Reasonably priced hotel in a great location. Hotel was clean, tidy and nicely decorated. Found the room a little compact (but ample given the budget and expectation), clean and functional bathroom with good shower. Staff on the Front Desk spoke excellent English and were extremely friendly and helpful. Location was fantastic - throwing distance from the Seine, 5 minutes from the Eiffel Tower and just over the road from a Metro/RER station.

Myself and my boyfriend went to Paris for a two-day stay. The hotel was great. Nice rooms, small but clean and nicely deocrated. The location is superb, next to restaurants, directly across from the metro and less than 5 minutes walk from the Eiffel Tower. I will definately go back there. Great value for money.

Pros: Convenient location Easy Subway Access Modern Rooms Excellent Shower Quiet Rooms Large Windows lets in tons of light Cons: Tiny Rooms (with is common in ALL Paris Hotels) Street Rooms have a View of the Subway Breakfast is expensive and served in the basement. Better food is available at nearby cafes.

From the moment that we arrived at the hotel, the person at the front desk (changed depending upon time of day) always greeted us, made us feel very welcome, answered our questions, happily made recommendations and showed a concern for our comfort. The hotel decor has an art deco feel. The room was comfortable, larger than many that you find in Paris though by no means large. We found it very comfortable, and the bathroom was a good size. The shower was a hand held sprayer, so not the best but also not unusual. The hotel was a friendly and comfortable place to come back to at the end of a busy day of touring. Overall we were very satisfied with our stay - definitely the best of 3 hotels we stayed at during this trip to France.

The remarkable location and beauty of this hotel is unparalleled. Literally around the corner from the Eiffel Tower and mere steps from the Seine, this gorgeous property and wonderful, caring staff made our stay there simply exceptional. This will undoubtedly be our 'home' away from home in Paris going forward!

We stayed at the Eiffel Seine for 8 days and I must say that our stay was wonderful! All the hotel staff (who speak fluent English) were very hospitable. When we asked them for hot water (so we could make our own tea), they also gave us a tea pot, cups and silverware. This was a very pleasant surprise and we felt so much at home. The location of the hotel is extremely convenient (opposite the entrance to the #6 metro and RER C) and 5 min walk to the Eiffel Tower. We used the RER C to commute to and from CDG as well as Versailles. Lots of good restaurants/places in the vicinity to eat with tourists and locals alike. Will stay here again when in Paris.

Booked this hotel for it's location to the eiffel tower (really is a 2 minute walk) and the price...The hotel staff were friendly & very helpful with any information we required. We got upgraded to a suite room so cannot comment on the standard room but the suite was excellent. The hotel is very modern and clean. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel and will be booking it on any return visit to Paris. There are plenty of restaurants surrounding the hotel & it is situated beside a metro station.

Pros: 1. Good location - close proximity to Eiffel tower (within 1/2 mi) and METRO station (with a hundred yards). 2. Very clean rooms and bathrooms 3. Fairly comfortable beds 4. Good housekeeping services 5. Helpful multilingual staff (though the heavyset gentleman who worked the desk periodically was a bit snotty). 6. The rooms are small but on par considering the price and city. Cons: 1. Our room faced the street and the traffic noise outside was quite loud in the mornings. If you're a deep sleeper this would probbaly not be an iddue though. 2. We had the mid-grade room and it did not come with an iron or ironing board. 3. WATCH YOUR STEP - to save electricity, the stairway lights only come on when triggered by motion detectors. They tend to come on at the very last minute, and my girlfriend took a spill down the stairs trying to navigate them in total darkness... its not a huge deal, but be careful on the stairs at night. Overall - this is a good little boutique hotel for the price. If you want to be close to te Eiffel Tower, its location and price probably can't be beat.

We loved this hotel. It's in a great location --- close to two metro stops. The staff is very friendly, regardless of if you speak French or not. The room size is what I expected of a Parisian Hotel, but the bathroom was a lot bigger than I expected. Our room overlooked the courtyard and was very quiet. I don't recommend eating at the restaurants that are right next door to the hotel. The Italian place was terrible and the other place had rude waitstaff (I speak French, so that wasn't the problem. They were just rude.) There are plenty of other lovely restaurants on Rue de Grenelle to eat dinner. The Eiffel Seine was a great place to stay for 4 nights!

