Everything was good but theonly thing i would say I was not pleased with was that stafrf were not helpful when told that our train left at 7.00am and could we have something to take away to eat for breakfast. (Breakfast is included in the price) we were told that breakfast was not served until 7.00!! and we were shrugged off. Eventually we were offered a drink of orange juice and a croissant each - not even wrapped we had to find our own way of wrapping the food to eat on the train. Very unsatisfactory.

Hotel is 2 minutes from the station, 5 minutes from the Lake and 5 minutes from the giant Manor Department Store...........Bars, Restaurants and McDonalds all within a minute. Busy Bar / Restaurant directly opposite the hotel. Friendly helpful staff, basic breakfast.

Well, I picked this hotel because of the location is right at the metro, buses, and tram station (2 mins walk). However, I couldn't sleep a minute at night because of the bar/club next door. Hotel has no air condition in the room, windows need to be opened, and the noises from the main street all day and night. plz, do not stay at this hotel. Geneva is a small city. When you arrive at the airport, pick up a 80 minutes free ride pass transportation on trains, buses, and trams at the baggage claim area and head to any metro station you want in Geneva, then when you checkin at any hotel that you booked, the hotel will give you a free ride pass transportation for everyone in family as many days as you stay for the trip. Don't worry about buses and trams are running everywhere within the city, there are tons of hotels in other area with the buses and trams stations. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL.

This hotel was perfect for a night stop - very close to the station and an easy walk to the lake. It was a little noisy due to the bar outside if the window was opened but it wouldn't prevent me from going back.

Yes the rooms are small, but the price was good and the location great. The staff was very nice, the breakfast although not extensive was fresh and good. The downside was that our window was to the busy street and it was noisy.

Better service, better breakfast, more help when needed.

The hotel offers a very good value for money stay in Geneva. It is very well located, the room is clean and the staff is very helpful.

The hotel is adequate but not great value for money. Facilities & rooms are basic. The breakfast is poor with limited availability of juice & options later in the morning.

We definitely would recommend this hotel to anyone who would like to stay in Geneva. It was within walking distance to the lake and all other attractions. The woman who worked the front desk during the day shift on Dec. 26, 2008 was wonderful, friendly and very helpful!

I arrived 10 Dec 2008 on a snowy evening. Reception personnel were courteous and helpful. I had booked a double bed but when I got to the room I found a single. I was too tired to go back down to reception and it was getting late. The bathroom was very well equipped and the shower was very good. Disappointingly there was only one pillow available for the single bed and no extra blanket, but the room was very well heated. I found breakfast disappointing in that there was no bacon or eggs. I have a gluten allergy so I cannot eat bread etc. The lobby is very nice but on my last day I had to vacate the room at 11am, which I did know in advance, but there are no facilties outside the room where one can sit and relax and do a bit of work other than in the lobby area. My flight back to the UK was at 21.35h so I had a lot of time to kill. I walked all round Geneva city because I had no meetings on the day of my departure but after walking miles it was only about 4pm so I decided to go to the airport early for a long wait.

This hotel is in a very good location, just a few minutes walk from the train station. You are also able to walk quite easily to the old town from the hotel without the need of local transport and for that matter to most tourist sites from the hotel. The hotel is more of a place to get your head down rather than to relax in. The rooms were average although I found the bed uncomfortable. The availability of the continental breakfast depended on when you went for it as most of the bread/croisants disappeared fast. All in all good spot for the price.

We were on a girls weekend on a budget. This hotel was excellent value, close to everything that you need, train station, shops, restaurants and bars. Staff were very polite and helpful and our room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel was in a very good state of repair and looked liked it had recently been refurbished. A good continental breakfast was provided. Five or ten minutes walk from the lake. There are luxurious hotels down by the lake but these come at a much higher price. We would definitely stay here again

A nice and affordable hotel in a great, city centre location only 2 minutes from the railway station and trams. Lake Geneva was a mere 5 minute stroll away. Rooms were small but very tidy and well kept. Overall I would reccommend this hotel to all. Breakfast was basic but it was there.

clean hotel, friendly staff, good breakfast, excellent location for the train station (2 minutes walk away). 5 minute walk to the lake, 10-15 minute walk to the old town across the river. GENEVA IS EXCELLENT - GO THERE!!!!!!

Couldn't have been happier with this choice for a one-night stopover. It was near to the station (but not overlooking it as others were) and Lake Leman, the staff were friendly and efficient (and made the wakeup call they promised), and my room was sparkling - particularly the bathroom which must have been recently redone. Good value for money on all counts.

The room was clean. The staff was polite but not quite friendly. The location was great, close to shops, restaurants and tourist attrations. Overall, satisfied.

Twin room veryu comfortable and most suitble for an over-night stay. Good to have a bath rather rhan a shower. Godd breakfgast and obliging staff

Staff was very welcoming and helpful. Room was large and comfortable. The room was very quiet and blocked noise from the outside. The hotel was convenient to restuarants, Lake Geneva, train station, bus station, etc.

