Shaftesbury Premier London Notting Hill - Londres

The neighborhood of Notting Hil was absolutely charming and I would definitely recommend this area for your stay. The hotel rooms were very small by American standards but impeccably clean with very modern bathrooms and amenities. We were not thrilled with the front desk staff- they were pleasant but not overly helpful. If you're looking to be in a great area and don't care about being fussed over- this is definitely the place to stay. Well worth the affordable room fees.

Decently priced hotel at a central location. Very friendly and helpful staff that made for a pleasent stay. However, while the rooms are clean and feel fresh, they're as small as they come. Would be claustrophopic staying more than a couple days there. Still, would recommend a breif stay given the price/quality trade-off.

This hotel was priced right, updated, very modern bath room, great service. The room was small, but clean and well stocked. Location was not far from the tube or bus service.

Nice location, good sized rooms, but in need of renovation and upgrades. Cheap toiletries, thin towels, small bathroom. I'd rate this hotel 2 stars.

The hotel was just as promised-small but clean. The best part was the location: only a short walk to two different Tube Stations and a few short blocks to Kensington Gardens.

The room was very small and uncomfortable. They kept their hotel trash less than 10 feet from the only window in the room, and were not very accomodating when it came to directions, hailing a cab, ordering food (room service).

Very cramped. Poor room security (non locking window). Poor directions. Room looked like a 1930s facility. Bath room was primitive.

Room was too small with uncomfortable beds. The bathroom was made for midgets and was not clean (mold on walls and in shower).

New beds would be good. People booking a single room should be noticed that this is so small you have to go outside to change opinion. Also that these rooms are in the basement is good to know for most people. In the morning it would be nice if the staff did pay some respect to the guests by not slamming the doors "staff only" when they are near by the rooms where guests try to sleep.
