check in was quick and informative. Room was clean and well decorated. only 5 mins on the bus to the airport. food was lovely.

There was only one small elevator near the hotel lobby. Getting up to the 2nd floor was not easy with luggage. There are quite a few stair wells and the passages were very narrow. Our room was as far away from the lobby as one could get and it was like walking a maze. No keyed building access other than the lobby. We drove around the parking lots for more than 20 minutes to find an available spot - on a Saturday night. Otherwise my rating for the hotel itself was great. Nice to be able to rely on Marriott's comfort standards.

All staff that we came into contact with couldn't do enough for us. Very helpful. Room was clean and well equipt. Breakfast was great. Great value for money.

Great hotel in a very good location close to the airport. Rooms are very spacious and well kept.

Firstly lets say in general the hotel was very good, my room was excellent, very comfortable bed, large well appointed bathroom and a nice office area. But and for me a very big BUT, I am a business traveler arriving from Europe so expected the Marroitt Manchester Airport to be close to the Airport. Well it took me 10 min to find out where to catch the bus from and then when the bus arrived I find out you have to pay. I missed that bus as I had to go and find an ATM to get some Pounds! Eventually another bus arrived and 15 min later we got to the Hotel. Overall it took me an hour. I dont expect to pay for a "Hotel Shuttle bus" and I could have used the money on a better situated hotel. So beware and have money raedy

Nice clean and very good service

A cut above the other Manchester airport hotels that I've stayed at. Executive room is was a nice touch & worth the extra few dollars.

Uber professional, spotlessly clean and very welcoming - an absolute bargain if you can get the 'stay two nights, get third night free' deal - worked out cheaper than a dodgy B&B and such an amazing bed - SO glad we found it online!

Enjoyable stay for an airport hotel. Just wish it was attached to the airport fo logistics.

Nice place to stay. Either for an overnight before hitting the airport or a longer stay. The spa and pool were top notch. My only complaint were the cold hallways. It's a really nice hotel, they can pay to heat the hallways. Other than that a superb stay.

I had a few problems but they were sorted out very quickly. The spa is fantastic and the beds are most enjoyable. They really do care about your stay! bravo

Had a 6am international flight to catch; with chekc in 2 hours before the Marriot is very convenient. Terminal is about 5 minutes away by the hotel shuttle (which you do have to pay for).

This hotel has the spaciousness and comfort you expect from a Marriott. The rooms were very comfortable and large, but the problem is they are impossible to find! Even with the hotel map, it took me 15 minutes to find my way though the maze of hallways (some of which are not on the map!) When I finally found my room, the key didn't work! We had to have our keys fixed 3 times. It is 2 miles from the airport and the only places to eat close by are those in the hotel. I would only stay here again if they correct their maps and get their room key system fixed.

The hotel was clean,friendly and offered affordable,varied snacks and meals.The grounds were beautifully kept . Myself and my children would definately stay there again.

Very claen on arrival. Service was ok. the rooms were very clean and plenty of room to move about as we have a son in a wheelchair. the beds were very well set out and lovely and comfy.

Enjoyed the hotel. The bathroom amenities and bedding were superb. Like a boutique hotel. Only problems were (1)further from the airport than we thought it was (2) they put us in smoking rooms though we requested non smoking and (3) the hotel is a 'maze' and it took quite a hike with our big suitcases to finally get to our room and (4)it cost 30 dollars to use the wireless internet in the rooms, thought that was way too steep of a price since the rooms were pretty pricey themselves.

Excellent hotel was very close to the airport and M56, but was still in a quiet location. The room was large and comfortable with lots of storage. The bathroom was very clean.

Great hotel with excellent rooms and service. Hotel has just been refurbished and it shows in both the accommodations and service levels. I highly recommend.

Rigtig god familie hotel, med god svimmingpool. Men det bedste var de meget engagerede medarbejdere der gav en meget personlig og venlig betjening.

Personalen var utöver det vanliga, och gjorde verkligen sitt bästa för att få oss att känna oss välkomna. Men 3 £ för 15 min internet eller 5 £ för en bussresa till flygplatsen (och ytterligare 3 om du vill komma in till Manchester), samt 6£ per dag för parkering gjorde inte det här hotellet till den fyndresa vi hoppats.
