Staff and management have no skill in services. They were unapologetic about giving us a room with a broken shower (we had a cold shower). They couldn't provide us with a baby cod because housekeeping left for the day and it was 4pm on a Saturday! We left behind our daughter's cuddly toy. We called them and reported and never heard back from the management.

VERY convenient. Only 7 meters from the Anthwerp train station I believe. The people at the front desk spoke decent English and was very helpful with everything. From the outside, this does not look like a 4 star hotel. The elevator and hall leading to the room was so ghetto. But when we got to our room, it was freaking amazing. Looks just like the pictures. Maybe thats how they could've gotten four stars. Anyway, the room is kind of small. What you see in the picture is litarally the whole room. But the room was really nice, new, clean, etc...so the size didn't matter that much. O yea, remember to bring your universal adapter. p.s. FREE PORN on a nice flat screen.....if you're into that...heheh.....

The Hotel is not high standard Service not good. leasure closed for working in progress. No idea when they will be open again. Room quite clean but huge problem with the sensor for the lights and the sheet.

This hotel does not deserve the 4 star rating that Hotels.com has given it. I checked in on a Sunday evening after a long day of travel. The individual at the front desk did not even greet me with a simple "Hello" or "Welcome" and seemed more annoyed that I was interrupting him than happy to have a customer. He proceeded to check me into a room that was good sized but full of steam as it had water running in the bathtub. After several attempts I was unable to turn off the flowing water. I carried my things back to the lobby and as expected based on his warm greeting earlier was not given any sort of apology. He said "Oh, I knew there was some room that had a problem. I thought the computer had blocked that room" Clearly he knew that the water was running in a room but nothing was being done to fix it. The next room was fine. A bit dated, but tolerable. After my long journey I was looking forward to relaxing in the "Relaxation Center". However, it was under construction. I had specifically selected a hotel that had a gym, but that was closed too. After looking at other review sites it would seem that both have been under construction for quite a while. They would be better served doing some renovation on the rooms which look like they stepped right out of 1985. Everything so far was tolerable, as you cannot beat the location. Steps from the Train Station. Walking distance to the center of the city, and great shopping. The real problem was in the morning. No Hot Water! Any time I would go to the front desk to complain there was a 15-20 minute wait to talk to anyone as the process at the front desk was horribly inefficient. Since I had already paid at hotels.com for the entire stay and the hotel doesn't give refunds for unused nights all I could do was suck it up and freeze while all the hot water in the building was running down the drain in the first room with the broken bath tub. You get what you pay for. Cheap. Good location. Bad Service. Dated Rooms.

The construction really made the stay uncomfortable. The noise, dust, entrance and exit difficulties should have been "made up for" in the room price.

Situation idéale (en ville) ; domage que la piscine était en travaux (nous avions spécialement choisi cet hôtel parce qu'il était équipé d'une piscine...)

ds la chambre air conditionné très bien, salle de bain ok sans plus, propreté de la chambre pas impecable ,ascenseurs ne fonctionnaient pas bien (chaleur +++ dans les ascenseurs et ds les couloirs).

Degelijk Hotel, goed ontbijt, keurig personeel. Kamers wat gedateerd en kunnen wel wat onderhoud gebruiken. Ligt wel prachtig in een levendige buurt met veel eet- en uitgaansgelegenheden. Prijs/kwaliteit verhouding best wel in orde.

I have been very dissapointed with my visit to the Keyser hotel in Antwerp. The bathroom in my room was dirty. The bed had a broken leg. There were piles of dust in the corners of the room. The roomservice wakes you up several times in the morning. I could continue for a while with bad comments, but you´ll get the picture. Definitely not a 4 star experience. What a shame, because Antwerp is precious.

Erg veel achterstallig onderhoud, veel stuk op kamers, groot gat in gordijnen, kluis stuk, verlichting stuk enz en tot slot nog een doorgerookte kamer, erg vies.
