The hotel is dirty and dumpy. Not being updated is one thing, but having a layer of grease and dirt all over is another.

The hotel was clean and in-room facilities were fine. The breakfast was adequate. I missed the absence of Internet access which I had hoped to use.

Overall a good hotel for the money. Location was good right off the interstate, easy in and out! Area, didn't make me feel real safe but the hotel had sercurity! I had a good stay!

After reading other reviews my friends and I were a little hesitant to stay here but the room was already paid for... When we arrived we were greeted by friendly front desk staff and they made our check in quick. We got to the room expecting to find a dumb but were pleasantly surprised! The room was clean and had no odor, the beds were comfortable, and there was minimal noise. I wouldn't recommend the breakfast it wasn't so great... Overall for a short stay I would recommend this hotel!

I would not recommend this facility to anyone. I don't mind dated but the place was not well kept or clean! The bathroom door was two different colors of paint & it did not shut. There was a layer of grime everywhere. The steps outside were in disrepair.

In my first room assignment 2 of the 4 lamps and the television remote didn't work. Also, I'll spare the details but you may want to think about alternatives to the continental breakfast. That being said, it was the cheapest hotel I found in the area so I did get what I paid for.

For the amount of money I paid for the hotel, I was dissatisfied with the service. I had requested additional towels and the hotel staff acted as if I was a nuisance. Also, I found it ridiculous that family of 4 staying in one room is unable to all enjoy the continental breakfast. Only 2 people per room. Ridiculous. Go somewhere else if you ask me.

Rooms very quaint but had a definate odor of mustyness. Sink was very very slow draining which did hinder the ability to shave and brushing my teeth. As I wear dentures the slow drain was very difficult. Housecleaning conviently forgot to clean my room one day which was very inconvient and disapointing.

Hotel rooms often have stale smells or dull linen but I have never been to a hotel with roaches. I was unable to be objective after that. I would be unable to recconmend this hotel without the mention of the fact that when I moved the coffee pot to kill one bug, there were more!

Our non-smoking room had a cigarette burn hole in the comforter. I would not recommend swimming in the outdoor pool. It is literally green.

To start with, the AC was blowing hot air and the room was very muggy. The bathroom fan was not working thus the humidity in the room. The reason we did not complain about it was because we were only there for two nights each less than eight hours. If it was more than that, we would have requested another room.

Carpet torn, bedspread filthy, walls & carpet filthy, tub drain out laying in tub. I wouldn't take my shoes off it was so bad, however, they did give me a different room on the other side of the hotel, which wasn't great but it was 100 times better than the first room.

A perfectly run of the mill Ramada Inn room, with out of date furnishings and color scheme, but certainly comfy and clean enough. The only odd thing was that the bed was not made with a fitted sheet so the flat sheet that was used kept pulling up so you ended up sleeping on the mattress.

Well I booked an smoking,there were no ash trays. The wireless internet in the room wasn't worth a damn(2.0 mbsp)The staff just started cleaning the room on my arrival(3:30p.m.)I checked out about 11:00a.m. The best thing about the hotel was the Lounge "Mango Manny's" Great staff,food and athmosphere.

The hotel room was excellent, staff was very friendly. the room just got done being remodeled. brand new kitchen appliances, and countertops, bathroom was remodeled and everything in the room was new, including a brand new flat panel tv! excellent room for anyone traveling, could not have been happier. The elevators are a little scary, that was the only downfall of the whole experience.

hotel clerks were friendly but the rooms need a lot of work paint, new furniture, carpets. also to much going outside our door at night people partying and being very loud!

The business center, consisting of one computer workstation, was not operational, nor had it been for some time. There was no anticipation from hotel management that it would be repaired in the foreseeable future.

I was absolutely blown away by the room I stayed in. I definately did not expect a room that nice for the price I paid. I happened to stay in a smoking room but there were no signs of anyone smoking in there. I would definately return here.

Reserved a non-smoking king-sized room which reeked of cigarette smoke. Was given a two double bed room at same rate. We were booked for two night stay; and the room was not serviced at all. No fresh towels, no beds made. My husband had to go to the front office to pick up clean towels at 10:30 pm. Complimentary breakfast wasn't fully free. There were charges for beverages and quality of food was only fair. The general cleanliness of the room was well below acceptable.

Room was not cleaned from previous guest at check in. Could not check in on time. Card key did not work. But it did work for another room by mistake with people sleeping in it! No coffee in room and none available from desk! Ramada had a "don't care " attitude. Did nothing - walked across the street for coffee.

A couple of family members and myself stayed at the hotel overnight. When we arrived the front desk clerk was very nice and professional, so I said to myself "wow, so far so good"! However, when we went into the room, the room smelled horribly of stale smoke, the towels & wash clothes were dingy & the carpet was stained. Luckily i brought my own. The air conditioner appeared to need a new filter because the air flow quality was poor. but besides that the staff was courtious and professional. The rate is not bad if your looking for an affordable hotel in a decent area for a short stay.

Check in time is 3:00 and we arrived early (1:00) and no rooms were available. I had three rooms booked and paid for months in advance. We were told that we could not check in until 3:00. We waited in an under furnished lobby for 2 hours until exactly 3:00PM, when all of the rooms magically became available. Clearly some of the rooms were available earlier but the hotel staff was not about pass them out one minute before 3:00pm. We had two elderly couples in our party and I had asked the desk manager to release rooms as they became available, however the hotel staff was completely insensitive to our needs. My request to speak to the manager was denied by the front desk clerk. I was told that the manager could not be disturbed for this issue. For sure, I will not be disturbing that manager or any of the hotel staff ever again.

The front desk was not knowledgeable about wireless internet. Also, the cleaning staff left the door to the room open during our stay and the heat/air conditioning was not working and was in pieces in the room.

When we checked in we were given a room that had not been cleaned and had been vacant for several days. The next room was marginally clean, had no shower curtain, a foot flush toilet, and the bathroom door would not latch! It was a pigsty!!!!