This hotel is very old, therefore, there is not air conditioning, the rooms and the elevator are very small. The good news is that the bathrooms have been renovated and the location to the train station is good. There is a restaurant and bar across the street which makes it a very noisy place all night long if you have to keep the windows open. It would not be a bad place to stay if you are traveling in the winter. The price is not bad for Geneva which is very expensive.

Das Frühstück war sehr spärlich! Die Räumlichkeiten schön und gepflegt.

Vi syntes godt om værelset, der lå på 3. sal. Værelset var ikke så stort, men der var, hvad der skulle være. Meget høflig betjening. Vi havde værelser ud til gården, hvilket betød, at der var meget stille. Elevator. Vi nød opholdet. Fin morgenmad med hurtig og høflig betjening.

Reception was awfull and agressive, the rest of the stay was a pleasure. Hotel is situated close to the station, the lake lots of restaurants and bars. The continental breakfast is nice.

Hotellet ligger rett ved jernbanen og kun få minutter fra Mont Blanc broen og havnen. Gamlebyen når man også greit til fots. Hyggelig personale, rene rom og god seng. Noe støy fra gaten på dagtid og kveld, men var stille etter midnatt.

Rent og pænt, men værelset vendte ud til støjende gade. Larm det meste af natten og ingen air con. Ingen internetpc tilgængelig på hotellet. Ingen p-muligheder.

Vi var meget godt fornøyd med rom og rengjøring.Beliggenheten var også veldig bra. Det vi haddenoe å utsette på var frokosten. Det var temmelig skralt. Tomt for tallerkener, tomt for brød dårlig utvalg av pålegg. Ikke engang egg var på menyen. For lite bemanning under frokosten. Kun en person og hun skjønte ikke engelsk. Kun fransk. Vi reiser ikke tilbake der. Frokoste er jo en del av oppholdet det også.

Det var den sämsta frukosten vi varit med om. Stressad och otrevlig personal som jobbade i matsalen.

Das Hotel ist ideal gelegen, keine 5 Minuten vom Bahnhof entfernt und nur ca. 10 Minuten zum Zentrum. Die zentrale Lage ist ideal für Kurzreisende wie uns, die nur wenig Zeit haben um die Stadt zu erkunden. Das Hotel ist sauber und ordentlich geführt, das Frühstück einfach aber völlig ausreichend. Angenehm überrascht waren wir, dass wir bei Ankunft einen Freifahrtschein für die Genfer Verkehrsbetriebe für den gesamten Aufenthalt erhielten.

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen und macht einen ordentlichen optischen Eindruck. Das von mir gebuchte Einzelzimmer wies den üblichen Komfort (Doppelbett, Fernseher, Minibar) auf und war von der Inneneinrichtung her ansprechend. Das Platzangebot im Zimmer war für meinen Geschmack etwas limitiert. Das Frühstück könnte etwas abwechslungsreicher sein. Insgesamt solides Hotel der mittleren Preiskategorie

Ein sehr gutes Hotel in bester Lage, um Genf zu Fuß zu erkunden. Auch der nahelegende Bahnhof ist von Vorteil. Vom Lärm hat man absolut nichts gehört. Auch die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Frühstücksbuffett bietet zwar nicht die größte Auswahl, aber es dürfte dabei für jeden etwas zu finden sein.

Prisvärt hotell, nackdelar var att det inte fanns AC eller fläkt, det var väldigt varmt när vi var där så det var lite svårt att sova. Dåligt ljudisolerat och i och med att vi var tvugna att ha fönstret öppet så var det en hel del oväsen. Frukosten bestod av bröd, kaffe/te, juice och corn flakes med fet mjölk. + i kanten för att vi fick gratis busskort för de 2 dagar vi var där! Det fick vi inte från det andra hotellet vi bodde på som var samma kedja och även det 3-stjärnigt... Badrummet var helt nytt och jättefräscht, personalen trevlig och rummet var lite större än normalt.

sehr zentral, nicht zu laut, Restaurants in der Nähe, See in 5 min erreichbar, Hotel zum Wohlfühlen, Badetimmer sehr modern sowie Zimmereinrichtung sehr gemütlich

albergo comodo e centrale a due passi dalla stazione. accoglienza 'ginevrina', cioè un po' fredda e sbrigativa. Camera doppia non molto grande ma pulita, silenziosa e con letti comodi. Colazione inclusa a buffet soddisfacente

Vi reiste to par, og istede for å få to rom i nærheten av hverandre fikk vi oppgradert rommene til suiten, med to soverom, to bad og stue, iom at den var ledig de dagene vi var der... Flott service og hyggelig personale. Var tydelig at det drives med renovering, og oppgradering av rommene. Tog til flyplassen ol stopper like ved hotellet, gå avstand til sentrum og et kjøpesenter 50m fra hotellet. Neste tur til Geneve blir det på samme hotell.

Gutes Hotel und tolle Lage. Allerdings war es aufgrund von Außenlärm bis in die Nacht hinein nicht perfekt. Empfehlenswert!
