day it will be a nice hotel but would not book another stay until it is completely renovated.

The newly-renovated Copley Square Hotel took good care of me during my recent stay. The room itself was very comfortable (don't know where they got the bed throw, but it was a joy for napping) and the staff is very friendly and attentive. It's located in what my friend called "the best neighborhood in Boston" with restaurants and great shops just a block or two away. My only warning is that, if you're driving to Boston, parking in the area is pretty expensive. It added a couple hundred dollars to my stay to use the valet parking offered by the hotel. So if you don't mind walking with your luggage, you might do well to research parking in the area. Other than that, I'd recommend the Copley Square Hotel without hesitation.

Parking is this area is really expensive. Add about $40 per night if you plan to park your car in the hotel lot. You could drive around the area to find cheaper parking, but good luck because all the lots charge about the same and street parking is practically non-existent.
