Radisson Blu Portman Hotel - Londres

I stayed here for 6 nights. There was no internet for 2 days, the message light on the phone was constantly on and the staff were incapable of fixing it (the solution was to unplug the phone!). The room itself (which was upgraded) was small even by London standards. Food was below average. Shower was broken and never properly fixed. All in all very disappointing.

This hotel was a good hotel. the area was pretty good as well. the room was a bit small for my liking, but it was spotless! We ordered room service one night. The food and service were very good! Overall I give this hotel a 6.5 out of 10.

I've stayed at this hotel before and the service and facilities were as good as before. The free wireless is a plus for keeping in touch. The location is great for shopping being just two blocks from Oxford Street.

Rooms are small but that is typical of most London hotels. The location is perfect and the hotel is well maintained. The staff is most welcoming and anxious to please. The rooms offer free Internet if you have your own computer but the "business center" computer charges an excessive rate. Same for the room telephone.....calls are very expensive. I would certainly stay here again but I'd make other arrangements for the telephone and internet.

This is a clean, modern hotel. Our room was clean and matched the description. There was a wide choice available at breakfast and the service was polite and quick. The location is fairly quiet yet convenient for central London and Marble Arch / Oxford Street are five minutes walk away. For all that, this is very much a business hotel with nothing special to commend it. Dinner was relatively expensive compared with many other places nearby, and the large dining area and bar are drowned out most nights with the noise from the TV screen showing football, which is very off-putting.

We would definitely staty here again!! Great holtel, great location. Not too expensive

The hotel was in a quiet street off Oxford Street only 15mins in taxi from Euston. Unfortunately given a double room instead of a twin. Moved to twin on 2nd floor and there was a function on first floor! Noisy till 2.30am! Next day moved to Penthouse suite as compensation - it was a bit tired and I was told a proper extra bed would be put in the room - it was a put-you-up-bed and not v comfy!! The staff were pleasant and the food was very good, shame about the lost sleep + relaxation. Enjoyed stay overall.

Me and my brother stayed for a couple of nights and enjoyed the good location close to Oxford street and the night life. The hotel itself has a good standard and is defineatly worth staying at.

Location was very convenient in terms of proximity to shopping areas and all forms of public transportation. The hotel's neighborhood was also quite safe. The hotel rooms were very clean and the staff was polite and highly efficient. The rate per night was about average for a decent hotel in London. Overall, a great choice! Would definitely stay here again.

hotel was ideally located, central to all the sites and oxford and bond street. very impressed with the hotel,it was so comfy and clean.staff were very helpful.

It was a good hotel! I had 3 peopels at one room,,,, It's samll but it's fine!

A short taxi ride from Paddington Station makes for easy(inexpensive) access from Heathrow via Heathrow Express. Also a short walk to Oxford Street, Hyde Park etc. Price was on par with similar hotels in the area. Hotel staff was very friendly; maid service was prompt, checkin and checkout effortless and the concierge was attentive. Standard room was a little small but clean and comfy, mine was a Chinese motiff. The free AND accessible wireless access was nice, others often charge IF you can connect. Overall there were no negative impressions during my stay.

We encountered a problem when we arrived at our room--a screaming baby in an adjacent room. We brought the situation to the attention of the front desk and were moved immediately to better room. The responsiveness of hotel staff was atypical of most hotels, even the best.

The hotel was decent, considering hotel prices in this city - more expensive than anything I'd spend on this type of hotel in the US, but much better than others I've stayed in in London (for twice the price). The location was great - quiet street, but a couple of blocks from great restaurants, a great shopping area and two, very central, tube stations (bond street and marble arch). It's a very convenient place to stay.

Vennlig og serviceminded personale Meget sentral beliggenhet

Blev påhoppade två gånger angående vår räkning som var i sin ordning. Ena gången ringde de och kallade ner oss till receptionen, andra gången låg ett brev på rummet när vi kom hem. De ville ha betalt för vår extrasäng somr redan var betald via Hotels.com. Sedan ändrade de sig och bad om ursäkt. De var hela tiden var vänliga men trots det kändes det obehagligt och märkligt.

First time in this hotel with children on holiday but I have stayed there numerous times over several years for business. It's as good for vacationing as buisness but of course a very expensive holiday stay - stayed with children in a business room with separate beds. Good service, friendly personel and a superb breakfast included. Quiet location and quiet rooms but central, a few minutes walk to Oxford Str and Marble Arch.

Jeg og de fire andre jeg reiste sammen er ikke imponert over hvor daarlig informasjon som ble gitt ved innsjekking. Vi fikk ikke beskjed om at den ekstra senga vi skulle ha ble fraktet inn på kvelden. Det ble ikke lagt inn ekstra haandklaer og kopp paa tremannsrommet. Hadde kanskje forventet det på et firestjerners hotell.

Bra läge, bra pris, bra (men väldigt dyr) frukost. Inga konstigheter ett bra hotell, helt enkelt.

Blir helt klart flera övernattningar på detta fantastiska hotell. Allt var perfekt.

Läget gör att det är en bra utgångspunkt för vandringar i London. Det är lagom stort men rummen är små som ofta på Londons hotell. En trkig utveckling är att frukost inte längre ingår i rumspriset. Och att betala 18 pund för en kontinental frukost är definitivt inte prisvärt. Frukosten intas med fördel i stället på Mars & Spencer eller Selfridges till ungefär halva hotellpriset.

Το δωμάτιο μας ήταν μικρό, η θέρμανση δεν λειτουργούσε, όταν ζητήσαμε την επόμενη μέρα να το φροντίσουν τοποθέτησαν απλά ένα μικρό ηλεκτρικό φορητό καλοριφέρ! Το δωμάτιο ήταν 3*, κατώτερο από αυτό που περιμέναμε για αυτην την τιμή και κατηγορία του ξενοδοχείου. Η τοποθεσία του ξενοδοχείου είναι πολύ καλή, στο κέντρο, κοντά σε σταθμό μετρό.

Hotellet var mycket bra, trevlig, kunnig och duktig personal. Jag hade dock missat att frukosten inte ingick i priset och tyckte att den var ganska dyr - bra, men lite väl dyr!

Trenger generell oppussing. Meget lytt både mellom rom, og fra korridor. Servicenivå akseptabelt, men ikke mer.

Mycket bra läge nära till Oxford street, Hydepark, och många trevliga Restauranger i närheten.

Emplacement excellent mais mauvais service : sur 3 jours chambre non nettoyée une fois & une autre fois le nettoyage a été effectué en fin de journée suite à notre rappel (chambres mal nettoyées). Mauvais check out : on a voulu nous facturer des conso mini bar non prises. Room service exigeant 10% minimum de pourboire, Health club fermé...

Bra service, trevlig personal. Bra central läge. Inredningen är lika spännande som en hyrstuga i svenska fjällen. En blandning mellan 70-, 80- och 90-tal med murriga heltäckningsmattor och eltermostater som hänger på snedden. Föreställer mig att man kan få tag i ett hotell med samma standard alldeles i näreheten till ett lägre pris.

Wenige Gehminuten von der Oxfordstreet und von der U-Bahn-Station Marple Arch als Vorteil. Der Preis hingegen ist abschreckend, z.B. Frühstück knapp zwanzig Pfund, Fitness zehn Pfund, von den Zimmer gar nicht zu sprechen). Platzangebot beim Frühstück oft sehr knapp.
