Very clean, great location, very close to Metro. Friendly stuff. Great breakfast.

Our room was 316, it was a small room with a double bed and a balcony, there was no coffee/teamaker as described, the fridge was also not working. Try ´to avoid the x16 rooms, they are all small and plain. The desk is also not helpfull and at times frustrating.

The room was comfortable and roomy for a very low cost.

We felt comfortable and safe to stay in this hotel and its neighbourhood. The room is simple but clean. But if you are easy to be disturbed by noise of people, make sure you are arranged far from their lift. Because they do have few rooms just right next door to a lift. If budget is allowed, their king size bedroom is worth of consideration . We tried the hotel restaurant and happy with the price and food/service quality as it was 10.15pm late night and it should close in 15 mins, but we still got hot and fresh food plus welcoming smiles!! (and they don't charge non-sense extra service fee or cover fee or bread or water...which some 'extra cost' streetrestaurants may charge.We paid the price on their menu and had free cold still water and bread!) So yes, my wife and I would like to recommend this hotel to family or couple for a casual holiday in Roma.

The family room was excellent. Two adultds and two children were very comfortable. Very clean room, friendly staff and a very nice breakfast sets you up nicely for the days sightseeing. We would recommend this hotel highly and will definately stay again.

The hotel was good and affordable. It was just 5 minutes by bus to station termini. It was clean and comfortable.

not the best but ok. Quiet neibhorhood, not really close to the attractions you have to take the metro to get there.

Hotel is very good including the breakfast. Because hotel is located on zone 2 many tour pick ups are at 7 Am and since the breakfast is only from 7 to 9 Am, it does not allow time for one to have the regular breakfast. But on this instance the Hotel provides a bag with fruit and toasts. The neighborhood to the south of the Hotel is not that great. Lots of graffiti and garbage on the streets.

Nice hotel, A little hard to find as it is just slightly off the main tourist map. Near Rome University, 10 mins from metro station, once you have located it. Breakfast is good and a large selection of food available

What we liked very much ------------------------ 1. Cleanliness - quite a clean room and bathroom 2. Size of the room - spacious ( compared to European standards ) 3. Good Location - 5 minutes walk to the blue line metro, and the bus stop for bus #310 to go to Termini is right in front of the hotel 4. Hotel lobby staff - very helpful and friendly. They helped me in all sorts of ways What we didn't like ---------------------- 1. Mattress on the two beds were old ( weren't firm ) 2. None of the plug points for poewer outlets worked. I had to get my camcorder and cell phone charged from the lobby

The hotel was great. great service, helpful staff, the rooms were small but comfortable would recommend to anyone. Iam planning to return to Rome next year, would stay there again.

Very nice hotel, decent value for ROME. Our room was better than ***. The staff was excellent at all levels, very helpful with questions, directions etc.

April 23-26, 2008 In the city, there aren't many great hotels for a reasonable price. But our meager expectations were blown out of the water when we arrived at the Best Western Roma Globus. Expecting to find a humble three star hotel, we found instead a friendly environment with the playful slogan, "Come play with us at Globus." The room was spacious and clean, and the balcony provided a beautiful view. The breakfast was delicious, with many varieties of cold and hot food, from your average sausages, eggs, and toast to cakes, pastries, fresh breads. The hotel also provided a taxi to the airport for us on our departure, at a very agreeable fixed price, despite the early time. (four in the morning)Like a cherry on an ice cream sundae, the finishing touch left a lasting impression--they even prepared a breakfast bag for each member of our family. If you are looking for your money's worth in a great, family-oriented hotel (bunk beds are even provided on request for children), look no further than the Best Western Roma Globus.

Great hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Conveniently located near the Termini Train station so getting around Rome was very easy. The public bus and the trolley come right by the hotel. The subway stop is a couple of blocks away. A yummy, full breakfast was included in the price. We were surprised at how nice the breakfast room was.....more like a restaurant, and the food was delicious. It looked like the whole hotel had been recently remodeled and everything was spic and span. We have stayed at other hotels around Europe but this is one of the best we have ever stayed in for the money. We highly recommend it.

I loved it. The hotel personnel were all very polite, pleasant and helpful. In fact, they were the most helpful people I met in Rome. Giorga was wonderful. The room was good sized by european standards. The beds were very comfortable. I slept well compared to the two other hotels I stayed in on this trip. The bathroom was another story - the shower wasn't large enough to turn around in; I am 5'11" and had to sit sideways on the toilet to use it. After taking a shower the floor outside the shower was a pool, but that's the case with just about every hotel I have stayed at in europe including some 5 star ones. The breakfast was very unAmerican, but good. The only problem we had with breakfast is that there was hotdog chunks instead of bacon, but my daughter loved the chocolate (nutella) pastries and cake. The best part was that accessing the internet was free. This was a well kept, clean, pleasant hotel not too far from the city center. i would definitely go back and recommend it to all my friends.

