"Clean but Noisy"

Major complaints were from noise. Noise from the air conditioner and from people in the hallway, it felt like there was no door there. Pillows are a personal preference, for us they were terrible.

The hotel room was very nice for the morning. We were told at check-in that happy hour was from 5 - 8 but when we arrived at the lounge at 7:06 we were told the happy hour ended at 7. We told the manager that we were told 8 but he was inflexible and not concerned that the front desk was giving misinformation. The pool was nice but the walls could be a little thicker. I would stay again and get to happy hour earlier.

The front desk staff was exceptional, as was maintenance and housekeeping. If we need to stay in the Livermore area again we'll definitely choose this property.

Visited the Four Points on the night of July 3rd. Extremely clean room and great grounds (running streams, etc.) Nice swimming pool and spa. Every thing that we could have asked for.

"When is Pleasanton stay FOUR POINTS SHERATON"

The front counter staff was experienced, quick, friendly without being cute,and delivered a key in short order. The room was clean, the internet fast, the bed soft (towel also!) and quiet. Parking was close to the room and there are scores of eating places within a mile or so. The on-site food is expensive, slow, and so-so and do not even consider it as a possibility any longer. No elevator but we all need the exercise. Go 4Points!

We stayed for 2 days and this hotel exceeded our expectations. My wife and I are impressed with the size of the room, and the cleanliness inside and the outside areas of the hotel. The hot tub/spa water temperature needs to be adjusted, it was pretty hot. We are definetly going back if I'm in the area again. The LCD TV was a good addition.

When we first booked our room we were a little worried and expecting something completely differnt for the price. However after we arrived and were greeted by such a pleasant staff and beutiful court yard we would have gladly paid double what we were paying. I really liked the pillows and the pool was sparkling clean and the court yard stunning.

Very clean large room with what appeared to be fairly new furnishings. Quiet but very convenient area. Have stayed at other motel/hotels within 2 blocks of this one for about the same price but they don't come close in comparison.

One thing missin was a refrigerator in hotel room. Rooms are very nicely decorated and are very clean. I would stay again for price hotel.com charged me.

Nice hotel especially with a great weekend rate. Location is acceptable if you need to be in the East Bay or want to visit the Livermore wine country. I'll go back again.

Our stay at Four Points Shearton was very nice. We only stayed for a couple of nights but the rooms were so clean...the bed very comfortable...the staff friendly...and was located near many resturants and stores. Overall I was totally impressed with the excellance of the rooms!!!

My wife and I have stayed here three times. The service has always been good. The bed has been very clean and comfortable. Our room had a 32 inch flat-screen TV which allows you to watch recent movies (for a fee)and has HBO for free. There is a Denny's restaurant nearby and other restaurants. There is a shopping center fairly near in Dublin with an IMAX theater in it. The off-season rates have been really good when we checked them. We recommend that you book at least 14 days in advance. The only complaint I would have is the parking spaces near our room were pretty narrow.

We waited in a long line to register, although I had already paid online. Because of this, they upgraded our hotel room to a nicer one and it was really nice. The place seemed very clean and the bed was comfy. We ate at their adjacent restaurant, Faz, and it was wonderful. I highly recommend.

the hotel is very nice the price for the weekend is good they always seem to want more money durning the week
