If you don't have high expectations, then this hotel might work for you in terms of value. We checked in at 3 pm and found the room needed the toilet clean, plus the tub/shower had mold in the grout. The bed definitely had the hardest mattress I've slept on in recent years. The ceiling had a hole in it and we made sure that they knew it was there before we walked in so we wouldn't be charged for it. Because we were in a hurry to go to the game, we left right after we checked in and found that when we returned, that there was no remote for the TV. So when I called in to the front desk (10 pm by this time), they apologized and said that they get stolen all the time (?!) and that they did not have any more to give out. To be fair, the hotel staff were extremely courteous - clearly, not their fault with the problems of the rooms. If you don't care about any of the above, then it's a good place to stay for a short visit to any of the venues located near the hotel.

We didn't have a working AC in our room so we had to get a different room which took a little more than an hour. The AC worked for that night only in the room we moved to but the next night we had no air so we slept in a hot room luckly for us it was our last night there. I would not recommend the hotel.

We called to inform that we would not arrive until later due to traffic and they told us no problem but when we arrived, the office was closed so I had to call and wait for someone to let me in and get me a room. Then when we entered our room, it was not up to standard as far as cleanness and other issues. It was not a bad price for the size of room but I will not stay there again whenever I am in the area.

Very impressed with this hotel, inexpensive, soft bed. We also had a full sized fridge, small stove, microwave, and supplied plates and utensils. Will definately stay here again when in Arlington, gave a 4 for cleanliness, we found a condom wrapper on the floor.

Clean, quiet room. Safe area. Convenient to all Arlington attractions, though I stayed there while taking the Texas Bar Exam. Able to study at all times of the day and night without interruption. Would recommend if looking for a CHEAP, clean, and quiet room-- especially for the bar. Beds are very, very hard, though.

Room was nice however A/C wasn't working. Maintenance determined that he couldn't repair it so we were moved to another room. No problem. Very nice and conveient to where we were going (Texas Rangers ball game)

We were not expecting a 5-star hotel for the price we paid, and were satisfied with what we received. We only stayed for 2 nights, so it wasn't bad. Don't think I'd want to stay for an extended period of time, but for a few nights it is just fine. It was clean, and we did not see a single bug the entire time, which is a huge plus for me. My only complaint is one of the beds leaned to one side as if it was broken, which was slightly uncomfortable. The TV only received about 7 channels, which might be a problem for some people. This did not bother us, we were not there to sit in a hotel room and watch TV anyway.

Not a good stay. Had to go to three rooms before one met our needs. We booked non-smoking, but first one was too smelly to stay in. Second room frig and tv didn't work. At midnight had to drag luggage up to second floor. Final insult, closet shelf fell down just as we retired. To their credit, the staff was pleasant and helpful.

Me and my family have stayed here once before and were satisfied with the stay.We booked the rooms for 2 nights about 2 months in advance online.Our check in time was supposed to be at 3:00p.m.,however once we arrived at 3:20p.m. our room was not ready!The person working the front desk was a new employee there and clearly needed help.There 4 other people waiting to see a room and us waiting for the employee to get a hold of the manager.Around 20 minutes later the manger shows up and assigns us a room.When we get to the room with all our bags(UPSTAIRS!) we saw it only had one bed.I had made the reservation and had booked one queen bed and a sleeper sofa pullout bed.We then grabbed all the bags and went back to the front office.We were then assigned a room tha was not the one I had reserved.It had two twin beds,and was non smoking!I assumed at that point that was all that they had available.There was also no iron in the room,we called and asked for one and it took 45 minutes to get that to our room.I would not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel,they seem to be very unorganized and irresponsible!!!

I wassatisfied withmy hotel stay. It was a good deal for what I payed. Staff was friendly and I had my own fridge and stove. The only thing I really did not like was that the room was a little dark and I had to wash my own dishes. I would definately come back if I ever need to go back to Arlington.

the rooms aren't nearly as nice as what was displayed in their pictures. Even though the air conditioner worked, it needed to be replaced as the case on the inside of the room and the outside of the room were broken, it said fully stocked kitchen (plates, cooking utensils, etc.) and we had some stuff but had to go down to the front desk to ask for pots and pans and more silverware, and it took them almost 5 hours to get them to us. the bathtub had black mold around the bottom of the tiles and the shower head was so dirty it wasn't funny. there were stains all over the carpet and the comforter had holes all in it.

There were a few problems, like a leaky iron, the hanger to hang the ironing board on the wall was off so the ironing board was somewhat in the way, there was no trash can or hangers in the room when we arrived, but problems were taken care of quickly when addressed with the management. Otherwise room was very comfortable and nice.

I could sit here and say everything that went wronge with my stay at the hotel. But I will keep it short and to the point. I have never stayed in a hotel that will book you in a room where the toilet don't work nor did it have any water in the tank. I will never stay at that hotel again.. I could go on and on but i'm sure that speaks for itself.

room was not very clean selected this hotel because of in-room kitchen; however, the only flatware was 3 spoons and 3 knives (no forks) and one skillet. No cooking utensils or anything other than the skillet to cook with. There was no dishwashing soap, etc. It was not equipped at all for any cooking. multiple insects killed in bathroom

Although the desk staff were accomodating and friendly and the grounds were very well maintained and attractive the actual room was very disappointing. It was small, very cheaply furnished and smelled very strongly of smoke (in a non-smoking room). It had a quarter roll of toilet paper and no replacement and that seemed indicative of the entire stay.

I stayed at this hotel while I was visiting Texas and had a horrible experience. First, the room was very small and Dirty. It's a good thing that I brought some Disinfectant cleaner with me because I had to clean the kitchen and the bathroom and spray alot of air freshner. Furthermore when I placed my numerous complaints with the Manager she was very nonchalant and uncaring with my concerns and complaints. I would not stay at this hotel again.

The first room we checked into was bad. The shower leaked, mold all around the shower floor.(stand up shower). Toilet was not cleaned, urine still on seat. We requested another room, which also was not very clean, had no wash clothes or toilet tissue at all. when called front desk to request tissue and wash clothes it took more than an hour to get them. Had to use napkins from car. Was not satisfied at all with this hotel. I have always gotten great rooms when booking through hotels.com but this time was not so good.

There was mold all over the shower curtains and tiles. Yuk! I've stayed at a Homestead Suites in San Antonio and the room was much, much nicer and cleaner.

air did not work and wireless would not work the first few days. we asked to get these things fixed and was told it could be fixed at a date after we would be leaving. it would have been nice to move to a room with those things working
