The Art'Otel is located within walking distance of Alexander Platz and Museum Island. There is also a U-Bahn station right outside the hotel. The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was modern, clean and comfortable.

Hotel was very good - restaurant a bir pricey but this could be to do with euro being poor - service in restaurant wasnt up to much - but only there once - apart from that hotel was fine - great for the underground and buses - room comfortable and well maintained

This hotel is in the heart of the city on the Eastern Side only metres from the U Bahn.

Very nice hotel in quiet but central location - about 15 mins walk to Museum Island. Right beside u-bahn and only 2 stops from Alexanderplatz. Hotel modern and rooms a little cramped but perfectly adequate. Our friends had a Junior suite which was very spacious with a great Philippe Starck bathroom at little extra cost. Staff pleasant and very helpful. Bar/dining area links with old part of building and very pleasant space. Continental breakfast good value at 6 euro but full breakfast quite pricey at 16 euro. Would stay there again.

The Art'otel Berlin Mitte was perfectly located for getting to all the major sights with an underground station very close by. The reception and housekeeping staff were very friendly and the hotel was a lovely place to go back to after seeing the sights on a cold day in December. The only negative aspect was that my room was next to the lift and it was sometimes a little noisy.

We were looking for a nice hotel, centrally located with good transportation links and at a reasonable price - the art'otel fit the bill perfectly. The U stopped literally right outside the hotel and we were minutes from a multitude of Xmas markets and tourist attractions. I would definitely stay again should the opportunity arise. The staff spoke perfect English when asked and were very patient with my pathetic attempts at German. Our bags were safely and securely stored for us on the final day following check out so that we could enjoy ourselves handsfree until it was time to head to the airport.

As Berlin is such a big city, the Mitte area is a good location. The Park plaza was opposite a U-Bahn stop which was ideal, brilliant public transport system on your door stop. Hotel was smart and modern, and the room quite big and comfortable, however take your own toiletries, as none in the room!! Reception staff really helpful and friendly. Breakfast was expensive, so eat in the many cafes in the area.

We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The location is only a ten to fifteen min. walk from Alexandraplatz, and is only 2 stops away using the U-Bahn and there is a station located right outside the hotel. Unfortunately during our stay the 2 stations between our hotel and Alexandraplatz were under repair so we had to walk all the time!! The staff are very friendly and efficient and all have fluent English. Don't be fooled by the word "superior room". The rooms are pretty basic and small......so if you want a bit of space and comfort, worth paying a bit extra and going for a suite, especially if you are on a winter break and will be spending more time in the room.

Very nice and modernistic hotel situated just outside the old Mitte of the city (10 mins walk). The rooms are nice and modern style and efficient. Breakfast is not included in room rate, but worthwhile with freshly baked bread of all kinds, serials, fresh fruit salat, eggs etc. The staff is young and very service minded.

Great location, friendly staff and hotel looks nice and fresh. It is however a budget hotel so rooms are basic although spacious. Nice restaurant with good dinner prices but expensive breakfast. Would definately recommend staying.

Easy walk (20 minutes or so) to center of Berlin (Mitte) and sites. Across the street from very efficient subway system (U-bahn); other major sites in Berlin are about 10 minutes away by subway. Room very clean, air conditioning worked well. Bathroom well done. Skipped breakfast in hotel (somewhat expensive) for little cafe across the street. Staff very nice and helpful; spoke perfect English (though we also speak some German). Internet access in room expensive, but seemed comparable to other places in Europe. Rained entire time we were there - hotel has large umbrellas to borrow (free).

Excellent for the price and the location. Clean and central - though breakfast is exorbitant (15 euros). Very nice restaurants and cafes a short walk away. Highly recommended, and I would definitely go back!

We ordered and paid for a suite and they said we had to go to a smaller room or change hotels, so we changed hotels. The smaller room was as big as a home bedroom

Hotellet var hyggeligt det kan godt anbefales til par eller hvis man er på forretningsrejse det er ikke lige noget for boern det ligger godt lige ud til U bahnen

Veldig kjekt hotell, fine rom, sentralt men rolig, fin uteterrasse på båt på elven

Das Hotel ist vom Schliss geprägt (muesste unbedingt renoviert werden), trotzdem koennte man es sauberer halten, z.B. in den Korridoren aufraeumen (Fruehstuecks-reste standen vor den Zimmertueren bis zum nächsten Tag). Spinnweben und Fusselansammlungen ueberall im Zimmer und im Bad. Leider hat Berlin die geringste Bewertung der "art'otel-Kette" bekommen, die ansonsten nur positive Ueberraschungen bot.

Dejlig morgenmad, pænt og god beliggenhed - gå ud af bagdøren og du står ved kanalen.... U-bahn 100 m fra hotel.

Πολύ βολική τοποθεσία αν θέλεις να επισκεφτείς τα μουσεία καθώς το μετρό είναι στα 50μ. Πολύ ακριβό πρωινό 16€ (μπουφέ) το οποίο δεν δικαιολογείται.

Sentralt beliggende rett ved U-bahn Markischer Museum i Mitte (sentralt i tidligere Øst-Berlin), rent og stilig hotell. God service, romslige og fine rom til en rimelig penge.

