Modern and in good order, if you need to drive to Holland and stay in a hotel with good access to Amsterdam this is a very good option. Close to train station and a €13 return to the RAI convention center or Central Amsterdam.

The hotel was nice enough, but the exorbitant charges they put on EVERYTHING left us rather angry. A 3 minute phone call to Amsterdam placed from the room set us back 15 euros. But that was NOTHING compared to the breakfast charge of 19 euros per person (!!!) for a stale, uninspired selection of cold cuts. And, of course, no one informed us that breakfast was NOT included in the online booking price, so we were faced with quite a bill at check-out. We stayed in a variety of hotels on our 2 week trek through Europe, and this one seemed to exist for the sole purpose of milking its visitors for every penny. Do not stay here.

I booked a PRE-PAID room in this hotel and when I arrived was told that, yes, the room was pre-paid and I had only to leave a credit card to cover "incidental charges" (mini-bar, that sort of thing). When I returned from my trip I noticed that the hotel had charged my credit card more than $165 in unauthorized, fraudulent charges. Moreover, the paid, internet service available in the lobby computer assessed my credit card an additional $70.50 for 3 minutes of internet use (which my receipt told me would cost $2.00). This is a house of fraudulent charges - DO NOT STAY HERE

booked a queen, was initially given a room with 2 singles, only after I complained was I actually given the room type that I had booked.

I could write a Bible, but I will keep it brief: 1.- A nice girl took my order for dinner. Soup and a salad. OK... the soup took over 15 min. to come and was nothing fantastic at all. After waiting over 35 min. I politely complaint about the salad taking forever to come and they came with my salad in just 2 min! When I enquiried to the waiter, he claimed that he went several times to the kitchen to see if the salad was prepared or not, but because the chef did not prepare it, then he came back to the restaurant with... NOTHING! When I asked him why he did not remind/chase the chef, the waiter just told me lifelessly: "Yeah... I could have done it, couldn't I?" Simply unbelievable... Over 1 hour wasted for a simple soup and a salad! 2.- To complete the night, after working in my room until 23:15 at night I opened my bed to find... wait for the punch line... hair inside the bed!!! Puaj!!! I complaint to reception & they told me they could do nothing. I ended up changing rooms at midnight to a smoking room, with single bed (I am 6'3'' or 1.91m) opposite the VERY NOISY railway tracks. Have this people never heard of double glazing?! Simply unaceptable. Don't go!

Såfremt du ankommer i bil skal du være obmærksom på at det er ret dyrt at anvende hotellets parkeringsfacilliteter selv om du er boende på hotellet. Endvidere synes udvalget af morgenmad meget begrænset sammenholdt med den pris der forlanges.

one side of the hotel is towards the railway, the other to the a trafficked street. sound isolation ok, but you still hear it. service very good. central and ok room

A small, nice, clean and comfortable hotel with very polite and serviceminded staff. Even though it's located next to the train station, the area is very quiet. Very easy access by foot from the train station / train form the airport. You can reach all of the city-centre of Utrecht by foot. Recommended!

De overnachting van het hotel was in orde. Goede ruime kamers, badkamer was in orde en het hotel lag relatief dicht bij het centrum. Over de service ben ik dik tevreden. Ik had een meningsverschil en dat hebben ze goed opgepakt. Ik zou zo weer terug keren.

Mooie kamer, heerlijk bed en lekker bad. Het ontbijt is uitgebreid maar niet bijzonder.

Restaurangen var väldigt bra och frukosten var bra likaså middagen. Jag bodde på rökrummen men de luktade inte farligt med rök trots det. Trevliga receptionister. Ett typiskt fyrstjärnigt hotell. Allt var bra.
