Bewleys Hotel Manchester Airport - Manchester

Very close to the airport and if you had only a small case you could walk there easily. No noise problems despire its proximity to the terminals. Only one internet connection available (unless you are carrying a laptop) and the connection and equipment aren't very good. Meals were quite good and overall, no complaints.

Had 2 options ,this was the best of the 2.radison overpriced and over hyped.will certainly stay there again

Very easy to get to Manchester Airport with the shuttle service. The room was VERY clean and nice.

When I asked the gentlemen for another blanket. The reply was tnat there is one in your room and we dont give more than one balanket per guest. I was advised that there were two beds and a sleeper sofa in the room. There was no sleeper sofa actually there was no sofa at all. VERY POOR HOTEL. Keep away

The room was really nice and having free WiFi included within the room rate was great. I just wished more hotels would do this. The staff were warm and very helpful. The hotel's location and the directions to find it were poor. The car-park was over-flowing which made for "creative" parking.

Can't say enough good things about this hotel. Great price, very reasonable. Fantastic location, shutle to and from the airport, which we also used to shuttle us to Manchester Airport train station so we could go out in Manchester the night prior to our flight. Good sized room, very clean, modern. Check out was quick and easy, Would definately use this hotel again.

Very comfortable and clean rooms. Very quiet. I was very happy to stay there.

This hotel was very nice and clean. There was no air conditioner in the room I had so it got a little stuffy, but other than that it was perfect for what I was looking for. I will definitely come back. The shuttle service was good as well. Very prompt and friendly.

We were very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the room and service that we received in light of the price paid. The meal that was served just before the restaurant's closing time of 10.pm was excellent and served by a waitress who, although obviously tired, maintained an efficient and charming manner as she dealt with diners' needs. The 'Full Irish Breakfast' was also of good quality and set us up for the remainder of our journey home. The complementary transport from the airport and to the station was efficeient and much appreciated after a long journey.

For those who are flying in or out Manchester, UK, this is a great hotel choice. Because the airport shuttle and hotel staff are so accommodating, I have been able to rely on this hotel on two recent occasions.

Everything you could want for the price, room was large and clean, bathroom was really nice. They run a free coach from the hotel to the airport train station too which was a big help!

It was a great modern hotel. The only downside was that the toilet seat had not been cleaned very well underneath. Also remember to bring your own shampoo as there isn't any provided.

Have stayed at this hotel at the airport several times before going away on holiday. The rooms are great , clean , ironing board etc and the bar and resturant have good food and a nice atmosphere , wouldn't stay any where else , especially for that price , happy to recommend it.

Rooms were clean and staff very friendly and helpful.

As a stop-over for the airport, we could not have found better.

Price reasonable, location for an arpt. hotel, excellent! Overall, quality, comfort and cleanliness quite adequate for needs of family or business trvlr. needing overnight stay at arpt. htl. Service could have been better if htl staff more proactive. Ex: We bked family room for two adts/1 chd. When we arrvd. at rm. we had one dbl bed and a pullout sofa. This would have been ok, but there were no sheets/blankets avail. for sofa bed! Shoddy! Called front desk to ask about this, were told that they had "misallocated" our rm. We had to rtn to frnt. desk for new rm. and got larger room with 2 dbl beds. Solution satisfactory/situation inconvenient. Could have been avoided by frt-desk staff a bit more sharp at check-in. Upon departure from parking lot, we put tkt into machine, and were shocked when price came up for 1-night's parking as 36 pounds! We returned to hotel to check, and had parking ticket validated by hotel staff. Parking then only cost 6 pounds! Couldn't this info have been volunteered upon chk-out? It added time and inconvenience that we didn't need when catching a flight! Also noticed that room vaccuuming could have been better. Bits of lint/fluff on floors in both rooms. Otherwise, rooms seemed quite clean with immaculate, very nice bathrooms.

We stayed overnight before an early flight. The staff were helpful and attentive. The bar food was average. Our stay was ruined by some inconsiderate young people shouting and running down the corridors throughout the night, interspersed with security staff radios on loud! Yes, I would stay again, assuming that this was an unlucky occurrence.

Our room was clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced. The shuttle service to and from the airport/train station was extremely prompt. The reception staff was great at arranging our early shuttle reservation and wake-up call.

