NO AC, no towels..

I booked this hotel for myself and three others. This hotel is very small and is in ned of a little TLC, however the receptionists and other staff were very friendy and helpful. The location of the hotel is great for the sights and to access the metro. We had a great stay!!

Good points - Very good location for the centre of paris. great location to use as a base to see the city. The room was cleaned both days that we stayed at the hotel, to a high standard. Receptionist spoke English Bad points - Room was very small, but it was what we were expecting realy. On leaving the hotel we had to hand our key into reception then it would be given back to us on our return without us having to prove our identity. This worried us slightly as our key could have been given to a complete stranger. The hotel should install a key card system. The air conditioning in the room didnt work and the room became unbearably hot making it hard to get to sleep. There was a tile missing in the bathroom which looked a bit unsightly.

We were very happy with the service the employees that run the place are very nice and helpful, the room was very clean. You have to pay for breakfast, but it is worth the price. They have a great selection of good items, you can eat all you want and be satisfied for the rest of the day until dinner.

The front desk was ok depending on who was there to help you. The location is amazing. About 2 blocks away from the Louvre. On the bad side, they charge 9 euro for breakfast, and the beds aren't comfortable. If you are looking to just go see the sites this location is great. If you are looking to party I'd go somewhere else.

January 09, business trip. My wife and I (neither speak any french)arrived to CDG in the morning from U.S. on overnight flight, got to downtown Paris on RER train ("B" blue line to Chatelet Les Halles station)and changed to Metro (easy and cheap, less then 10 euros). Got to the hotel before check-in time, front desk was very accomodating and offered us a room on the ground level with a comment "if you do not like it we can give you another room". The room offered was smaller, on the groung level, next to the front desk and the elevator, had 2 single beds pushed together-not our first choice. We asked the front desk for another room, this room was "the biggest room we have" spacious, on the top floor (6th) with 2 queen beds, 2 full bathrooms-very convenient, 2 tv's and the view of the roofs across the street. We were surprised and very satisfied. Beds were OK. One wall lamp was damaged, TV remote was missing a battery cover, both minor flaws. TVs only had 5 channels, all french. Location and value of this hotel is hard to beat, about 5 min walk to Louvre and metro stations, about 10 min walk to Notre-Damme, Tuileries, Opera, Lafayette stores etc. Great experience, highly recommended.

my very first time to paris and with absolutely no knowledge of french i thought i was going to find it hard locatingthe hotel...but voila it was very easy locating as it's very centrally located and getting around central paris is very easy the staff are very friendly and the rooms though small were quite decent for a budget hotel i would definitely stay there the next time am there and would recommend it to any one visiting paris for a quick weekend break...

very good location and nice people in the front desk very helpful. i like it , i dont know if we got a good price deal but overall a good experiance

Superb central location three minutes walk from Le Louvre easy metro access Nice friendly staff who do speak in English if you like Very nice clean and warm Would go back there again

Good marketing, the room was a little smaller than expected. Aircondition broken in whole hotel. We had a problem, thought we had booked a double room (through hotels.com) but actually got a single-deluxe room for an extra charge. Would call this a 2 star hotel and not a 3 star.

Terrible room, broken light by the bed so impossible to read and the only light that worked was hanging out of the wall. When I arrived the lift was not working and my room was on the 6th floor but I was not offered help with my bags. The bathroom was so so tiny, and it smelt terrible - like there was a problem with the drains or something was going rotten. A terrible experience, avoid this hotel

l'hôtel est très bien placé. mais les chambres sont petites et mal équipées. la climatisation est bruyante et peu efficace, il n'y a pas de prises électrique (j'ai du débrancher la tv pour recharger mon téléphone). et dernier détail, la tv de l'hôtel ne propose ni canal+ ni la tnt.

Veldig sentralt hotell, beliggenheten kunne ikke vært bedre ift. operaen, Louvre og Jardin de Tuliers, men renholdet på hotellet var elendig. Da vi spurte om de hadde noen restauranter å anbefale, endte vi på noen veldig gjennomsnittelige steder med heller kjedelige menyer. Bruk heller restaurantforslagene i reiseguidene.

Hotellet ligger vid en lugn och tyst gata centralt i Paris. Promenadavstånd till Operan och Louvren. Bra krogar i alla prisklasser alldeles intill hotellet.

Bien placé - Près de l'opéra dans une rue calme

Je suis globalement déçu compte tenu des 3 étoiles attribuées à l'hôtel. Le personnel est aimable et professionnel. Les équipements beaucoup moins : internet payant, petit déjeuner dans une cave bien aménagée

This hotel has a very good location. The rooms are small but clean and ok.
