Les Tresoms - Annecy

to be honest i booked this hotel as it seemed to be the only one offering breakfast in the price! i was expecting a 'bed and breakfast' type place which wasn't a problem however we were certainly impressed when we arrived. set up a hill with fantastic views overlooking the lake this hotel was so full of charm and character. the staff were very friendly and professional. the room - as was the rest of the hotel - was impeccably clean - and of a fair size - our bathroom was the size of a small bedroom!! there were spa treatments available if you wished to indulge and they also offered bike hire and skiing trips etc. the hotel has ample parking and is a short drive from the main town - about 1-2 km. you can walk into the town if you wish which we often did. there is a path that runs from the hotel through the forest and down on to the main road - not as scary as it sounds! the only 'criticism' is that this was not lit at all although it was easy to find your way but would have been nice to have a bit of extra light! the breakfast was very nice - fresh bread, cheese, cereal, meats, fruit etc. all in all a really lovely hotel that i can really recommend

Super schon gelegen Hotel mit super auszicht uber die alte stadt + see. Service und bedienung war sehr freundlich. Das Bed war etwas zu klein fur mich (1.98 m) aber das kann ofter passieren in Frankreich.

J'ai séjourné en couple dans cet hôtel du 10 au 14/08/2009, chambre vue sur lac. Les aspects positifs: propreté, disponibilité du personnel, sauna + hammam en entrée libre, piscine chauffée, mobilier design agréable, belle vue. Les aspects négatifs: pas de climatisation dans la chambre, restaurant dit "tradtionnel" très cher pour la prestation (de bien meilleurs restos en ville pour le même prix).

comme le titre l'indique, j'ai été déçu part cet hôtel. J'avais réservé une chambre prestige, à l'arrivée j'ai eu la 218. Evitez cette chambre car le conduit de la VMC des cuisines est accolée à cette chambre et fait un bruit d'enfer (extraction d'air coupée entre minuit et 6 heures du matin). Le bruit n'a rien de prestigieux. La piscine n'était pas toujours très propre et la qualité des massages au chalet bien être n'était pas à la hauteur. Sinon le cadre est enchanteur et le personnel est très attentionné. Dernier point négatif, vérifiez bien votre note avant de payer,...en ce qui concerne ils m'avaient facturé des plats que je n'ai jamais pris. Je n'y retournerai pas, dommage.

Drie nachten in dit hotel gaven ons het gevoel van een week op vakantie te zijn. Het fantastische uitzicht liggend aan het zwembad, niets hoeft hier, geen bediening die je onder druk zet, maar er op tijd bij is als je iets nodig hebt. En wil je naar Annecy, dan rij je in 2 minuten naar 1 van de 3 centraal gelegen grote parkeergarages van Annecy, alwaar je genoeg te doen vindt (shoppen, horeca, park, het meer met constant dat geweldige uitzicht op de bergen) in het grote voetgangersgebied.

Vi trivdes jättebra. Vackert rum, fantastisk pool och trevlig personal. Men receptionen kändes inte anpassad till hotellets storlek. Oftast jobbade bara en tjej och fick oftast vänta tio minuter innan vi fick hjälp.

La chambre était un peu petite ainsi que la salle de bain. Nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la piscine intérieure car l'eau était trop froide

Cadre splendide, accueil très chaleureux, prestations de très bonne qualité, nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Le restaurant est délicieux également. Juste un peu de bruit (chambre mal isolée)
