Ramada Brighton - Brighton

Rooms were okay, position was nice, breakfast was lovely. NIce hotel.

Not bad, great location, but feels like being inside a maze inside a shoebox - ask for a room near the front or you might have to do a half marathon to get to your room near the back of the hotel - it's much bigger than it looks in the pics

We didn't get to sample the food here as it was a flying visit but everything about this hotel is excellent. Great central location at Brighton beach. The accomadations are very clean, contemporary and comfortable. Great value for money also. Would definetely recommend and stay again...

when booking, they didnt tell us that it was £15 per car for overnight stay, and the double bed was two mattresses joined, with a ridge, quite a walk away from main shopping area etc

Lovely stay in a lovely hotel, on the sea front, watch the dramatic sea whilst hold up in the bar or the dinning room. Great breakfast, well worth the money.

Excellent location with friendly & helpful staff. We were allocated a room at the back of the hotel on the 1st floor which was comfortably hot and stuffy as there was no aircon and the windows which faced an enclosed area with no real prospect of a draught could only be opened a few inches. Otherwise we were perfectably happy with the hotel.

The hotel in general was nice and the staff were very friendly, I suppose it came as no surprise that a trip to Brighton would be expensive, however I found the Ramada hotel was rather over-priced in all areas, particularly the restaurant and bar area. It is a well known fact that hotel bars and restaurants are expensive, however, we found the prices extravagant for what was put in front of us. Nice hotel for the right person, however not for us.

Very accommodating hotel that let us check in early and provided free secure storage indoors for my bicycle after the ride. Good sized hotel room with a bath in the bathroom which was much needed! Lovely free breakfast the next day too. Great to be on the seafront but without the price of the De Vere further down the road. Recommended.

I recently spent two nights at this sea-front hotel with my elderly mother-in-law and we were impressed. The rooms were newly refurbished with brand new shower rooms (although a bath would have been nice), new beds and state of the art TV system. Service was very good, on arrival we weren't allocated rooms close together and this was sorted straight away. Everyone was friendly and helpful. With the special deal from Hotels.com it was very good value for money. Although it said it was a mile from shops, Lanes and pier, it didn't seem that far. There was parking on site (at a cost but still handy for a Brighton hotel). Only small complaints were that breakfast was quite expensive, there was no gym and there was horrible 'piped' music in the dining room. I don't think there was air-conditioning and the rooms might be hot in the height of summer. Would stay here again.

Shabby, uncared for and not to be recommended. The staff were not friendly at the front desk and the rooms were small and although clean really dated. The corridors and common areas of the hotel needed updating and overall there was a strange unwelcoming feeling about this place. Noisy rooms where you could hear everyone next door as well as upstairs. Good location for town and right on the seafront. However will not be returning

I believe this is the best hotel in brighton. forget the big name hotels like the hilton and thistle, the ramada is where its at. from the moment we arrived there it was quality service throughout our stay. the room was great, very clean and very cosy with a great seafront view. there is parking on site at the front and the rear, the front on this ocassion was full so parking around the back required a £15 parking fee. rather steep i know, but i believe it was worth it as the car was secure and watched at all times which gave me piece of mind. i would defiantely recomend this hotel for either business or leisure, its the nicest hotel i have ever stayed at in a long time. worth every penny try it for yourself.

The hotel was a little walk (5/10 mins) from the town / Pier but better value than some of the other beach front hotels not so far out. Good view from the seafront rooms. The staff were all pleasant and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

Although the hotel is looking a little tired our room was modern, comfortable and clean Staff were very helpful Parking can be a problem and you have to pay fifteen pounds per night that is if you can find a space

Clear directions to hotel. After a long journey and having parked in front of the hotel we were made to feel welcome. We were directed to the hotel carpark and our luggage taken to our rooms. Taht made a big difference to us.

I only stopped one night on business but integrated some leisure time into my stay. Friendly service which was also flexible and helpful. Unusual for such a large hotel. Room was clean, tidy and well decorated. Couldn't ask for more. I would recommed it to anyone based on my experience.

We were booked into a disabled room even though we had booked a double and that's what our booking form stated I had to ask twice before I was moved. Then beacause we moved we were not on the "list" for breakfast. Tea & cooffe provided in the room, but you can only have one drink each before you run out of milk when you request more you get handed 2 lilltle cartons take you own!!!

The price was excellent, staff was very friendly and the service was great.

room was superb, with patio doors out onto enclosed terrace.. ideal for social cigarettes :-) Power shower was excellent and tv package was good.. BEWARE the 6.99 movie charge is for ONLY that movie for 24hours.

"Trött" hotel - Oengagerad personal

We hadden een kamer waar het raam stuk was en niet open kon. Nadat ik dat had aangegeven bij de receptie kregen we direct een andere kamer, eentje met openslaande deuren! Zeer goede service dus, en het was een prettig hotel.

Hotell som sett sina bästa dagar (för ett sekel sedan). Värmen kunde inte stängas av, rör som brusade och gnisslade hela natten, knarriga golv. Men vi hade iallafall tur med vädret. Fint läge dock. Men välj annat hotell.
