Ramada Inn Chatsworth - Chatsworth

The service at this hotel is friendly however the comfort depends where in the hotel they place you. We were in the main bldg. and our room was directly above the bar/restaurant. It was Extrmemly noisy and hard to sleep. The loud music and loud customers are there pretty much until 1am. If you stay at this hotel be sure to request a room NOT at the front of the hotel.

This was only a one nite stay butwas enjoyable.If your like me i need plenty of towels iwas given plenty of them was in heaven.Plenty of eatery and a food store acroos the street Thankyou Ramada at chatsworth see u next year.

clean, good staff. great location

Hotel was comfortable. Vending machines were mostly inoperable. Cleanliness was a C-.

The staff is excellent, they were very friendly. the continental breakfast was great.

for a moment i thought this was going to be a crappy hotel. but it was great. very clean and the staff was very helpful. plus with the continental breakfast i didn't have to worry about where to have breafast

Our hotel room was good for the price. Nice and comfortable. The continental breakfast could use more variety. Our shower/tub drain was slow in draining, but overall it was a nice place

The beds and pillow were so soft, we literally sunk in. I got athlete's foot from the shower. They put us near the elavator and could here it going up and down all night. I don't recommend it for a family to stay, it more for the adults.

This is a clean hotel and friendly staff. This is not the 1st time I stay here but it is the 1st time that I book through HOTELS.COM and I will definetly use hotel.com for my future online travel bookings. The only downside about the hotel was the parking. I arrived on a Saturday night and the parking was full. The good thing was that there is no extra charge for parking. I'd still recoment this hotel to anyone. It's clean and quite.

Basis hotel room, but clean and neat. Free breakfast food every morning. Quite and plenty of parking. Good location.

The room is nice and comfortable. The bathroom needs more improvement but its worth your money.

I read the reviews of others who recently stayed at this hotel. It was much nicer than I was led to believe. The price was very fair. The hotel room looked nice and was clean. The continental breakfast was neat and efficient. The only downside was parking was tight which is typical in Calif. The bar/restaurant next door (McG's)was casual but nice and the food was real good (English Pub stuff).

After spending all day and night at Magic Mountain with my children, we found that a bath towel was on the floor. Then when found a sign that read "The water will be shut off from 10-11:30 a.m. It was approximately 12am and we were exhausted, that we fell asleep. In the morning before 10am, the toilet overflowed and we could not use the bathroom. We could not shower or clean up. I would not suggest unless you are desperate.

Well, after driving 9 hours, I was looking forward to relaxing. It was all but that when I got up to my room. First, we examined all the bedding and found hair (not ours) in one of the 2 beds in the room. The time being after 5:00, there were NO cleaning personel on duty so we waited to see what they would do about it. Also, the temp. down there was near 100 all the time and the AC unit in the room didn't work as good as it should so we were ROASTING. We ended up in a better room an hour and a half later (8:00PM)when I finally rested my head. I WILL not be staying in this hotel again. One more thing to mention is that they never cleaned the pool the entire 5 days I was down there and there were drunk people acting stupid/being loud in the pool the whole time.

We needed a pet friendly hotel that was close to Magic Mountain and wasn't too expensive. Well, it was not all that close to Magic Mountain, so if you are going there, I do not suggest it. They charged 10 a night for a two pound caged puppy, which was cheaper than some. The resturant attached to the hotel was rated a "C" so we never ate there, although we took advantage of the boxed cereal, muffins and bad coffee each morning. The pool is very small and the parking is not all that great. It's not in a very good neighborhood, not completely scary but I was afraid to leave the car sometimes. There are TWO busy bars on either side of the hotel which can be very loud if you are on the street side of the hotel. Water pressure and temperature of the showers varies second to second and the building is kind of old. All in all, it was OK. Not too bad but not great.

This hotel was fine. Room was clean, front desk was competent, and the price was reasonable. The only shortcoming was the continental breakfast, which was a basically a choice between a muffin/English muffin or a box of sugar cereal. There was plenty of parking for hotel guests, some of it covered.

As for me, the hotel was clean comfortable but most of all in a great location. My child is attending a nearby college and the hotel is in a convenient area. Close to the highway, shopping, entertainment.

It works for the area. It wasn't crazy expensive and it is close to where I needed to be. 15 minutes from Burbank airport and 30-45 from LAX.

Too noisy!! Our room was above the lounge after we requested to change rooms at 11pm with some troubles, the other room was no better.

More then anything it was the location that brought in undesirables to stay at this hotel. I caught a glimps of the kitchen, it looked horrible. I peeked into the lounge & it looked very sleezy. When I first arrived, the young lady behind the desk said NO we don't have a reservation for you. Of coarse pannic struck, since I don't know the area & arrived at night. So I persauded her to keep looking & checking...finally she realized I was booked...relief. Of my 3 days staying there, for business, the people at the front desk would be gone. But it was more the location with the type of other people staying there. My room was clean for the most part excluding dark dried stuff on the closet doors & the blanket on the bed had dried crustie clear stuff which told me they didn't change the blanket from the couple who stayed there last...discusting. I don't ever want to stay there again.

The disapointment was with your service and not the hotel it self, hotel.com had assured me that this hotel was only 5 min. away from magic mountain park and that the large group that I had made reservations for would be pleased with the closeness to the park. The fact is that we were more than an hour away from the park which cost us more money and inconvience which made our vacation an unhappy experiance.