Accueil chaleureux. Chambres confortables et propres. Proximité du centre touristique de Berlin et métro juste devant l'hôtel. Seul point négatif : quartier de bureaux et résidentiel donc pas du tout animé

The hotel is good. Close to the start of the Berlin Half Marathon, which was why I was there. The breakfast is really good. Note that the space in the parking garage is limited, so recommend early arrival.

Meget centralt beliggende hotel med venlig betjening. Intet at sætte en finger på. Helt sikkert anbefalelsesværdigt.

Gode værelser, centralt placeret hotel i rolige omgivelser, meget tæt på U-Bahn, venligt og hjælpsomt personale

Hotellet er av god kvalitet, og rommene hadde alt man trenger. Det lå i gå avstand til Alexanderplatz, og 1 minutt fra u-bane stoppet märkcisher museum. Nærområdet var litt dødt, men det gjør jo ingenting når man har alle muligheter et par u-bane stopp unna.

L'albergo è molto bello, uno stile elegante senza troppe pretese. Un buon servizio, un menù ristorante piccino ma piatti ben cucinati. Bell'atmosfera e cosa fantastica...è posizionato davanti alla fermata della metro!!!

Belle déco "art" pour cet hôtel calme proche des centres touristiques mais il manque le côté "branché" annoncé dans les brochures ! Il est toutefois à recommander...

bel hôtel bien situé et très agréable

Tout est beau et c'est un plaisir de vivre dans pareil endroit. Tout est de bon goût, plein d'idées, bien pensé. Le personnel est très accueillant, prévenant et attentif. Seul chose, pour cette catégorie, on aurait pu espérer deux lavabos dans la s. de bains. La situation est excellente, relativement calme, à proximité de l'Ile aux Musées et en face d'une station de métro. La sortie par l'arrière de l'hôtel est très belle. dans un quartier très agréable.

Utmärkt hotellstandard på lugn adress på promenadavstånd från Alexanderplatz. Hundar välkomna! Obegripligt dyrt internet (13€/dygn (med mkt låg bandbredd) el 68€/6dygn, bättre bandbredd). Det saknas helt synlig miljöpolicy (t ex vad det gäller handdukstvätt - alltid nytvättat). Hotellet går därmed inte att rekommendera, tyvärr.

Godt ærligt hotel, pris og kvalitet hænger godt sammen. Ligger lige op ad U2 hvilket er en kæmpe fordel. Vil helt sikkert overveje hotellet igen næste tur til Berlin.

Kunne godt lide hotellets design og indretning - specielt den såkaldte "hovedakse" bestående af den meget elegante foyer, der glider over i det store atrium med bar og spiseområde og hvorfra der er udsyn til de renæsance inspirerede møderum. Havde dog forventet, at der havde været restaurant eller café i enkelte af de "klassiske" rum, så der havde været mulighed for at opleve denne side af hotellet som "almindelig" gæst også.

Rent og fint hotel.Eneste å utsette på det, var en dyr, men god frokost.men U-banen rett utfor døra pluss at området var rolig. Bra!

Super sted - central placering. Vi er meget tilfreds.

Vi havede en dejlig 4dages ferie på dette fine hotel. Lækker morgenmadsbuffet og dejlige værelser. Det bedste var dog, at man bare skal gå ud af indgangen og direkte hen til U-Bahn, der kun ligger 50 meter fra hotellet. Det gør, at hele Berlin er inden for meget kort afstand.

Det er et godt, centralt hotel. Det er i gå-afstand til de store seværdigheder. Betjeningen og service i top. Morgenmadsbuffet måske lidt dyr, men god. Dette kan absolut anbefales!

Trevlig och kunnig personal som bemötte en med en professionell och trevlig attityd som fick en att känna sig som hemma. Rummen mysiga med bra standard och riktigt fina.

Bon hotel calme et bien situé (métro et canal) mais 2 points négatifs 1-petit-déjeuners trop cher pour la qualité (16? et pas de fruits ou de jus fruits 100%) ou pour la quantité (5,90? pour 2 croissants) 2-rangements casiers limités pour 2 personnes pendant 5 jours.

Hotel pulito, tranquillo e comodo ai luoghi di interesse e per la U-Bahn (fermata di fronte all'hotel). La colazione - non inclusa nel prezzo - poteva essere scelta fra una a buffett (non proprio ricca !) a 16 ? od una 'standard' (due brioches, burro, marmellata e caffè) a 5.90 ?

L'Hotel si trova in una posizione ideale per la visita della città; sia a piedi che in metro. Il personale è gentile e disponibile. Pulizia e confort discreti. 4 stelle a mio aviso esagerate. Ristorante un pò caro. Ma nel coplesso l'offerta è buona.

Abbiamo avuto problemi con il personale, Thomas, che spiacevolmente ci ha fatto pagare la colazione quando noi pensavamo fosse compresa nel prezzo. Non sono stati professionali. Letto molto scomodo,perfetta la posizione per raggiungere tutti i luoghi

En vacances pendant 5 jours à Berlin j'ai décidé de m'arrêter au Art'otel. Et je n'ai pas été déçu. La chambre était très belle et claire. La salle de bain était vraiment magnifique et la décoration contemporaine. L'hotel est lui même très bien situé et sa position géographique permet d'être rapidement à n'importe quel endroit de la vie. Seul petit bémole, l'hôtel ne propose qu'une seule chaine de télé française: public sénat. On aurait apprécier avoir TV5 mais bon en meme temps on est pas en vacances pour regarder la télé. J'y retournerais sans hésiter
