I only stayed one night because I had a connection in the morning but I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and comfort of the room. Everything seemed fairly new. There is a free shuttle to and from the airport which is very convenient. I would stay there again if I had a layover in Miami, maybe even longer.

When I arrive at the hotel is was raining and I elected to park my car in the garage. There is no covered walkway back to the hotel as this is connected to the hotel. Employees has a way to get into the hotel and not getting wet but guest have to walk along the front to get back in.

Drink water is not provided sufficiently. Compare to the room rate paid, sometimes guest do not have water to drink.

These people are great! The shuttle was there in ten minutes and we were five minutes from the hotel. Then a quick check in and I realized I lost my keys to my luggage locks and called the desk and someone was there in three minutes to cut my locks at no charge. The hotel is very clean and the staff are awesome! The views overlooking are incredable! The restraunt has very good items on the menu from $10.00 and up.So if you want a quick shuttle to and from the airport, Great service, Great Views and Good value at the Restraunt, Plus very close to the Airport then this is by far the best deal in Miami!

I booked a non smoking and when I checked in it smelled horrible. They told me there was nothing they could do unless I paid an additional $25 per night to upgrade to what they call the PURE room which has an air filtration system. Apart from this, Room Service food was HORRIBLE! This hotel is not a good choice. Very many options within a one mile radius for the same price. Rooms look nice but everything else is horrible.

igot knocked in the head by a return air filter grill in my room that wasnt shut properly and the hotel was so consideret that they took two days of parking off my bill i had a knot on my head

This hotel was so perfect for me coming in from a flight late into the night because of the close location to the airport. Courtesy aiport shuttle service running every 15 minutes. I was picked up promptly and upon arrival to the hotel all information was already in computer system thanks to hotels.com customer service booking my reservations at the last minute when I landed in Miami. I walked into the hotel they handed me my key and that was it. Check out was wonderful as well -- all I had to do was turn in the key. This made my life so easy. The comfort of the room was excellent and the hotel also allowed me a late check out at no extra charge as I was leaving later in the day for London. Thank you hotels.com for making my life so much easier with travel.

If you are looking for a hotel that is convenient to the Miami airport, the Wyndham fits the bill. Unfortunately, the cost of the meals (breakfast and dinner) in addition to the pricy room rate made it a pretty expensive layover. I was able to get a hotel that was equally convenient and comfortable at about one third the price on my return trip.

I really enjoyed the hotel and the room was much nicer than I expected. The only problem was with their airport shuttle service. I had to wait 3 times for it to pass before I got a ride as it was full each time. That was quite annoying.

THE MAIN REASON I CHOSE YOUR HOTEL WAS THE CLOSE PROXIMITY TO THE AIRPORT AND ALSO THE SHUTTLE. WHEN I ARRIVED, I WAS TOTALLY BLOWN AWAY AT HOW BEAUTIFUL THE HOTEL WAS AND HOW QUICKLY THE FRONT DESK STAFF PERFORMED THEIR DUTIES. THE ONLY ISSUE I HAD WAS IN THE RESTAURANT. THE SERVICE WAS NOT VERY GOOD. THE ROOMS WERE EXTREMELY NICE AND COMFORTABLE. WOULD SURELY PICK THIS HOTEL AGAIN AND I TOLD ALL MY FRIENDS.

It was clean. But they didn't had toilet paper in our room and when we ask for some. they took more than and hour to bring us tissue paper because they run out toilet paper. the parking fee i think is to expensive.

The rooms seem to have been recently renovated and were small, but nicely furnished. Bathroom renovation was interesting - the vanity was modern and new and nice, the bathtub was left alone, old and nothing special. For our purposes (staying near airport on our last night of a week in Key West) this hotel was perfect.

I found to this hotel to be very convenient since it is close to MIA airport. Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. I don't have any complaints about this hotel.

