Novotel Lille Centre Grand Place - Lille

The hotel is in a good location - not right in the city centre but maybe 5 minutes walk from the main square. It was in a nice quiet road and was always clean. The buffet breakfast was plentiful with bread, cereal, croissants, cakes, fruit, scrambled egg, bacon and sausages. you are also provided with a pot of tea or coffee but there is fruit juice too. receptionists were always helpful and spoke english very well. There is also a luggage room which we found useful for our evening train home.

Aging slightly - ie air conditioners not as silent as they used to be.

Very nice clean hotel - staff very friendly & helpful. Rooms quite well stocked although only enough milk & tea bags for 2 drinks! However the bar drinks were very very expensive and a complete rip off.

Our experience of the Novotel was excellent. Very close to town (5 mins walk). Secure parking was just behind the hotel - cost was 12 euro but all hotels in the centre didn't have their own parking facilities. In summary exactly was I expected - clean, cheap for Lille and no surprises.

Novotel Lille Centre Grand Place is everything you would come to expect from Novotel; well renovated, clean, efficient and generally excellent value. Well situated for the heart of Old Lille.

The hotel is good value and the rooms are a decent size. It has a good fitness suite, which is unusal for Frnehc hotels. As a modern hotel it doesn't ooze French charm but does everything else well.

The Novotel Grand Place is in a great location. The staff are friendly and the hotel lives up to what you expect from a Novotel... but don't bother taking the breakfast, which is not included in the room rate (nobody told us that until it came time to pay the bill!!) or think you can get a quick drink from the bar before you go out for dinner - leave yourself at least 20 minutes to order. The dining room is very small and the buffet table was minute so the hotel cannot cope with people arriving at the same time for breakfast. However, when we complained to the manager he took the cost of the breakfast from our bill without any argument. I would stay here again but get my breakfast from one of the local cafes.

Very nice hotel with good location to the old parts of Lille. Fabulous breakfast, although not included. Close to parking.

Prestations de qualité. Bien situé à deux pas du vieux Lille et de la grand place. Petite rue calme. Idéal pour découvrir la ville à pied.

Uitstekende ligging in stadscentrum. Hotel heeft plezierige uitstraling. Lekker ontbijt. Leuke kamers. Helaas wel wat lawaaig ivm tv van bovenburen.

Très bien à tous niveaux, et parfaitement situé.

keurig hotel, goede service, gastvrij.heerlijk eten in het restaurant ,zo ook ontbijt.Keurig nette kamers.

Une salle de fitness très bien équipée et très disponible qui permet de se laisser aller aux joies des produits régionaux tot en conservant sa ligne.

L'essentiel souhaité par le client est proposé. Cadre chaleureux, literie parfaite, calme, ... Le petit +, qui au final laisse le + grand souvenir c'est l'accueil chalereux du personnel. Les hôtesses d'accueil (depuis la réception, jusqu'à l'espace bar) sont sympathiques, souriantes et aimables comme le requiert la fonction; Au delà de cela, nous avons trouver humour et sens de la répartie qui contribue à une ambiance des + agréables.
