Room I have reserved is a non-smoking but the room I got smells exactly like a smoking room.

There are a couple of things that I didnt like about this place. First, it is filthy and disgusting! The first room that we had stains on the carpet, holes in the cabinet and just smelled like pet urine. It was really unbearable. We complained and good thing the manager gave us a new room which wasnt really that much of a difference but at least it didnt have the smell. Trust me, this place is not worth it, no matter how low the price is.

Pool was dirty both days, no security gate to the pool, anyone can come in. Room had a noisy running toilet, and noisy air-conditioner. Ice trays and glasses were dirty and needed to be replaced. Bathroom walls and doors were covered with dirt, spots, and needed to be repainted, along with the rest of the room. Kitchen floor was dirty, as well as the fridge. TV stuck out far from the wall, hit my shoulder on it once (mounted on a corner stand when you put the tv in a corner, like up high). This tv was in the middle of the wall next to the eating table, which needed to be moved to sit there, as it was too close to the tv. There were tons of cords that were all wrapped up behind the tv (cables) that were not needed, and just all bunched up there. The outlet in the living room did not work (where lamp was plugged in).

"Don't Stay Here!"

This motel is a "weeklie," otherwise known as a long-term home for transient residents. While that is the point of Extended Stay Americas, the hotel was in a bad neighborhood and not the caliber of other ESAs that I've stayed in before.However, it certainly wasn't cheap. I would not recommend this hotel for anyone on vacation... it really puts a damper on your time!

no iron,bed was broke,my girlfriend got bit by a bug in the bed and had to get an antibiotic from the doctor