We rested up at the Wyndham for a day after a four day cruise. Called ahead to ask if we could leave our extra luggage there for the duration of the cruise. No problem, they said. They didn't mention the $2 per bag per day storage rate that ended up costing $24 for three bags. They also charge the most we ever paid for internet access and charged us a bunch to park our car. The room itself had wonderful beds and matresses. The TV had only a handful of free commercial channels, but lots that you could PAY EXTRA for. Surprise, surprise! There was water dripping from a vent in the ceiling onto the floor. We called about this just before we were set to leave for the day and when we returned, we saw that the problem had been addressed. The members of the staff we encountered were extremely professional and helpful, even to the point of remembering our names.

Although our room overlooked the street and new construction,it was very clean and the service from stepping out of the car to our check in and to our room was exceptional.The menu in the eatery could do with a little updating(more choices).However our stay was very pleasant and Miami next time you see me so will the Wyndam.

the hotel was superbly convenient for miami international airport with a surprisingly pleasant vista considering its location. service and cleanliness good but restaurant pricey for very average quality and no tv/film channels to watch for free in rooms.

The hotel is beautiful, the staff was very nice. I love the location by the interstate. The battery dead in my car and the staff took the time to get my car started and parked my car as I got settle in my room. I will stay at this hotel again.

This was our first trip to the Miami area and my wife and I both enjoyed our stay at the Wyndham. The staff were very helpful. If you enjoy golf there is a course right next door and, the price was very good.

I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel and would actually hope to stay here again. It was very clean. The bathrooms and pool area were both kept up nicely. The sheets were fresh and clean. I didn't even notice any dust on anything. The furniture is very modern/contemporary as well as attractive and comfortable. The staff was very friendly, personable, and professional. Very helpful and easy to hold a conversation with. The room was very clean and comfortable. When we realized the dresser had a broken knob the staff quickly repaired it. The hotel was the best deal for the price in the area when you also take account for parking fees that many hotels in the area charge. Easy access to the city and the I-95 for those who need it. The closest thing to a downside about the hotel is that there are two sides of the building. One side faces a golf course, the other faces a busy airport. I do see how it can bother some people, but if you are going to Miami to be out and about you probably won't notice it!

I definitely recommend this as a great airport botel. Very clean and comfortable. Nice room and bathroom. Nice staff. Also had outdoor pool we couldn't use because of storms but it looked nice. Near the airport with a free shuttle service frequently to the airport. Absolutely great value!

The hotel is starting to show its age - worn wallpaper, worn carpet etc. It is in an industrial area of rental car lots and warehouses and adjoins the tri- rail yard, which was below my window. Trains blowing horns and bells kept me awake all night. Check in required a 35 minute wait in line as only two positions were available, in spite of a cruise staying there for the night. Restaurant is terrible, few food choices (I am critically allergic to seafood), my medium rare steak came out well done with the potato and vegetable, stone cold. The meat was redone, the cold sides remained, the waiter service was atrocious. Wyndham's parent company needs to inspect and repair the facility and retrain the hotel staff - it is a black eye on theiir corporate reputation.

We have to have rooms changed due to A/C not working but the hotel took care of it quickly. The Hotel charges nightly for parking in their parking lot a BIG negative. One night the power in our room shut off. The hotel didn't say much about what happened but que sera. Overall it was a nice time.

I asked for a non-smoking room, but when I arrived in the room after dinner, there was a very strong odor of cigarette smoke. I didn't notice it at first, so maybe it was in the ventilation system. They did provide me with another room.

Not much within walking distance,but the airport is like 5 secondes away &with a shuttle (literly) every 15 minutes, its ery convenient. This hotel is very nice inside and the view of the golf coarse side is awesome!

Being that there are no restaurants close to the hotel, you are a captive audience. The hotel restaurant was very prisey. I would not recomend this hotel with a family to stay at.

I made the reservation after a cancellation of a flight for my parents. 3 hours after I made the booking their name was not in the system yet, my parents had to wait almost 2 hours to check into their hotel room, finally seeing their room at midnight! Front desk did not want to borrow them a phone to call me, since I had more information..I thought that was ridiculous. They told my parents to buy a phone card, knowing that when mom went to check it was long closed... It made the process evenmore frustrating..There was no need for all of this..overall the hotel was clean and provided free shuttle service to the airport..
