Silken Indautxu Hotel - Bilbao

Clean room but condition of the hotel needs some renovation. Breakfast room really nicely set up and served. Handy central location; internet available.

This hotel was very good value for money and in an excellent location to visit Bilbao's attractions. The buffet breakfast had everything you could want, and the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The 'freebies' toiletries supplied were nice too. An all round great hotel that we would certainly go back too.

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel the staff were very warm & friendly,The hotel had a very relaxing astomphere & was spotless. I would have no problem recommending this hotel to anyone.

My husband and I stopped in Bilbao for 2 nights on our way to San Sebastian. We almost didn't leave because of this hotel. We loved our stay here and would stay there again given the chance.

The hotel is in a good position and has very good facilities. The staff were most helpful - thanks especially to the guy who took the car to the carpark. Breakfast in a local cafe seemed to us the better bet. Leaving Bilbao by car was a lot easier that making one's way in.

The room was tight enough but well appointed and there was a clean 4 piece bathroom suite with lots of little extras like shaving kit, dental kit, bath sponge, etc. Comfy bed, 32" flat screen tv, air con. & good nights sleep. Lots of choice at breakfast - wierd that the Spanish still smoke in restaurants tho - even at breakfast.

The Aris Grand Place hotel was a pleasant place to stay. The rooms were immaculate...which is the most important thing to me! The hotel's right across the street from the Grand Place, and it's within a 5 minute walk to the Central Station. The neighborhood, while touristy, is safe. The only two drawbacks I had about the hotel: 1) The pillows are tiny. They're equivalent to stuffing a t-shirt into a pillowcase and are quite uncomfortable. 2) A couple of mornings, we woke up early to the sounds of beer trucks on the street on front of the hotel...the sound of a bouncing beer keg at 4am is really loud when you have jet lag! Overall, though, the hotel was great. As long as you tire yourself out during the day, the pillows and early morning noise are things that you can sleep through!

Bon rapport qualité / prix pour cet hôtel qui avant tout est destiné aux professionnels (la grande majorité des clients croisés durant le week-end du 8 au 11 novembre 2008 était en séminaire professionnel). Malheureusement, j'avais demandé une chambre non fumeur avec un grand lit pour à l'arrivée avoir une chambre fumeur avec deux lits séparés : si j'ai pu obtenir une chambre non fumeur, il nous a fallut faire avec - ou plutôt sans - pour le lit car "officiellement" il n'y avait plus de chambre disponible avec un grand lit... Y aller juste pour dormir est un bon plan, y séjourner serait une mauvaise idée.

Meget bra hotell, men litt vanskelig å finne pga. at vi lette etter navnet Silken hotell. Fremkommeligheten inne i hotellet ble også litt tung pga. mange trapper ned fra resepsjonen til rommene våre.

Excellent séjour, 2 nuits, avec parking qui permet de laisser l'auto, marcher et prendre les bus ,visiter la vieille ville et le musée, prendre le funiculaire. Note maximum, 5 points sur 5, bien méritée pour cet établissement bien situé, calme, propre, et possédant un personnel qualifié.

Günstig gelegen, neu und komfortabel, sehr guter Preis, Personal (Reception) routiniert, allerdings nicht sehr freundlich

Een prachtig design hotel met een uitstekende service. Als ik nog in Bilbao moet zijn, dan logeer ik er zeker weer.

Beim 1. Aufenthalt waren wir in Zi 32 und darunter ist ein Saal, in welchem an einem Abend laute Discomusik lief. Diese wurde dann aufgrund unserer Beschwerde etwas leiser gestellt.
