Jurys Inn Custom House - Dublín

Really enjoyed our stay. Found the staff friendly. Hotel is lovely and the rooms are very modern and clean. A real home from home. Bargain price for overnight stay. however parking was expensive.. Ideal location in Dublin..Would recommend to a friend. :)

Nothing out of the ordinary. Good Points: Ideal carpark, friendly at recieption, comfortable room. Could do better: Window in room was stuck closed, bathroom was not as clean as would be expected, I dislikeit getting a room for disabled persons when this is not requested - Low sinks / large bathroom / small bedroom.

The room was bright and vey clean with 2 big windows, 1 looking onto the river and the other looking down along the quays.Easy walking distance to the O2 Arena which is why we booked it. Food served late at night after concerts.

We stayed just for the weekend and had a decent sized room with a good bathroom. Beds were comfortable and staff very kind. We did, however, go in summer and the room was boiling hot, with no air con and a window that opened just wide enough for an ant to squeeze through. Upgrade to a room with air con.

.. greatly enhanced by a very courteous and professional staff. All the hotels look virtually the same, same furniture and names in the bar and restaurant, same layout of bedrooms, etc. This one , however, has the added bonus of really friendly, efficient staff at reception, bar and restaurant. One barman, from Nepal, is a mighty asset for any establishment. In fine weather, overlooking the Liffey, and with the Jeannie Johnston sailing ship outside the door, it would be hard to have a more pleasant setting so near the city centre.

Ideal location to O2 arena, very nice hotel, friendly staff and clean hotel, comfy room and nice food could'nt ask for more

The ironing room was a bit of a joke, a tiny ironing board, in absolutely sweltering heat. bit ridiculous that there is no facility to drop iron and ironing board to your room like any other hotel. It was just really basic, and i think for spending that kind of money, i would like a bit more.

Stayed in Jurys Custom Hse Quay for the Beyonce concert in the 02. 5 minute walk to the 02 and 10 minute walk to O'Connell street (Dublin City Centre) very impressed by professional and friendly staff. only draw back was no air con in room and Ireland had a heat wave! but other than that, couldnt fault the place. food wise, breakfast was great, and eat dinner there the 1st nite and it was lovely. good food set up for apres concert too, not sure if they do it for every concert, but had late bar food for after the concert. perfect. would highly reccommend for price, location and service.

Apart from the smell of paint in the roo , which disapperaed after a while, and other people not knowing which room they were supposed to be in at 2 in the morning, our stay was fine and uneventful.

my husband and myself went to stay at jurys inn custom house for a concert in the O2. The hotel was about 15 minutes walk. when we booked in they were very pleasant in reception. we got our room on the third floor. it was an amazing room with double bed and single bed also a sofa included and a beautiful bathroom. we noticed there was some drilling being done in the hotel. we rang reception and they moved us. we ate in the hotel and the food was dried shrivelled and we were given green potatoes. the rooms are lovely but don't eat in the resturant

Very good hotel. We stayed for the AC/DC concert in the O2 just down the quay so the location was ideal. The menu changed to a carvery at 16:00 for concert goers so it was a more immediate and conveniant set-up. There was also food being served after the concert so we had a late bite with our pints before heading to bed. Overall and ideal situation.

Hotel is in a quiet area but is also very convenient to the city center. Only about 5 mins walk. Myself and my boyfriend have stayed there twice so far and have liked it each time.

the outside and the lobby area of this hotel is very nice but that's it! the room are very dated and in serious need of a a clean up, a coat of paint would not go astray, the bed covers had cigarette burns in them which was just disgraceful and the staff at reception did not seem bothered when i highlighted this problem, so overall i would not return to this hotel. facilites are not up to standard in the hotel at all.

lovley hotel very close to the city center i had a lovley veiw over the river liffey.

This hotel was in a great location to get to and from town. It's about a 15 min walk to temple bar. The hotel was clean and the staff were really helpful.

I have to say that this trip was made more pleasurable by the hotel. It was welcoming from my first step into the lobby. I was allowed to check in 4 hours early. The room i had was spacious and clean. It is further out than i had thought it would be from the maps but it is only a 5 to 10 minute walk to the main tourist attractions. There is a great deal of building working going on close by but noise was not an issue. The walk back to the hotel was very quiet on an evening. The food was of a good quality and was priced competitively.

Near enough to City centre and attractions (Pubs, Restaurants, Grafton Street etc) but just far enough away from noise and bustle when it'stime to relax. Near to Bus and rail stations (3 - 5 mins walk); Grafton Street, Temple Bar about 10 mins but taxis (at reasonable cost) are readily available and the drivers are friendly and informative. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Have used other Jury's in UK and Dublin but this was first time at Custom House location - would use this hotel again.

Hotel is nice and clean. Rooms are small (compared to US std.) but clean. No A/C, but will provide small table fans. Within walking distance from City Center. Would be willing to stay there again.

Good rooms for the money in Europe. We just spent one night--arrived at 9pm and left at 7am. A little bare for long stays.

Jury's Custom House is about 2km from the city center so it's a good bargain. The rooms are spacious for a European hotel, and they maintain it well.

The Internet Access needs a lot of improvement. I'm a business traveler - the poor connection detracted from the experience - wireless internet access is becoming just as important as the bed Hotels.com might want to have this feature rated by its customers - both access and price.

The price was right for Jury's Custom House Inn in Dublin, but you get what you pay for. The location is so-so (it's a bit of a walk to the major downtown attractions), but the hotel is clean and modern. The staff were VERY young and eager to please, but fell short often. I just think they need more experience. We had minor glitches with our keys and with shampoo/shower gel. The problems were handled, but with little warmth or enthusiasm.

Bodde på Jurys Inn Custom House fra tirsdag til onsdag for å oppdage Dublin. Bra og sentral beliggenhet. Bare noen minutters spasertur til Temple Bar område og sentrale handleområder. Rent og ryddig hotell som ga mye for pengene. Må legge til at jeg ikke spiste frokost eller andre måltider der.

Med ca 10 min gange til O'Connell Street og du er i hjertet av byen. Er du plaget av støy fra biler, bør du be om rom som vender mot bakgården. Rommene er store og romslige og servicen er upåklagelig.

Het Hotel is goed De kamers zijn schoon en het personeel zeer vriendelijk. Hte is allen jammer dat er iemand van ons tijdens het Ontbijt van haar portomonee is bestolen door iemand van buiten het Hotel. Daar kan het Hotel ook niets aan doen.

Zentral gelegenes Hotel (direkt bei der Central Bus Station) mit gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Das Zimmer war geräumig und sauber und bot alles, was man von einem Mittelklassehotel erwartet. Frühstücksbuffet ist ok und mit einem Preis von 10 Euro für Continental Breakfast für Irische Verhältnisse auch in Ordnung.

Zentral gelegen, gut erreichbar, sauber, Empfang kompetent und höflich,
