It was very close to shopping and was a nice hotel. They are a little wishy washy when it comes to assisting customers with shuttle service. The breakfast was ok. needs some hot food other than toast and bagels.

Hotel is very nice and so are the staff, and maybe it was our room but the toliet did not flush very well nor were the beds "queen sized" but full instead. I would recommend, but maybe not perhaps our specific room - 105.

The hotel was beautiful, the rooms were very modern looking-extremely roomy. I would definitely stay here again-the price was lower than most in the area and it was across the street from IKEA and Woodfield.

The service was outstanding. Request for extra blankets/towels met immediately.Beds were super super plush and comfortable. Breakfast not bad for continental.Wish bathroom was bigger. Outstanding neigborhood. Free Shuttle offered to Woodfield mall and restaurants in area. hotel right across fromm IKEA.Close to major hwy.30 min from downtown chicago.Great indoor pool and sauna.Would definitely return.

"Nice hotel..breakfast need improvement"

This is a clean, comfortable hotel but I have 2 complaints. First, the breakfast is pitiful unless you pay extra for waffles or a few other menu items. For the price of the room I think they could offer more variety. The second complaint is that the bathroom is so small and the vanity is outside of the bathroom. I prefer a hotel where ther shower and vanity are together. I will say that the beds were comfortable and the rooms were large. If you don't want breakfast or mind the vanity being outside of the bathroom then this would be a good hotel to stay at.

We were very impressed. This hotel was very roomy, clean and we were overall super impressed. We booked three different hotels this summer and this by far is the nicest and cheapest one we stayed at! Our room was amazing! The pool was perfect and they had a lounge area. It was beautiful and we will deffinately return! Thank you for an amazing weekend!!!

Great motel! I've stayed here before for a lower price. That's the only thing that bothered me was the price. But because it's so nice and clean- I would stay here again and again.

This is one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed at. The room size was very large and there was enough space for our family and others to come visit. We happened to have our travel DVD player along and we were happily surprised that the tv had the hook ups for us to use the player with the huge tv in the room. The pool was nice but the room was very chilly. The location was great and it was very near plenty of different restaurants as well as shopping. The breakfast was great but the flow of the room wasn't the greatest. There were people coming for the food at all ends and there were a lot of "traffic jams". That was just a minor event and I wouldn't even consider it an issue.

We liked the hotel. Room was clean and the service people were very friendly. The only disappointment was the breakfast. There were not many choice to eat. We had to pay stuff like egg and waffle. Overall, a nice and convenient hotel to stay.

Travelers. Nice 42" plasmas, nice décor, great beds. Only complaint and I know it's minor...small bathroom and not enough drawers for all my clothes. Other than that the place is great.

The hotel was good but there was group of people staying and was too loud and many people at the breakfast. Me, my wife and 3year old son had to stand and wait more than 15minutes to get a table and it was long line for get the bread toasted. Also, the Jacuzzi tub was broken and my family was very disappointed because we really wanted get relaxed after driving 8 hours from Kentucky.

This hotel was wonderful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was clean, modern and very comfortable. Restaurants and shopping centers were easily accessible from the hotel. Hyatt has done it right with this hotel concept. I will stay there again, when in the area.

We usually stay in the city when we come to Chicago but on this visit we brought our 5-year old son and wanted something more kid-friendly. The location was great -easy to drive in and out of the city but so much more comfortbale and affordable. We loved playing in the pool. The free breakfast was great. The room was great. Being so close to the mall was perfect. We had a great stay and will certianly be back.

There is a huge flat panel TV which swivels to the sitting area (ample seating and very comfortable) and the bedroom with a great picture quality. Staff was very friendly and nice. Like the 24 hour access to snacks and drinks. Breakfast, not bad. Room was nicely decorated. A little noisy from the hallway. We were just down from the ice maker and you could hear it from the sitting area pretty loud. But all in all, a nice place and near the Woodfield mall and IKEA.

This is one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in. Flat screen TV, comfortable bed and linens. Just wish there had been a microwave. I had to spend one night at another hotel down the street. Was not as nice nor as large. Loved the breakfast. This is a place I would check into just for a fun weekend.