This is a fabulous little hotel. The rooms are average for a European hotel (i.e. a touch small by most US standards). The room was clean and bright. The balcony was nice. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom very clean and well kept. The staff is wonderful and makes this hotel the very best!! The front desk folks are there 24/7, all speak multiple languages and will do just about anything to help you find things or make reservations for you. We loved them! The location is nice, but you are going to need to take the metro or a cab to get to the Louvre or some of the other sights. You are literally under the Eiffel tower. There are 2 great cafes on the same street. A grocery store in about a block away and there are several "tourist" shops on the same streets. You are about a 7 minute walk from Monoprix. The neighborhood is clean and safe. We were out at all hours and had no issues. You are right across the street from both the Metro & RER station. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed here for one night on our way to Italy. When we got there the receptionist was so helpful. She told us she upgraded us to a bigger room....for a reason that was unknown to us. We laughed when we got inside the room because we couldn't imagine a smaller room. Our room was a perfect size for two; comfortable size. The receptionist took quite a bit of time helping us organize our way to the little airport about an hour away. The bed was hard but they all are in Europe. The hotel is about 2 blocks from the Eiffel Tower and although we didn't have a view it was still very nice to be so close. There is no room service but that wasn't a problem because there were a lot of little places to eat close by.

The location was but two blocks from the Effiel Tower however, yuo can not see the tower. The hotel was just finishing their renovations and the room has an overwhelming smell of fresh paint. AS with all other Europeon hotels the room was small but nice. The train station was closed accross the street so we had to walk to the other side of the river, but this did give us great views of the tower. I would say that the price was comparable to what we received.

The hotel is fantastic and the staff is very friendly. The only downside that we had was that there is construction (at the metro stop directly across the street) going on right now and the construction lasts all through the night. It was quite noisy and tuff to sleep our first night. However, take away the construction and this is a great hotel to stay at with many restaurants and stores in the immediate area.

Comentado por Jay, deIndianapolis, IN, el sep 10, 2007
The hotel is great for couples and this is mostly what you will find here. Some young, some older, but I saw no families. You may hear some "noises" at night from adjacent rooms. The rooms are functional. They are small but cozy and nicely decorated compared with hotels in same class. Staff was helpful in answering questions about where to eat or how to get somewhere. The hotel is near the Eiffel Tower but not much else. You will take the train everywhere else and have to make changes to get to the main attractions. This is a reality almost everywhere you could stay in Paris, but deserves mentioning. It really isn't difficult to manage after a few train rides. There is a decent restaurant next door with a lively staff. The food is reasonably priced (for Paris). We didn't eat breakfast at the hotel and instead bought pastries from a bakery right down the street for a few euros and some juices from a convenience store on the way to the bakery. This saved us at least 30 euros a day and those pastries and croissants were delicious! I'll end the review by saying that for the money this was a great hotel and met my expectations. I used the reviews on this site to make the decisions and the other reviewers did not let me down. Good luck and enjoy Paris!

Very clean, great service and modern decor. We had never been to Paris, so we had trouble deciding on the best location to stay. This was great. It was a bit farther than 2 blocks to the Eiffel Tower, but it was an easy walk. There are 2 Metro stations across the street so it was easy to get wherever we wanted to go. The beds were very comfortable. The restaurant next door had good food and our waiter was the best! The only negatives were that the room was a bit small, but I think in Paris that's the norm. Also the elevator was small and we had to take several trips to get our bags upstairs. Even with that I would highly recommend this hotel.

If you're coming for a business trip, you could find better. If you're visiting with a large group or with kids, look elsewhere. But if you're vacationing in Paris for the first time with your spouse, this hotel offers the very best bang for the buck. But don't let that cliche lead you to believe there is anything second-rate about Eiffel Seine, because it is a very trendy, modern, and cozy hotel that offers a 2-minute walk to the Eiffel Tower, a 2-second walk to Paris' great metro system, and front-desk service that is second to none. In short: HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommended.
