Great location. Hotel needs renovation. Everything was shabby. And of course, no air conditioning on a very busy street - had to keep windows open - awful stay. Can not recommend.

Good location but the beds were really stiff

Upon arrival we were told that our room was not ready which was fine since we arrived a couple hours before check in. We left our bags in a dank closet and left for most of the day to visit the British Museum. When we finally checked in, we were given a twin room (2 single beds) instead of a double (1 double bed). strike one. The room was small and cramped with really old and cheap furnishings. strike 2. I don't need top end modern design when I'm traveling but this room had stained carpets and the blankets were piling (you know, when fabric starts to form little pills from overuse). I actually did a check for bed bugs on both of the beds and wasn't really comfortable sleeping there the first night. strike 3. I did complain to the night staff person who was very nice but couldn't really help me. To give more neutral information: This hotel is located in the center of South Kensington, a very affluent neighborhood in London. The neighborhood is very clean and safe with many shops lining Gloucester Road. The hotel is conveniently located four blocks from the Gloucester stop on the Piccadilly line so it was quite easy to get around and not to mention to Heathrow for departure. Ultimately the room was way overpriced for the quality. My partner and I have stayed in youth hostels in Mexico that were far better appointed. This hotel needs to make some major changes. For starters how about new carpet and blankets. It seems like they have been resting on the fact that they are located in South Kensington but that doesn't really cut it for me. I would not go back to this hotel nor would I recommend it to anyone visiting London. I would recommend spending the time looking for a small family run hotel where they management actually cared about your time in their establishment.

Hotel is in a great location and being an apartment you have extra room and features (like a kitchen) not available in a hotel. The hotel and rooms are clean and well maintained. The staff are helpful and friendly. I have stayed here several times on business and pleasure trips to London.

Good ,well fitted out apartment which suited us having a family very well.Could eat there with good kitchen which saved us money.Friendly staff.Have already recommended this place to a number of friends.Tube is just down the road and the area is lovely.Felt well looked after and safe.Recommend for families

manglende air condition for varmt i stureog køkken kunne ikke åbne vinduer når vi bestiller 2 værelser i samme navn vil vi gerne bo ved siden af hinanden da vi er familie

Der var en rigtig gammel sovesofa, som skulle fungere som seng, som det tog lang tid at finde ud af at slå ud. Og madrassen var så dårlig! Vinduet kunne ikke lukkes, og vi måtte bruge et strygebræt til at holde det lukket. Rigtig skuffende. Ellers okay køkken, fint badeværelse og rengøringsstanden også okay. Beliggenhed i top.

Min datter og jeg har lige været i London i 4 dage og har boet helt fantastisk på Citadines hotel i South Kesington det er tæt på alting og nemt at finde .værelserne er lige tilpas store og dejligt med et lille køkken til morgenmad og natmad .Der er et supermarked lige ved undergrunden .de andre måltider købte vi på alle de utrolig mange små hyggelige madsteder rundt omkring i London for at få så meget ud af 4 dage.Her er fred og ro til at få hvilet ud mellem de mange tilbud til os turister selvom man er midt i London .vi kommer igen.og så er det billigt

Hôtel très bien placé, à proximité de deux stations de métro et de lignes de bus. Kitchenette très bien équipée. Tout à fait adapté pour un séjour en famille, commerces à proximité. Seul bémol, en plus de la pièce principale avec canapé lit, la chambre à l'étage n'avait pas de fenêtre et avait un système de ventilation assez bruyant.

Das gebuchte 2-Bett-Zimmer war geräumig und freundlich eingerichtet, die kleine Küche bietet alles Nötige für zwei Personen und ist zweckmäßig: Geschirr, Spüle, 2 Kochplatten, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank mit Eiswürfelfach, Heißwasserkocher, Toaster und sogar eine kleine Spülmaschine. Vielfältige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bus, U-Bahn, Imbisslokale, Pubs und Restaurants sind im näheren Umkreis reichlich vorhanden, U-Bahnfahrt ins Zentrum regelmäßig und schnell.

déçu par le confort(c'était un canapé à ouvrir avec un matelas peu épais. salle de bain assez dégradée. l'hôtel devrait subir un petit coup de fraîcheur dommage car l'emplacement de l'hôtel est très bon.

Hôtel très bien situé dans Londres, bon accueil, confortable. Idéal en famille.
