This hotel was conveniently located and very clean. The staff was wonderful and friendly. I have no complaints.

The hotel met our requirements for a nice safe place to over night at. The hotel staff were always pleasant and this added to our experience. I would suggest though that you walk to the hotel as the shuttle does not seem reliable for pick up from the airport and there are some cab drivers that act like they do not know where the hotel is and drive you around in a big cirlce to up the fare before dropping you off. I would still recommend this hotel for overnight visits.

Hotel Lobby and bar area are very nice. The room was clean and ok, but the hotel overall is quite rundown and in obvious need of improvements.

I booked this hotel because it was described as being "across the road from La Gurdia Airport" That may be so as the crow flies but you cannot walk to it and, since you have to take a shuttle anyway, why settle for a tired run-down hotel? Stay somewhere else.

Close to the airport, within walking distance; shuttle service available. The hotel needs updating; surrounding area and hotel had lots of garbage and in disrepair. Carpets in room and in halls were severely stained and very dirty. Hotel smelled musty and had old, damaged and stained furniture.

1. No idea parking was at cost. That was never disclosed to me. But that was OK. 2. Although reservation was for 2 nights, I was denied room cleanup on the basis that I checked in late into my first night. I was told it was the hotel policy. 3. Sink and tub were not draining properly. Although one of the hotel's maintenance "engineer" attended to the matter, the issues still never got fixed.

My initial approach to the hotel was really good! Upon enterence I observed the hotel Lobby needing major a overhaul. The Customer Service was Outstanding! Upon enterence to my floor and rented room I immediately noted needed renervation. I amount of money you pay a night for a room and use of the hotel is too high. Overall, the entire Hotel is in much need of improvement! Once overhauled, the Hotel will be a great!

The hotel is extremely close to LaGuardia, and the hotel staff give very good service. (The desk clerk was exceptionally calm and competent even when faced with many customers, some of whom had been bumped from flights.) And the bathrooms are clean. On the other hand, the hotel is old and shows its age, and the room I had, while designateed non-smoking, clearly had been smoked in fairly reasonbly. At least the window opened.

I waited as long as I could for the shuttle van, then took a taxi. Tough on the driver - he had waited a long time for a fare into the city, had to take me on < $5 ride, then get back in the line. Later, the shuttle driver was just great! You cannot get a taxi at this hotel - you have to van it back to the airport. Front desk ladies were wonderful! The breakfast buffet is NOT free!

Great customer service...moved rooms because our first one smelled bad. It was outdated like a rest home. Room was very small. Desk personnel were very friendly and helpful.

It doesn't take much to get rid of mold - just a little bleach. The whole shower had mold in the caulking. My husband commented that the carpet felt damp. The location is good, though, and the staff was helpful and friendly.

Though the hotel is in an ideal location, less than a mile work to Laguardia Airport and major transportation to the city. The cost was reasonable priced.The condition of the room was very poor. The paint was bubbled on the ceiling from possible water leak, mold noticed around tub, and musty smell in room. It did have wireless internet access from the airport.

This hotel lobby is a show stopper. The rest of the hotel is in need of repairs. The carpet in the hall and room was worn thin. Hotel staff was very helpful and courteous but the price was pricey. Close to La Guardia the neighborhood was not bad.

Very convenient to the airport and only a short ride into the City. Be sure to ask for a room NOT facing the highway. Too much noise off the highway all night. Staff was very nice and hotel and room was clean.

Great place if you need to stay one night for traveling or airport layover. Otherwise, not the place to stay if your looking to sightsee or go downtown.

This "airport" hotel is amazingly good with great beds and a desire to please even though its guests are almost invariably one-time guests. Also, a great value for the money.

We had great room, location is great because is not in dangerous area. Take a bus on bus station (1 minute walk from hotel on left side) Q23 and after 10 minutes you are in front of subway station. Take train number 7 and you are on Manhattan after 35 minutes. Subway goes 24 hours and bus every 10-15 minutes from 4am to 1:30am. Very convinient. Buy 7 days ticket for all bus and metro rides - cost 2$. All together beyound my expectations.

I was pleasantly surprised by the location as well as the room and service. For the price, it exceeded my expectations. Even the food at the restaurant was wonderful and to have free internet and a gym was a bonus. I would stay there again.

Similar to other comments, this is not a fancy schmancy hotel, but it is great for a night's stay before flying out of LGA. Great front desk staff, quick shuttle across the highway and simple, clean rooms. Would stay there again.

We recently stayed one night at the LaGuardia Airport Hotel. Overall the hotel was a good value for NYC and relatively convenient to reach by car. The hotel is soundly constructed and most of the airport noise was not bad. The room was comfortable and mostly clean however, I noticed the bed's comforter had an unpleasant odor. The windows were rather old and poorly insulated so the nearby freeway noise was little dampened. The only other issue is the sink drained very poorly. I would expect this never to be a problem in a hotel.

For New York city it was good hotel for the price. It was nice and clean, not a luxury hotel but I was on business trip and stayed for two days and only used to sleep. The bed was clean and nice, furniture is little old but I was ok with it , for the price it was nice, and staff was friendly, airport shuttle is a plus, right in front of laguardia airport. Over all good hotel for business trip and short stay.
