Very pleasant stay, saw some Beatles tribute bands & enjoyed sight seeing in Liverpool. Pleasantly surprised at your beautiful city. Hotel staff all very pleasant & attentive. 10/10

Hotel great very central, room very comfortable, only had one problem where the room was not cleaned, but called down and this was corrected, so excellent service.

Booked for Beatles week. Excellent location for the City Centre venues. Restuarants, shops and bars all nearbye.

Hotel is situated right in the centre of liverpool so fanstastic location. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The spa is lovely and the room was beatifully decorated. the price was really good and so was the breakfast. Overall i was really impressed and would highly reccommend.

on geting off the airport bus we only had to walk a few yards to the hotel.checking in was only a few minutes.reception staff were very approachable,room very clean as was bathroom and both cleaned every day.pool was of great advantage as i had my 9yr old grandson,vfery local to all shops would def stay there again

The hotel is dated and is more like a Premier Inn very disappointing. Some of the reception staff need more training on how to deal with customers and general etiquette etc.. On booking a non smoking room we was allocated a smoking floor which was very smokey even in the corridors the room was tobacco fragranced - not pleasant. On asking for a room change we was informed we should have called to confirm our booking with the hotel! On changing rooms the air con did not work and the room smelt like urine we was moved again. In the third room the air con worked the first night and then did not work the next! Very frustrating we decided at this point to give up. You have to pay a £12 overnight parking fee to use a local car park. On a positive the swimming pool, sauna and steam are an adequate size and very clean, the leisure staff were very friendly and the bar staff very polite. The maintenance staff/concierge were very polite and really did their best to try to resolve the defective air con.

Throughly enjoyed our stay. Hotel was in good location. Parking on site would just liked to have known cost of parking beforehand. Hotel facilitles were brilliant, really enjoyed breakfast. Would definately stay again

Great Hotel. Staff excellent. Conceirge even went outside in the rain to get us a taxi! Room lovely & clean. Would definately recommend breakfast. Secure Car Parking. Really enjoyed our stay. A million times better than the grotty Adelphi!!

From arriving at Lime street, shopping at Liverpool-one, going to Anfield, it is all so easy and convenient. the staff are all friendly

We stayed for dinner bed and breakfast and both meals were of a high standard. Endless choices for breakfast. The beds are so comfy and the rooms very clean. This is our second stay and we would choose this hotel again.

This hoteel seems to have it all - everything is spotless, the beds are comfortable and the breakfasts are superb. I was going to stick to my cereal and fruit for breakfast until I was persuaded by an eager chef to let him cook a me waffle. Superb! The secret of this hotel seems to be that it runs a very happy ship. Nothing is too much trouble Can't wait to return

I stayed in this hotel with my girlfriend for nights (nye and 1st). This hotel is situated in the city centre (queen square) which is an advantage if you want to explore the city by foot as we did, but be aware that the rooms facing the square can be a bit nosy at night (there's a bus stop just outside). The hotel staff were fantastic and always helpful, especially that gentleman who is a Everton supporter... The room was clean and nice. The swiming pool is well kept, so is the sauna although the steam room lacked steam... On the first day the jacuzzi was out of order but it was working by the next day. Overall, a very good, central located hotel with good level of facilities. I would stay here again.

Sentralt, bra hotell med god standard. Rent og fint. Litt varmt på rommet, men det bedret seg da air-condition-anlegget begynte å funke litt igjen.

Hôtel agréable, avec très bon accueil, très bien situé au Centre de Liverpool, ce qui permet de partir à pied pour les visites. Chambre agréable, propre avec une literie exceptionnelle ! Seul bémol : il faisait très chaud (petit problème de réglage de la clim.). Je pense que j'y retournerai volontiers la prochaine fois.

Een prima hotel vlakbij alle bezienswaardigheden en het centrum. Jammer dat de kamer wat benauwd was en de airco niet goed functioneerde maar gelukkig kon er een raam open. Het ontbijt is goed en uitgebreid, maar aan de dure kant

Trevlig personal, ren och snyggt, bra läge mitt i stan med nära till allt och två kvarter från flygbussen och alla andra bussar. Frukost äter du på stan för 50-75 kr. På ca 10-15 minuter är du på Albert Docks med Beatlesmuseet och Tate Liverpoll - väl värt besök men stäng måndagar. Fotboll spelar bara på tisdagar, köp biljett i förväg om möjligt men OBS dyra biljetter.

Bra hotell, kan anbefales. prisen på frokosten var altfor dyr, står ikke i forhold til noe.

Prima hotel met allerlei voorzieningen. Recht tegenover het St.John's shopping centre. Tapas restaurant aan de overkant aan een pleintje. Ligging is dus ideaal. Nette kamers, service is prima.

Generally a very nice hotel. Very good location in the city center. The room was nice and large. The only two things we wer'nt completely satisfied with, was low pressure in the shower (difficult when you are a girl with long hair), and expensice internettaccess (15 £ per 24 h.). All over it was still a very good hotel.

Stayed for 5 days in this hotel, and it was very good. Location is excellent if you look for shopping, eating and drinking in the city centre. The hotel is well equipped and well maintained, and service is good. Concierges are top guys and very service minded, even the evertonian one. This hotel is a safe choice and certainly recommended by me.

Over all a good hotel, but a tad expensive. Avoid spending money in the hotel itself, everything was very expensive; breakfast was £14.95 (!), a cup of coffee was £2.85 and so on. No free wi-fi, but you could buy access for £15 quid or so for 24h. Helpful concierge.

Accueil très agréable, personnel à l'écoute. Chambre confortable, lit très confortable (6 oreillers ultra moelleux, sur-matelas et couettes douillets). Petits déjeuners au top ! demandez les Waffels au buffet.

Mitt i centrala Liverpool, 50 m. flygbusshållplatsen, några hundra meter till centrala Liverpool med shopping. Ett hotell där man varken får mer eller mindre än det man förväntar sig.

Heel net hotel met vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Erg prettig dat het midden in het centrum van Liverpool ligt. Echt de moeite waard
