The hotel was just ok. I saw others that I should have picked and I regret picking this one. It is not that close to the center and is on a busy street. The guy at the front desk was not nice at all. I asked about breakfast and he told me it was 25 Euros per person and I thought that was expensive. He told me I was rich and not getting breakfast was ridiculous.

This hotel is located within walking distance of the metro station Louise in the south side of center city Brussels. From there the ride to Gare du Midi train station is 5 mins away. A lot of nice shopping and eating options on Ave Louise outside the hotel. Rates go down on the weekends since most guest are business travel, so it was also a great value for us. I was attending a concert outside Brussels and gave the hotel address to receive the tickets; They received them and had them waiting for me the day I checked in. The only downside in my estimation is that the check-in time is a little too late, but no big deal. I'd definitely recommend this hotel.

The Hotel is very good in itslef, it's just a shame the servaice was so bad. Individually the staff was courteous but the service was totally disorganised! When we came to check in there was a queue of about 15 people, and only one receptionist... no manager or anyone else was available to help her... we waited 15mins, then decided to come again later... On checkout I was surprised to discover that the parking for my motorcycle cost 25€... this had never been mentioned the night before when I asked where I could leave it, or 3 days before when I phoned for information. Also, before we left the room a member of staff just walked in without asking if he could to look at the minibar... This was totally unacceptable! Anyway, I would not go back to this hotel, it's a real shame because the location and the building itself are really good...

We loved Bristol Stephanie. We found the location to be ideal to the metro and premetro. We never did try the restaurant, but it was close to many places to eat. The room exceeded my expectations and I didn't want to leave it. Staff weren't very helpful or friendly.

The hotel is situated near shops and near Art Nouveau neighbourhoods. It also has some great restaurants and cafes nearby.

the hotel is slightly out of the centre and tourist area however is within walking distance of everything. The room was clean and well presented. They staff are very helpful. We did not get breakfast included in the price however we had breakfast at the hotel - VERY expensive! if its not within the price don't bother!

This was a very nice hotel located in a very nice part of Brussels. It was only a few moments walk to the nearest subway and streetcar stops. The room was very clean and nice. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We booked a deluxe room with a single bed. We went to our room and found two twin beds. I went to the front desk to request a room with a single bed. We were bumped up to an executive level room on a higher floor at no charge without any begging.

The title says it all. For that much we expected the AC in the room to at least work right. We got a bottle of water from the front desk and paid 6 euros for it. We went searching for a market nearby and got some more water for .6 euros. Not worth it in my opinion

location of the hotel is very nice. the room is clean and the staff is very nice and friendly. we stayed there for two nights on a second floor room. the hotel is situated on a busy street. our room faces a backstreet. but on a second floor, it is still quite noisy. so ask for a room at high level to minimize the street noise. but other than that it is a great location and the room is big and clean. we never used hotel.com before, but it is great experience and we are very happy about the reservation.

This lovely hotel is on a fasionable upscale shopping street in downtown Brussels. There are many restaurants of all types nearby. The room was immaculate, large and attractively furnished. The staff was attentive and extremely helpful. They spent much time giving us detailed maps and instructions on how to get out of Brussels and back on our way to Germany. If their restaurant had offered a reasonably priced breakfast (27 Euros per person was excessive) our stay would have been perfect!

Det var superhärliga lakan i sängarna! Och i de närmaste kvarteren finns jättemysiga restauranger, dock inte på "restauranggatorna". Ät frukost någonannanstans än på hotellet. för där var frukosten superdyr -men god.

Je le recommande particulièrement. Les chambres sont spacieuses et bien aménagées, le service est souriant, cordial et efficace. L'hôtel est très bien situé à 2 pas de la Toison d'Or. Ils ont même installé un lit parapluie pour notre fille de 2 ans sans qu'on ait à le leur demander ;-) Hôtel à recommander sans aucune hésitation.

The Bristol is well situated on Ave Louise near the shopping area and near Louise Village, an area with lovely restaurants. Also right on the 94 tram route. I was disappointed with the food though - their fancy restaurant seems to be closed at the moment and room service was also mediocre.

Vi fant et rimelig tilbud på Hotell Bristol Stephanie, og var så lykkelige - helt til vi sjekket ut..... Selv om vi hadde et superior rom, var ikke frokosten inkludert. For to voksne og ett barn betalte vi ufattelige 81 Euro per dag........

Accueil très aimable, aucune surprise à l'arrivée. L'ascenseur est juste un peu petit pour une famille de cinq avec deux valises....

Tres agreable, un service a l'ecoute et une atmosphere feutree. Nous avons eu une suite, champagne, gateau, buffet breakfast et parking a un tout petit prix. Franchement plus sympathique de Barcelone d'ou je reviens...

Alweer een prima ervaring in dit hotel. Keurige ruime kamers, smaakvol ingericht. Allerhande facilteiten bij de hand.
