Boston Harbor Hotel - Boston

A very nice hotel. The room was clean and more than amble for our needs. Parking was expensive, as it is at other Boston hotels.

The Harbor View from our room was the best!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Boston Harbor Hotel. We have stayed there before and it always continues to impress.It's a little inconvenient if you want to spend a lot of time on Newbury Street, but it is walking distance to the North end.

Right on the Boston Harbor, the location of this hotel could not have been better. The hotel staff was attentive and friendly, especially the maid service. There was an extra expense of parking, and internet was not free nor cheap. The nicest dining places in Boston are nearby (or a short cab-ride away), and are reasonably priced.

What a glorious experience at the Boston Harbor Hotel. Elegant decor. Interesting antique maps in the public rooms. Luxurious linens and every amenity in the private suites. However, we couldn't get the room cool enough.

Best hotel in Boston. Staff is incredible with their knowlodge and recommendations.

Our room was beautiful..They gave us a suite style room. It was clean, great view of the city.. Very happy with the service.. The doormen were very helpful.. Especially Dave and George.

Very nice hotel, but not quite worth the price. Room service was especially good--quick and excellent food. I also appreciated the Penhaligon's bath products (Penhaligon's is a really high-quality and expensive brand of English toiletries). Minor quibbles include no Kleenex in the room (only in the bathroom) and windows not as clean as they should be. I'm quite sure there are hotels in Boston that are only slightly less good and charge about half as much for a room.

This hotel indicated quality from the moment you arrived at the front door until you reluctantly left. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for the Concierge. The city view room was great and the pillows were the most comfortable we have ever slept on! The bar is highly recommended and breakfast is expensive but worth it. We never had to walk more than 10 min to a great restaurant and the rest of the city and sites are within easy reach. We would definitely go back to Boston and the Boston Harbour Hotel.

Everyone at the hotel was always pleasant and helpful. The Doormen, Bellmen and Conceirge always had a smile and a welcoming comment when they saw us. The location was great for walking to see the sites and the harbor view was beautiful.

This hotel should not be rated as five star hotel because of the week sound control systems of the doors and elevators in the hotel.The guests in the rooms can hear the elevator functions constantly when the elevators operate. The noise is heard when the doors of other rooms are shut and that loud noise comes all the time. No refrigerator in the rooms. No Kitchen counter in the room The iron board and the iron are not up to the standard of 5 star hotel.

Great experience. Service and facilities outstanding. recommend hifghly to all,especially for couples.

Only issue is no in-room coffee, and they didn't carry me to my room, like in the ads. Other than that this is a 5 star hotel deserving of that designation. Got free use of their limo and upon checkout got 2 chilled bottles of Fiji Water for the ride home. They could not have been more attentive. Highly recommended!

Hotel is great, they try very hard. Rooms are great. Only Issue i have is that the gym opens too late. They open the gym at 6AM, and if you need to start the day early, its ctting things close.

the rate was good. It's a five star hotel. You don't have to leave the hotel for anything. walking distance to North End and Fanuel Hall (Quincy Market)

Frankly, we needed to change rooms our first room smelled so bad.. with wife being pregnant that was really bad.. they moved us right away but the food service was also horrible.

This was a great hotel with great location at the harbour.

BHH is waarschijnlijk het beste hotel in Boston wanneer je een kamer met fantastisch gezicht op de havens wilt hebben en ook nog eens dicht bij alle binnensteedse activiteiten wilt zitten. Bijna alles op loopafstand met de metro (de T) voor de deur en met boot (ook voor de deur) en airport shuttle bus in een half uur in de terminal. Schoon, goede keuken, prettige service. Het mooiste is eigenlijk de healthclub van het hotel met een prachtig zwembad van goede afmetingen (een lap-pool) en met ochtendkranten, sappen, fruit en koffie. Je hoeft eigenlijk daarna niet meer te ontbijten.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt mit ausgezeichnetem Service. Unbedingt Zimmer mit dem einmaligen Hafenblick wählen! Wunderschöner Welnessbereich mit Healthclub und Indoor-Pool.
