The hotel restaurant was in the middle of renovation. So breakfast was only adequate. The bath towel rail had been removed leaving two pipes coming out of the wall. In order to have tea or coffee it was necessary to go to the ground floor reception area where sugar and milk were not always available. No facilities in the room! There was a nail sticking out of the bedroom wall - for a picture maybe? However the staff were helpful. The hotel was expensive considering the inadequacies.

Nice modern hotel smack in the center of Lund - walking distance from the train station and near the university. pleasant, helpful staff. rooms clean and have all apointments one needs. wireless (free) internet. excellent breakfast buffet included. excellent restaurant - pricey - but in line with local prices. in US prices this was not what one expects in terms of luxury or comfort for the price but for scandinavia it seems a good deal. only complaint was that the twin beds are only on the highest (4th) floor and there was no air conditioning. the room was incredibly hot even in late August with window open and lower temps outside. almost impossible to sleep. suspect no air con is the case in almost all scandinavian hotels so going even higher up the price range may not have helped. Nonethless, we quite liked the place and the staff and would definitely stay there again - ideally in a cooler month!

Stayed 2 nights here on a trip down to Lund. Absolutely blown away by the service and facilities provided by the family-owned Hotel Lundia - friendly helpful staff fluent in both English and Swedish, clean and modern decor, free coffee whenever you want it and a fantastic breakfast buffet. It is located right in the middle of town about 5 minutes walk from the central station. My only complaint is that they didn't have comment cards at reception so I could let everyone at the hotel know what a great job they were doing!

The hotel had it's charm for sure, right next to the University. It's in a great location close to the train station and great restaurants. It was clean and the service helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was great and included in the price which we loved. But, if you sleep late and have the "do not disturb" sign out when they come to clean your room, you wont get your room cleaned that day. There was no AC in the room, despite the units in the hallway which do not effect your room temp., and it was July and VERY HUMID. My friend suggested I open my window, which I did. It opened maybe 4 inches wide, and our room was over the out-door terrace of the Brasserie downstairs where people talked and laughed until late at night and started early. So if you can sleep sticky and sweating and hearing people talk all night, then you will be fine here.

Fint hotell, men litt små rom for lengre opphold. Rengjøring av rommene under oppholdet var ikke spesielt bra. Personalet i resepsjonen var hyggelige, mens personalet i restauranten kunne vært mer serviceinnstilte. Kjedelig frokost med lite utvalg.

Sentralt beliggende i byen. Gåavstand til det meste. Kort vei til buss og jernbane. For den som benytter egen bil, er det parkeringsmuligheter i underetasjen. God oppfølging av hotellets personale.

Vi övernattade på hotellet natten mellan ördag och söndag 30-31 maj. Oljud från torget nedanför rummet (våning 3) gjorde att nattsömnen helt uteblev. Ett förfärligt oljud framtill dess att krogar stängde gjordedet helt omöjligt att sova. Varning bör finnas på hotellets hemsida respektive hos hotels.com att nattsömn störs.

Fin beliggenhed med gåafstand til Lunds seværdigheder. God restaurant med venlig og opmærksom betjening. Værelset ny istandsat med gode materialer. Eneste minus ved opholdet var enerverende rytmelyde om natten, formentlig fra natklub i kælderen.

Läget är det bästa säljargumentet vilket de själva påpekar i sin information på hotellrummet... liten miss tycker jag. När man väl är där vet man ju var det ligger... Trasiga glödlampor i badrummet och lite slitet vilket tar ner helhetsintrycket. Trevlig frukostbuffe och världens finaste te-påsar vilket höjer känslan.

Hotellet var mycket bra vad gäller utrymme, fräschör och design, men det bästa var söndagsfrukosten. Frukosten gick över till Brunch och höl på ända till klockan 15.00. Fantastiskt med lax, sill, pannkakor, flera olika sorters bröd för alla smaker, ägg, prinskorv, bacon, fruktsallader, flingor, you name it! Igen; Fantastiskt!

Det är ofta de små detaljerna som är avgörande såsom välkommen, kanske ett välkomstkort på rummet osv. När jag kom in på rummet kändes det ofräscht och gammalt. Jag brukar bo på annan kedja normalt, som inte finns i Lund. Kostnaden är densamma ungefär, men service ooch kvalitet är det en enorm skillnad på.

Ett helt ok hotell att spendera en natt i. Men mina förväntningar infriades inte riktigt. Jag hade trott att det skulle vara finare och modernare efter att ha läst på hotellets hemsida.

Jag hade ett mycket litet rum på 3e våningen, men i ett hörn med lite utsikt över taken i Lund. Bra standard och rum, mycket bra frukost som ingick. Utmärkt läge vid stationen.
