I have stayed in much nicer Hyatt's than this one. The rooms seemed pretty old and we could hear people in the next room talking. It was close to Magic Mountain which was nice.

Great hotel--lovely, great location, helpful staff. Only complaint was that there is a $10 fee PER DAY for wi-fi, and the "business center" is run by an outside company and it's terrible. If you are coming to the hotel to visit Magic Mountain or you are just staying for leisure, it's terrific. It would be more of a pain for business travelers. The hotel should rethink their internet policies--the cheapest hotels have free wi-fi and business centers. But overall a good stay and I would recommend.

The Hotel was walking distance to shopping area, resteraunts, bars and Parking was FREE!Our room was nice but the only problem I had was that there was hair in our tub and there wasnt a comforter on our bed, besides that we had a nice stay!

Very good hotel, perfect location! One evening was a bit "busy", film crew used the bar of the hotel! But I guess this is more a positiv point, if hotels are used for movies etc.!!

Went for a get away day just to relax for a night. We had a drink in the lounge, really cool vibe. Room was very comfortable. Easy check in and checkout, do oit yourself option. We opted for dinner across the street at BJ's and there was a movie theater right across the street , too. We had a great time. Wake up call was on time.

The Hyatt Valencia does not disappoint. Centrally located, close to the mall and many restaurants and especially Magic Mountain. Got a great deal booking thru here, about 50% off from the last time I stayed. My only complaint is the charge for Wi-fi. $10 per day is a little ridiculous.

"not what i expected"

this hotel claims to be the best in town... not at all i booked a king and i got two doubles.. they overbooked the hotel and could do nothing for me. they gave me a free breakfast in the morning and when we went down to get our breakfast it was a 2 hour wait because there was a private party eating... so the 7 couples that got stuck with doubles were sitting waiting two hours and of course there was nothing they could do. the room bathroom was lets just say a motel six would have been in better shape.

We were treated like royalty, there were a lot of restaurants and theater close by and the hotel was clean and relatively quiet (vice an amorous couple next door).

My initial impression of this Hotel was... WOW.. Very nice and beautiful. The employees are VERY curtious and kind, willing to help. My room was lovely, and the bad very comfortable. Well 2 of the 3 issues I'm having are with extra things you are charged for such as internet and bottled water. Most Hotels, at least ones I stay at provide internet as a perk of being a guest, and any water left in your room is free to use. The Room price is expensive but not rediculous, but high enough I feel that internet and a bottle or two of water left in your room should be free of charge. It's just part of the cost of doing business and keeping customers happy. Why not try and strive to make every part of this hotel convince a guest they want to return and don't have to think about things like that, it's not even an option.. My 3rd complaing was the room service food I got. I ordered a chicken Quesidilla and was Shockingly SMALL for the price and not even that good really...Plus, I orded it with a side of quacomole which I didn't get but I did get a side of sour cream that I didn't want. I was suprised for a hotel like the Hyatt to let food go out of their kitchen like that...

Great location, room was very clean and comfortable. Shops and dining all within walking distance across the street. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location from Six Flags Magic Mountain was literally 5 minute drive. Only thing I didnt like was having to pay extra for Internet use in the business center, this also included using WiFi. Will definitely stay there again!

I was extremely pleased with the quality, decor and cleanliness of this hotel. It far exceeded any previous hotels of this class that I have stayed in. I am shocked they can offer rooms at this price. The Hotel was busy (but not crowded) and close to everything. Shopping and restaurants are all within a short walk and Magic mountain is a four minute drive. I'd go back in a HeartBeat at these rates.

The only complaint that I have is that Hotels.com charged me extra for extra guests, but failed to let Hyatt know about the number of guests. We had to make 4 people share 1 King size bed. It was inconvenient and uncomfortable. The hotel should be made aware of what size the party arriving is and if they need 1 bed or 2 double beds.

Room was clean and spacious, staff was helpfull, great area: can walk to all local shops and restaurants. Would definately stay again.

My sister and I had a wonderful trip to the LA area visiting our new niece. The hotel was in a beautiful neighborhood pretty close to the freeway. The staff was terrific and friendly. The in room dining was very good. We will stay again on our next trip.

The rate was phenominal for this location, luxury of appointments, and proximity to where our vacation took us. The Sunday value was well worth it - only an included continental breakfast would have made it better...efficient and barely had to talk to the conceirge to get my room - all of it was paid for and taken care of - simply had to pick up the key and sleep!

"Needs Imporvement"

I felt that the room was in poor condition for the price. No refrigerator, poor/slow room service, Room was not ready for 3:30PM check in. The staff was not very accommodating. The restaurant needs new cooks because the toast was cold and the eggs were like rubber.
