The halls smell bad, the toilet didn't flush, and the drains were running very slow. No one came in to fix this.

Great price and just walking distance to the Ballpark. The only thing that I didn't enjoy was the wait time to check in, and not really much to choose from for the breakfast.

We stayed at this hotel for the Paul McCartney concert in Arlington, Tx on 08/19/2009. We missed the free trolley and had to walk to the stadium. The heat was of course the typical Texas summer heat, but the walk was not all that far, so anyone wishing to walk to the Cowboys games or Rangers games can do so with relative ease. I am a heart patient and I made the walk just fine even in the sweltering heat. The house-keeping staff was excellent. They did an outstanding job keeping the room neat and clean. This hotel was very effecient and quiet and a very nice clean place to stay. I highly recommend this hotel to any and all people wishing a pleasant stay in Arlington, Tx. Also another note: There are numerous high quality retaurants only a couple of miles away on North Collins St. north of Cowboys Stadium. There is also a nice Wal-Mart right across from the stadium on Randoll Mill Road.

The room was very nice and the shuttle to the Ball Park In Arlington was very good. The only problem was the construction on I-30. There was not much advance notice to exit 28, where we needed to get off to get to the motel. Getting back on I-30 was fairly simple. The motel even let us leave our car and ride the shuttle to the ball game even though we were not spending that night in the motel. Great place.

Near the ballpark (we walked the 10-15 minute walk both days), adequate rooms, AC worked, towels were threadbare, clean enough; not sure I would take my wife there but for me and my son, it worked fine. I think we would stay again.

GREAT PLACE TO STAY

This hotel is really close to the two stadiums. It is walking distance. So it is in a great location. Also located right next to the waterpark. The room was clean and smelled really good. The pool was clean also. This hotel does not have a hot tub though. I would recommend this hotel. The ladies at the front desk were very informational about the area.

The room was clean. The air was off and the room hot when we arrived but it cooled off after a little while. We were on the top floor and from the balcony could watch the rides at Six Flag and had a good view of Ranger Field and Cowboys Stadium. Anything you could want or need is w/i few min drive. We basicly used the room to sleep because we were so busy but for the price and location it exceeded our expectations.

This hotel was nothing fancy or shiny and new, but it was clean, the staff was friendly, and we had no problems. The shuttle was excellent for Six Flags. The pool was clean. We stayed two nights. Had no problems with parking, safety, or anything else. Breakfast was decent. Overall, I would stay again, and would recommend to anyone who isn't expecting everything to be brand new.

The Hotel was in a great location. Staff was very nice and friendly. Rooms were very clean, the bed was comfortable. We will definitely stay there again!

Great room for the money & the convenience.

The only problem had to do with getting washcloths. They seemed to be in short supply and couldn't even give us enough for all 4 of us. We also didn't have a remote to the TV that worked. I do think it was a nice room for the money spent.

THE HOTEL WAS CLEAN, GOOD CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST, AND SUPER LOCATION. THE TROLLEY SERVICE WAS GREAT, TOO. SIX FLAGS OVER TEXAS, TEXAS RANGERS BALLPARK, AND DALLAS COWBOYS STADIUM ARE ALL RIGHT BY THE HOTEL. WILL COME BACK ON THE NEXT TRIP.

We checked in...and we to the room...there was already someone in that room!!! and our key worked for the door! They did give us another room right away... the pool was green, no ice in the ice maker...breakfast was pretty pathetic. I would not stay there again.

Is a good spot to stay if you are going to a Rangers game. Decent breakfast. If you don't want to spend a lot of $$$ and just want a clean place to stay this is it.

Location is great for area attractions and the Shuttle service is wonderful. Decent price for a decent place to sleep. Check in could use some improvement on their speed and customer service skills. Not rude, just slow and automated. Two clerks with only one checking people in when there are 3 others waiting is not good customer service in my eyes. Bed was comfy, AC worked great, and the pool was clean. We missed the complimentary breakfast.

If you are going to a ballgame in Arlington this hotel has great access and great rates.

The Hotel was in better condition than I expected. I read the reviews and thought we would give it a try and we couldn't beat the price. We were extremely pleased. The staff was nice and the rooms were clean. The beds were very comfortable. The pool area was clean. Overall everything was great and we would stay there again.

This hotel is located in the heart of all the big attractions in Arlingotn. The bed was super comfy and staff friendly and helpful. The hotel even uses a trolley service that runs all day to all the big attractions saving you parking money! Will defintely be staying again and recommmending it!

This hotel was definitely not what i expected. The staff was not friendly. It took way too long to get checked in. The hallways were hot and the rooms smelled like lysol. I chose this hotel for the location but would have rathered stayed elsewhere. I left a hotel the night before that was cheaper and not far from the location that was nice and didn't smell bad. The people across the room from us has a dog that barked most of the night. The traffice is quite loud also. I would not choose this hotel again.

This hotel experience was not the best. The price was good for the location but not for the quality of the hotel. The staff was not at all friendly. It took an extremely long time just to get checked in while others were still being told their rooms were not ready. Our room smelled like disinfectant spray. The hallways were extremely hot. Bed was not comfortable and the bathroom looked like the ceiling was about to fall in. Not a location I would choose to stay in again.

Great location for the Rangers and Coboys games. Paid great price for the room. Stayed in similair rooms and paid more and wasn't nearly as satisfing. Would stay again.

I had read other reviews expecting the worst (and is why I am writing this as I never do), but was pleasantly surprised. If you need a "no frills" hotel (of course the blankets and towels are typical inferior quality to a larger more expensive chain), this one is a good choice. Keep expectations low, pay a fair fee, and get what you pay for.

This hotel is without question the worst hotel in Arlington, Texas. You would be a fool to waste your money on this place.

My husband & I got to baseball games all the time in Arlington. We stay @ the HoJo because the price isn't bad and it's close enough to walk to the ballpark. Saves time parking and fighting the traffic afterwards!

The staff was nice, but the breakfast was far from good. There was coffee and sweet rolls with cereal, but only four apple was set out for the fruit. The room was ok but did not have a security chain on the door nor could we get the temp correct in the room. The location was hard to get to but, was very close to the areas we needed to get to. Over all good place to stay on a modest budget.