The Best Western Roma Globus was a great find! We had an awful flight over (baggage lost in Bucharest), but things started looking up when we checked in. The staff could not have been nicer for our entire stay. The room was recently refurbished. The breakfasts were a delight as was the renovated breakfast room. The hotel was only a five minute walk from a metro station through a safe-feeling neighborhood. And free wi-fi internet in lobby along with a computer for free use.

It's a good hotel in a quiet and safe area near the University in Rome. Breakfast is great, service curteous, restaurant food good. The only downside is the lack of real orange juice. What they give tourists is a sugary drink that vaguely tastes as pear juice. But the Italian coffee is the best in the world!

Ervaringen met Best Western in USA waren beter, maar prima hotel. Ontbijt was zelfs uitstekend! We hadden het idee dat we als jongelui een beetje werden weggestopt in een wat kleiner kamertje naast de lift. Maar we weten niet hoe de andere kamers eruit zagen. Het is van het hotel 10 minuutjes lopen naar metrostation policlinico, kwartiertje lopen naar termini. Met de tram die vlakbij stopt kan je helemaal bij Vaticaanstad komen. Half uurtje blijven zitten tot laatste halte. Verder ook prima eten 's avonds in de buurt, heet geloof ik brasci abrasci o.i.d.

Les chambres familliales sont très confortables et le personnel au petits soins pour les enfants. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et varié. La situation de l'hotel (10' de marche de la station de metro Policlinico et 5' du tramway menant à l'autre bout de la ville) est ideale pour une découverte de Rome à pied. Le tarif qui nous a été proposé était aussi très competitif (ce qui ne gache rien).

Mycket prisvärd hotell, bara 2 tunnelbanestationer från centralen "Termini" . Rummet var mycket fräschtmed bra A/C. Typiskt europeisk frukost med mycket sötsaker. Skulle kunna återvända.

Fint hotel, 5min gå gang fra metroen, og 2 metro stop fra termini central st. God morgenmad, samt fin service. Alt i alt tilfredsstillende

This hostel was very comfy, despite the room being quite cold, but after warming it up with the aircon, all good. Very large breakfast (enough to stay the day without lunch while visiting the city), charming staff. Little bonus: some rooms have a balcony with table and chairs, good for an "al fresco" dinner quite at "home". Very satisfied overall

comodo per stazione termini e poco distante da mezzi. si può arrivare in centro a piedi girando per la città e si è molto vicini a termini, dove arrivano molti mezzi pubblici. struttura pulita e moderna.

Wer nur ein paar Tage Rom erkunden möchte, ist in dem Hotel bestens aufgehoben. Mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel hat man eine sehr gute Anbindung zum Busbahnhof Termini. Bushaltestelle (Linie 310) ist 100 Meter vom Hotel entfernt. Service war okay. Zimmer war sauber, etwas Schimmel in der Dusche. Frühstück ist nicht sonderlich abwechslungsreich, aber dennoch gut und ausreichend. Wie gesagt, für ein paar Tage absolut in Ordnung.

Bij aankomst bleek reserveringsfout gemaakt te zijn. Wij moesten daarom de eerste nacht samen met ons vriendenstel een familiekamer delen. Beetje behelpen dus. Op onze vraag hoe wij hiervoor gecompenseerd konden worden werd niet direct een antwoord gegeven. Ons voorstel was een "free diner". Dat was akkoord. We hebben dezelfde avond nog genoten van een heerlijk drie gangen menu. De volgende dag hebben we de intrek genomen in een nette twee persoonskamer. De koffers zijn door het hotelpersoneel van de ene kamers naar de andere kamers gebracht. Keurig afgehandeld. Ontbijt prima. Goed verblijk gehad. Een hotel dat wij onze vrienden en kennissen kunnen aanraden!

Abbiamo trascorso un piacevole soggiorno a Roma, anche grazie all'ottima scelta dell'albergo, che è risultato confortevole, pulito e ben posizionato. Camera molto funzionale ed ottimo breakfast. Unico neo, mi è parso di notare, il servizio ascensore, forse sottodimensionato rispetto al numero delle stanze.

im Wesentlichen alles in Ordnung, lediglich zwei Kritikpunkte: 1. in der Duschkabine ein wenig Schimmel und abblätternde Farbe (Grund: fehlende Lüftung) 2. Frühstück gibt's zwar offiziell bis 10:00, nach 9:30 wird aber nichts mehr nachgelegt, so dass man u.U. keinen Schinken, keinen Käse, keine Milch, kein Toastbrot etc. mehr bekommt, obwohl man rechtzeitig auftaucht - oder allenfalls, wenn man explizit danach fragt, was aber nun mal nicht jedermanns Sache ist.

Strak en smaakvol hotel.We hadden zelfs een kamer met balkon.Bij ontbijt zeker de chocoladecake proberen.Tov openbaar vervoer zeer gunstig gelegen.
