"The services did not work and the staff were terribly unresponsive"

During our 1 night stay we had to call the front desk on several occasions. Once for room service, because the room service line would not pick up after several attempts and long waiting for an answer. Furthermore, once connected to the front desk they said they'd have room service call us back - 20 mins later we got a call. Asked if they had ice cream and they again said they'd have to call us back. Then we wanted to make an international call; gave an imprint of our credit card and it would not work. The desk had to be called to make the call for us. Unfortunately for them we had to make several calls to arrange for pickup in the states the following day. They greeted each call with an arrogance that was uncalled for. As if we were bothering them.

"Small rooms, great price, great location, good room service food"

We were first mistakenly given a smoking room which was a standard room and very small. However we were quickly switched to a non-smoking room which was bigger and an acceptable size. Next time I will book the upgrade. Very convenient on airport location BUT walking from station required us to cross a dual carriage way with no pedestrian crossing - we gave up and went back to wait for the bus. Room service food was very good.

"Very Nice"

Very nice hotel, the staff was wonderful, rooms clean and comfortable. No top sheet, which I found strange since I doubt they wash the comforter every time someone sleeps in the bed. I got ripped off twice in a row by the internet, but there was a nice woman in the business office that let me use the crew computer for 10 minutes. Overall nice hotel and great location near the airport.

"Not a Crowne Plaza"

If you are expecting the style of room, facilties and services that you would in a Crowne Plaza in the US or the rest of the world, you will be disappointed. The location is great, but 'cheap' would be the only way to describe the rest of the experience.

"lovely Resteraunt"

Sampans resteraunt offers a beautiful menu, the rooms are kept perfectly maintained and the majority of staff are excellent. The breakfast room manageress was very unpleasant all other staff were lovely.