Hotel is within sight and 500 metres of the entrance to Terminal 1. Hotel is in top class condition, foyer, restaraunt, bedrooms etc. Comfortable, large rooms. Food quality and service were of a high standard. Buffet Breakfast was good standard, however "Venison" sausages would not be to everyones taste.

We have been going to Bewleys for several years now when we go on holiday, it is a clean comfortable hotel staff are friendly and helpfull will be back again in November.A good start to any holiday. Many thanks Bewleys

Don't bother ordering room service - and food quality not so great. Room is fine, great for flights out of Manchester Airport.

Well kept and coperative staff. Pillows thinner than the present size will make the bed more comfortable. Two Pillows instead of one.

We flew up from Heathrow on BMI to get in town early for the Bolton v Fulham match. The hotel let us check in early, and helped us out with all of our needs! Excellent airport hotel to stay in to catch a flight back to the States as well. On time transferrs to the airport and airport train station. Really couldnt beat it at all! I would have still given this review even if Fulham didnt get their first away win of the season!

I was surprised by how quiet the hotel was even though its virtually in the airport the rooms are so well sound proofed we did not hear 1 plane and they served a excellent breakfast would definately stay there again really good value for money

Registration and Check out process was efficient. Everyone was friendly and the service was good. However, The food was so-so. I ordered the most expensive item on the menu, the Rib Eye Steak, and it was really tough, and not worth the money it was charged. I found the pillow uncomfortable, this hotel should supply feather pillow like many others do. But, overall , its a fair deal, and I would come back again.

This hotel is inexpensive and convenient, period. There are no frills. Internet only in the lobby. But, for getting to a 6am flight, it's hard to beat the location.

Located right at the airport the Bewleys Hotel was convenient for our early am departure. The front desk and bar staff were not all that friendly, but the restaurant staff was very helpful and friendly and the food was good and reasonably priced. The shuttle bus took us from the hotel to our terminal.....very easy! I would stay again.

Difficult to heat the room. Power in shower is weak Staff very helpful

I visited this on January 12th, 2009, so I guess you could say it was the middle of winter. I was given a room on the top floor. When I checked into my room @ 6:30pm, my room was freezing. I turned on the heat, and found the room was litteraly 8 degrees centergrade. I called for a back up heater, but was offered a blanket instead. The room never got above 10 degrees. The hotel was aware of the limitations of the 8th floor, yet in my book never took action to resolve the problem. Since they were arware of the problem, they either should have not sold the rooms, or kept the heat on during the day to keep the rooms at a habitable temperature. I spend 100 to 150 days on the road, and will never stay here again. There are many other local properties available.

Our stay at Bewleys was forced on us by bad weather prior to the start of a month cruising the Carribean and without doubt took away all the stress of long haul travel , the staff were excellent and so efficient .

fantastic over night it was better than i imagined it would be.

The hotel was very good. It is very close to the Manchester Airport which is why we chose it. The facilities, food and staff were great.

Bewley's Airport hotel is walking distance from the terminal and the food in the restaurant is outstanding. We were really happy with our stay.

We loved everything about the hotel except the food at its restaurant. The food was not particularly good, and we would have liked a much better quality meal. Salads were not fresh and the food was average at best.

The room and bath were both very clean and modern. The bed was comfortable with good linens. Unfortunately, there was no temperature control in the room and it was quite warm. The window could be opened, but could be entered from an adjoining roof so we didn't want to leave it open all night. We ate at the bar of the restaurant next door and had a very good meal.

We were picked up quickly from the airport by the hotels courtesy bus, the driver was helpful and friendly. The receptionist could of been a bit friendlier at the hotel. Our room was very comfortable and clean. the breakfast was nice. on the whole a very pleasant stay.

Me and my 2 friends were very satisfied with this hotel. service, the staff were all very great. and the room were very nice. and very nice price to stay there. will go back there next time i travel to Manchester

Veldig god beliggenhet og hoey standard. Rett ved flyplass, men ingen stoey. Store, gode senger. Fin restaurant. Frokost ikke inkludert. Ingenting i naerheten. En liten minimarket paa terminal 3 som var 5 minutter aa gaa. Anbefales for reisende i transit.

Decent hotel with new/upgraded bar and restaurant. You will need to get the free hotel buss to get to/from the airport.
