"Perferct Location for Columbus Zoo & restaurants"

My family enjoyed our 3 day stay at this hotel. The furnishings look very modern. The atrium lobby was a great place for kids with pool tables.We loved the "Manager Reception" every night with the free drinks, and munchies. It made for a wonderful 2 hours of relaxing after a long day at the zoo.The full breakfast was great with made to order omlettes, all the sides like hash browns, bacon, every type of bread & juice/coffee imaginable. The weekends are busy, so expect a wait to have an omlette made. We had a great time at the indoor pool & hot tub. The exit before the hotel is a major shopping area with lots of restaurants. There is a 24 hour grocery store bascially across the parking lot from the hotel if you needed anything after normal business hours. Overall, we were very happy with our room. The sofa bed and extra TV was great for the kids. Having a fridge and microwave was helpful. The hotel staff was very kind. We have already decided to stay here again next time we go back to the area.

They have great urban walking/biking trails with park-like areas. Very nice area. Great restaurants in the area as well. Service was great. Good business conference experience.

The room and accomadations were excellent. We had a lot of kids in the hotel, but it was not too loud. i loved everything about it!! The only thing i could say negative is the walls are too thin. I was woken up at about 730am on Sunday to the sound of the neighbors love session. It actually sparked my own session...so when the world gives you lemons.... Thank you

"great experience for the money"

I thought the hotel was a great price, the rooms were spacious and nice and the free brunch was good. The locations is super. The only negetive comment might be that it was very family freindly. Alot of groups with kids. So although the kids were cute as a button, if it was a romatic get away, i would take that into consideration.

Along with being a very clean and pleasant atmosphere, the staff was very patient with us. We were there on a weekend with about 25 yelling and rambunctious children and the staff was excellent to us. Would stay again with no reservations, although the staff is probably praying we don't. Thanks staff.

There was a complimentary cocktail hour Sat evening, a full(Omlets made to order) hot breakfast served and even though there was a gymnastic competition and a lot of kids around it was very quiet and well managed. I have already recommended this hotel to others.

This hotel was very nice, and in a perfect location. The service was better than I've received almost anywhere lately. The only complaint I have is the charge for Internet access. Many hotel include that in the room rate these days.

"Beautiful and New, but...loud and lumpy for the $"

I made the mistake of booking a nonrefundable room in order to save $10.00...then the friends from NY we were driving up to Columbus to meet with ended up not being able to come at the last minute, so we drove 2 hours to spend the night in our nonrefundable room. However, the hotel is very nice as was the staff, and the managers reception (free mixed drinks) was great. When I checked in they put us on the second floor, but moved us to the top when I requested it, so the kids could enjoy the elevator rides. Kids loved the pool, but the breakfast buffet was a bit disappointing...the "hot" syrup was cold and made the pancakes cold. Scrambled eggs were also cold. I should have done the custom omlette bar. Also, we were put next to a room with young kids (I'm sure by design), and they were unsupervised and very loud and screechy until 11 p.m. Ours were fast asleep by 8:30. This was our second experience at a Columbus Embassy Suites with unsupervised loud kids in the next room. For the money we spent both times, that was a disappointment. The pullout couch bed was a lumpy nightmare--suggest you bring an air mattress to put on top.

The staff was great. The bartender for the Manager's reception went out of his way to make "kiddie" drinks for the little ones to sit with us. The crew at dinner was friendly and attentive. Unlike many hotels I've been in, the pool was clean and not over-clorinated. Our family had a great time.

Confortable Clean Room, pool and hottub and fitness room all real nice. This hotel is worth the price. You get 2 free drinks per person at the Manager's Cocktail party. They have a family meal deal for a large pizza and 2 liter of coke from room service for under $15.00. Only negative is the pillows they are very fluffy till you use them the become nothing!!!

The staff was very helpful. The entire hotel was clean and very quiet. The pool and hot tub is adult only after 10pm. We will stay here everytime we are in town.

This is a super place to stay, staff was so friendly and helpful. They have an adult swim from 10pm to 12 midnight. (no kids allowed.) It was great. There is also a free breakfast everyday. It had great variety, but was alittle on the cold side. Other than that we loved our stay.

This was our second year staying here. It's a beautiful place. The complimentary breakfast with made to order omelettes is not your regular "free" breakfast. There's a full breakfast bar. It's yummy!!!!The shuttle to the festival is nice also, about a half mile away, or you can walk the 2 miles yourself. We'll definitely go back!

My family stayed at Embassy Suites for the Dublin Irish Festival. We had 3 adults and 1 infant. All enjoyed the stay tremendously. My husband used the fitness room in the morning, and a lot of guests were using the pool area. The breakfast in the morning was excellent. There was a reception for guests on the evening we arrived also. I called at the last minute and asked for a crib, and it was in the room when we arrived. This hotel is within walking distance of the festival.

"200 kids running wild"

On the weekend that my family and I stayed at the hotel there was a little league championship in town. Every one of the players stayed at the hotel. All day long and into the night 200+ twelve year old boys ran the halls unsupervised. Screaming and hollering, pushing all the buttons in the elevator, playing tag down the halls. Very frusterating.

Everything at the Embassy Suites Dublin was just great. Easy checkin, great location, and wonderful customer service!
