lovely buffet of breakfast, the toilet was seperate from bath and shower but that was fine.no complaints with this hotel.less than 5mins walk from eiffel tower.

Overall the hotel was fine, but considering what they were charging people, it definitely needed some new wallpaper and carpet. The fitness room is not free, and the breakfast is also way overpriced. It's about a 10 minute walk to the metro, but I think maybe we could have found better!

Great hotel for our 4 nights. Room cleaned every morning. Breakfasts were amazing - don't think they could have included anything else in buffet. Good short cuts over roof to supermarket and restaurants. Negative - Pool was closed and we weren't told in advance.

The hotel is conveniently located for a shortt break as it is close to the Eiffel tower and to the Metro. The best thing about the hotel, however, was the helpful and knowledgeable conciege staff who could answer all questions and provide great information. We only had 3 days and wanted to make the most of it so the insight was greatly appreciated.

The pictures on their website presented the hotel well. However, its looks old and bad in real. The rooms look small and old.

This hotel was a joy to stay in, our hotel room overlooked paris which is a great view, 5 minute walk to get to eiffel tower which was good, the room was all modern and clean if your reading this review im not lieing it was really nice, we travelled on metro to get to disney land the station is only 2 minutes up the road and took us about 45 mnutes it was really easy to work out what line to get on but the hotel will give you a map and hel you out. this is the right hotle for you trust me.

Room was small for a family of 4, kids bed was uncomfortable even for them. Place is clean and walking distance to the Eifel Tour, Metro in 10-20 mins to rest of Paris. Cafe and Bars in area. Area was clean and felt safe. Safe car park, locked. Swimming pool clean and was welcomed by the kids. Did not eat in hotel used the cafes around for breakfast as they were considerably cheaper if all you wanted was a coffee and croissont!

We arrived at the hotel at the rush hour and the staff was nice and friendly. They gave us a room on floor 23, the public areas of the floor require service, but the room was good, clear, clean and comfortable. The only dark point was the matrix of the sofa-bed, that was very soft so our kids had problems feeling the mechanism underneath. The breakfast was the only really dark point of the hotel : too expensive for it quality - not recommended. The restaurant and bar were good in quality and service. In overall terms, we recommend this hotel : because of location and comfort it worth the money.

We were a 15 minute walk from the Eiffel Tower but far from everything else....including the airport...a 50 Euro cab ride or a taxi and a bus switch. We were not very close to cafes, entertainment, metro, etc. The hotel was pretty but the restaurant in it very pricey...we would look for something more accomodating next time.

Dirty rooms, floorcovering needs replacement, small bathroom, the only good thing is location.

Very nice hotel, big and had a nice view from room. Used the pool and found the staff very helpful. Very close to the tower. Prices in the hotel we high however if you turn right out of the hotel, turn right after the citroen garage and take your first left you will find lots of nice cafes and a supermarket for essentials. My only regret was that I didnt stay longer!

The hotel is has a great view of the Eiffel Tower as soon as you walk out the front doors but it is a distance to areas of tourist interest. You need to know the subway to get around there, cabs too expensive and very few good restaraunts in this area. Very informative and helpful concierge gentleman.

Rooms were great outstanding staff however a little inconvenient to the metro. I would stay there again.

Hotel rooms were not very clean, old dirty carpeting, extra expense for all "amenities" $25 DAILY!! for the fitness center and $10 for the pool with VERY uptight staff!. Hotel NOT very kid/family friendly. VERY expensive breakfast for the price. Good location but do your home work-you can find better!

Just a block from the Eiffel Tower and RER/Metro. Rooms a bit small for American standards but clean. Staff very helpful and no problems with Hotel.com reservation. Got a great view of the Seine with a Standard Room.

Great location and excellent common areas. I suggest that the rooms should be more warm

This was an unbelievable hotel. I cannot stop telling my family and friends about the Novotel. Excellent service, great room and even a better view. Will stay there again whenever I get the chance to go back to Paris

meget bra familiehotell. mye å gjøre for barna og gode bussforbindelser med Eurodisney som ligger 10 minutter unna. lett å finne frem med bil

Desværre ingen pool som ellers står i deres ovesigt, lidt slidt på de øvre etager.. ellers meget service minded personale..

Trevliga moderna rum, med allt man behöver och bra städat. Fin utsikt över Paris och floden (högt hotell). Poolen fungerade tyvärr inte när vi var där. Dessutom började de borra kl 9 nästan varje morgon. Dyr frukost (21 euro) som vi inte provade, dock fanns det fyra olika alternativ på det (bl a japansk frukost). Nära till RER-station med direkttåg till Versailles, samt till flera metrostationer.

Thermostat en panne. Trop chaud dans la chambre. C'est joli mais pas tres grand.

Et deilig hotel, med passe luksus. Herlig frokost, men altfor dyr! Positive resepsjonister og stort pluss at de bar ut bagasje og forklarte taxiene hva vi ønsket. Litt lang ventetid på heisen, fant ingen trapp.. Hotellet ligger lengre fra t-banen enn de reklamerer med.

A l'arrivée : cadeaux pour les enfants, un personnel très professionnel et très symptahique, chambre impécable, hotel superbe, rapport qualité prix parfait, petit dejeuner parfait.

Vi valdedetta hotell för att det skulle vara på promenadavstånd till ett antal sevärdeheter samt för att det var ett av få hotell som har pool i Paris. Vi tog tåget in från De gaulle och steg av vid Bir Hakim tunnelbanestation och därifrån till hotellet är det en rätt bra promenad med väskor vilket vi inte trodde först. Väl påhotellet var de mycket serviceminded, vi fick ett trevligt mottagande. Rummet var bra. När jag och vår dotter skulle gå till poolen för ett dopp innan vi skulle börja göra Paris visade det sig att det var en ycket seriös anrättning med en som tog emot oss och gav oss handdukar samt den obligatoriska badmössan! I den rätt så moderata poolen höllen tränare på med att instruera tre damer i gymnastik samt en simmare. Vi blev förpassade till ett hörn. Efter 5 minuter tröttnade min dotter och ville gå. Vi var inte så mycket på hotellet under våra 4 dagar, vi åt inte frukost där pga det höga priset (22,50 Euro) per person! När vi skulle resa hem var det inga problem med att ha bagaget under överseende sista dagen efter check-out, det fungerade bra.

Incheck procedure slecht, kamer was bezet door andere gast. Tapijt smerig. Badkamer zeer klein. Geen value for money. Stinkt door oud tapijt op gangen

Schimmel im Badezimmer, schlechter Service beim Frühstücks buffet. Frühstücks Buffet war das schlechtes was ich je in einem Novotel hatte. Front Desk sehr hilfreich.
