The Bristol is well located for Business purposes and is far enough from the Railway Station to avoid the tackiness some of the aspects of that areas reputation. The hotel is modest but has a certain faded charm and the rooms are functional but are clean and tidy. The common parts are small but there are all facilities that you would expect in a business type hotel (business suite, gym etc.).

Weekend break in the Hotel Bristol was excellent. Staff were very friendly and helpfull. Food was very good both breakfast and evening dinning.

Excellent location a very short walk to the lake and shops and restaurants. Touch of 'old style' about it and excellent service.

The Bristol is located near the lake and is walking distance from the main station. Room adequate and nicely furnished. Bathrooms recently refurbished. Breakfast expensive so ate out!

Great Hotel and location. Very upscale with old-world European charm. Very expensive with lots of extra costs. Example: they charge you for every hour of wireless access. If you have money to burn, this is a great place to do it!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay - the staff was so kind and helpful, especially the conceirge. It was very clean and had all the perks you'd expect in a 4 star hotel.

great location but overpriced for the general quality of the hotel

We stayed in the Bristol Hotel for 4 nights in May and thoroughly enjoyed it. On arrival they told us we had been upgraded and our room was spacious, comfortable and well appointed. (They even have a nespresso machine in the room and at 2.5 CHF not unreasonable) The bathroom was large and had everything we needed. We didn't have breakfast in the hotel but we did have afternoon tea and cakes (very good) and also dinner in the restaurant one evening. The restaurant is very nice and as everywhere in the hotel the staff welcoming and helpful. They have a very good gourmet menu and have recently won awards for their cuisine, but unlike a lot of similar category hotels they also offered a simpler menu which we opted for, the food was delicious and not overly priced and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend eating here even if you weren't staying in the hotel. Prices in Geneva are not cheap but in the Bristol they are not outragous. Drinks are on a par with local cafes and restaurants and the coffee is cheaper than Starbucks! The gym is well equiped and has loads of weight machines. I hope it won't be long till we return to Geneva and when we do we will stay in the Bristol. I would highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel was great -- everything we expected and more -- but Geneva. is. expensive. To buy wireless internet in the hotel for an hour was 20 USD!! And a Starbucks small size coffee was 8 USD. Beautiful city, lovely hotel, but it's quite expensive (though I don't blame the hotel, particularly, since it's just a product of its location).

old-styled cozy hotel. great location, great service. took 3nights for 2 promotion price, which made the price very attractive

this was my husbands christmas surprise to me, i was totally impressed and charmed by the whole place the decor, the staff and the location. we came home refreshed and in love again thank you hotel geneva

I will stay at this hotel when I go back to visit Geneva. Great in every way.

très bien situé dans le quartier de la gare et du lac avec un confort et une décoration de grande classe.

Besonders freundlicher Empfang (2 Ehepaare)- sehr schöne grosse Zimmer- und dann sehr hilfreich bei der Reservierung in einem von uns gewünschten Seerestaurant. Schöne, fast nostalgische Hotelbar. Ebenfalls schönes Frühstücksbuffet in äusserst gepflegtem Restaurant-Ambiente mit bestem Service. Ich bin öfter in Genf werde in jedem Fall wieder ins Bristol gehen-nicht zuletzt auch noch wegen der guten zentralen Lage.
