Great service, very clean and comfortable hotel. Staff were extremely polite and helpful. Very quiet hotel even though next to the airport.

I was awoken at 12:00 by jack hammering. I could here the guy next door snoring. His alarm went off at 4:00 am. The girl at the front desk just shrugged. The bar was a cafeteria and extremely ugly ,uncomfortable and over air conditioned.

Frequent Coach service to Airport. Lovely Buffet, fast room service, very close to Airport Terminal.

good place if you need a place to sleep before a flight out of Dublin.

Hotel seemed ok, but roudy guests made it hard to sleep. When asked desk for help, no one seemed to come tell them to stop.

The hotel is located next to the airport and the hotel provided a free shuttle. The hotel did not have air conditioning in the rooms but they did provide a fan and the weather was cool.

I NEEDED A SHORT STAY IN DUBLIN TO CATCH A FLIGHT WITH KIDS. THIS WAS PERFECT AND FOOD WAS REASONABLE IN THE BAR.

Great location I would not pay the regular price that totally does not worth it. The hotel for me was more a 3 stars than a 4 stars but so convenient with the airport shuttle and the price we pay on hotels.com

We expected breakfast to be included in rate, but it was not. The toilet did not flush appropriately. It is convenient to the Dublin airport. Previously, we had stayed here and had received much better service--bathrobe, slippers, etc. but all these amenities have been cut despite the fact that the price has escalated.

Courtesy bus to and from airport which linked with airbus and local bus. Bar had a good atmosphere and staff were friendly.

Requested two beds on booking. They tried to give us a single and eventually got what we requested - 2 small single beds. Close to Airport, Shuttle is handy. Main complaint is the water was cold throughout the hotel, we had to boil water to wash our hair. Hotel said they would give us a credit for the inconvienince which hasn't happened.

To start on a positive note, the location is convenient, the furnishings are nice and the room size was large - at least the room we ended up in was. However, when we first arrived and went to our room on the second floor, the room entire floor was dark and dingy and smelled of cigarette smoke. We were travelling with our ten month old daughter and asked for a room on another floor. While I waited for my husband to get us a new room, a hotel worker came through the floor spraying the carpet something that smelled like Febreeze throughout the second floor. When we got a new room, I noticed the carpeting was FILTHY. I'm not exaggerating. Black stains throughout the entire room. My husband again asked for another room - like I said we have a ten month old that would be crawling all over the floor. The other carpet in the other room was just as bad so we stayed where we were. The hotel staff was nice enough. But the place has obviously not been kept up. When I went to get a drink down at the bar - the bartenders were extremely rude - and then called up to the room to make sure I was allowed to charge a drink to our room. Because apparantly I needed my husband to confirm it was ok. Unfortunately, there aren't alot of options in hotels near the Dublin airport. We have a relatively early morning flight so the convenience weighed heavily in our decision to stay here. But in the future, I will likely get up an hour earlier to allow time to return the car and stay at the Westin downtown (or Jury's).

We needed to be close to the airport for an early morning flight, and this hotel fit the bill perfectly....within .5 km of the airport. It wasn't possible to walk between the airport and the hotel due to no sidewalks, but the shuttle ran very often, with very friendly and helpful drivers. Very easy to catch a bus downtown and back again for a quick afternoon trip to the city. Nice lounge and good casual dinner, but breakfast was too expensive Would definitely recommend this hotel if you need to be close to the airport.

We stayed there on our first night and last night in Ireland. There is easy access into the city with 24 hour buses from the airport that run every 15 minutes. Cost is euro for a round trip. Taxis are about 25 euro each way. this hotel is only one of two hotels that are on airport property. It is a two minute shuttle ride to the airport drop of point. It is a not a very " Irish hotel" but it serves its purpose.

I was somewhat surprised to find the room had no air conditioning. True, it's Europe. But an airport hotel of this class should have cooling in every room. I asked for a fan and received one quickly.

We needed a hotel for one night - flew into Dublin from London and then departed the next morning. The free shuttle worked perfectly. I addition, we were pleasantly surprised that we could go to a nearby gym and lap pool for free and the shuttle even took us there! Everyone was very helpful and friendly.

I found no problems with this hotel. It is just what the doctor ordered after 7 fabulous days in Ireland. It had all the conveniences of an American hotel and was close to the airport. The beds were comfortable, it was not too noisy, the shower water pressure was perfect, and the hotel staff was friendly and curteous. They offer a free shuttle every 15 minutes to the airport and it only takes a couple minutes to get there. They have two restaurants in the hotel with one offering very expensive meals and the other offering reasonably priced meals. There were a lot of people at the reasonably priced restaurant, but the service was good and the food tasted great.

Arrivée en fin d'après midi, la navette gratuite nous conduit en 2min devant l'hotel. La réception est très courtoise. Ma chambre est magnifique.Grande, propre.Absolument rien à redire.

Je devais prendre un avion très tôt le matin et comme cet hôtel proposait un tarif très avantageux et un service gratuit de navette pour l'aéroport, je n'ai pas hésité. Et je ne le regrette pas. Cependant, il faudrait revoir les moquettes dans les couloirs menant aux chambres car elles sont tachées et vieillottes. Il n'y a que des chaines de télévison irlandaises et britanniques. J'avoue que j'aurai apprécié une ou deux chaines de télévision francophones. J'ai beaucoup apprécié le petit déjeuner mis à disposition dans le hall pour les départs très tôt.

Sehr freundliches Hotel unmittelbar am Flughafen mit hervorragendem Shuttle-Service. Großzügige, ruhige Zimmer, alles ist sehr gut gepflegt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!

Rummet kändes ofräscht,dåligt utbud på frukosten,för 19 euro förväntar jag mig mer. Var enda matgästen och fick efter 45 min mat som var allt annat en god. Gillar Sas Radisson men här bor jag INTE igen.

Kan kun anbefales. Værelset levede fuldstændigt op til vores forventninger. Stort og velindrettet med mulighed for at lave både kaffe og the. Fine bade- og toiletfaciliteter. Meget behageligt med fri transport fra og til lufthavnen. Effektiv check ind og ud. Vi vender meget gerne tilbage.
